Great playground for the kids to play on. Nice area where the kids can ride their scooters on. Basketball courts for the older ones.

Great visit, first time there, very peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful area. Right downtown and right next to the water which has a nice open area to sit in the sun or some shaded areas under the trees right on the shore line. And theres also a nice bench to sit on that they put in the perfect spot

Great free parking for downtown Portsmouth! Its a ten minute walk at most but it has fresh air and beautiful scenery. Best time to get parking is early in the morning or during weekday lunch time. Saturday morning is fairly easy as well as the summer farmers market at the City Hall has people coming and going often!

Good place to take young kids

There really isnt much of a playground here... And the other children were kind of snobby to my son... If i HAD to go there i would. But i will definitely never go out of my way to again...

Nets have been up all winter for tennis and pickleball! Courts are in great shape.

Our granddaughter loves this playground. Its nice and shaded with lots of play equipment and several picnic benches. We always have fun here.

Used this Dog Park while traveling thru the Area. Completely fenced in and all sand inside. My dog liked it!

Great local playground for kids and tennis for adults and basketball. Great city facility.

Two different play equipment circles - one geared for babies and toddler and one for bigger kids - and a swing set circle with baby swings and regular swings. All play structure circles are mulched. Wide open areas for kids to run and play in as well as picnic tables. The basketball and tennis courts are being completely redone and should be opened back up Spring 2017. During the warmer months there are porta potties, otherwise the municipal building are nearby to walk to and use their restrooms. We have had many great years at this playground.

Great spot except that parking can get impossible when lot us full from local employees. Hit or miss. Dont count on it being a good meeting spot. Can sometimes park on back road up the hill

The dog park here is great. Usually there are lots of dogs and it is always clean.

My 4 and 5 year old boys found a lot of fun at the playground on a Saturday afternoon. Nice shade trees nearby.

Not bad, nothings broken, just old and needs to be redone from the mulch to the swing sets. There are porta potties which is nice if you have kids and theres tennis and basketball courts which are very nice and fenced in. For such a wealthy town youd think itd be nicer, Lord knows they can afford it.

Easy access, good playground equipment, nice people, and a scenic view. Great for local folks or as a nice stop over as you pass through.

We went for sledding, but the playground is awesome. Small playground for kiddies, and larger for big kids.

Pickleball courts are ok. Wish they had some set aside just for pickleball. (They use tennis courts with painted lines for pickleball) Finding parking is a little difficult
