Beautiful preserve in any season. Well maintained trail. Experience forest, prairie and dunes.

Owned and managed by Shirley Heinze Trust, Preserve is actually on the E. side of County Line Rd. Just N. of Stagecoach Rd. Beautiful meadows of spring flowers (I visited June 7)Parking is very limited (Mowed grassy area, room for only a few cars) The trail was not clearly marked and at times indistinguishable at all. But quiet and serene and the beautiful assortment of wild flowers make it worth a visit. Obviously, the trail is in its early stages of development.

Lots of work has been done on this preserve, and it looks/feels pretty damn good.
