Ive been to this place on a date that I initiated. It was evening and the lights were up. I wasnt sure if champagne was allowed, BUT....the foul language coming from the 13-14 yr old boys skateboarding would have been in more trouble than us! The police came, not by our doing, and they made them leave. The police told us there was a perfectly good skate park down the road at woodlànd park. The police told us to enjoy our time and left.Hint: make it look like hes gonna pop the question and there will be no questions asked!!!The ambiance was beautiful and finally quiet!No q was popped... wasnt expecting that since I surprised him! Sometimes ladies....we need to do something sweet for our man! It may not even cost money, just bring that love back! This is a place with no kids running around anymore, open package as I took it... mariachi band if yo clear it with the parks department.All over good time!!

It is my favorite place, because it has a little lake that justs make you feel relaxed and tranquil. One can walk and see the the beautiful view all around the walking path and lake. It is romantic to just walk around there in the evening.

My favorite park on the planet. Not only is it beautiful, but it is amazingly meaningful to honor first responders, especially Frank Gilbert, Jr. This park brings joy!

Pretty place to do a quick visit. Would be nice to more people honored there, and the gazebo area needs to be cleaned up a bit from birds

Nice quiet over there

Nice park that honestly doesnt get enough visitors. Right along the road, so it isnt necessarily quiet, but it is still a pretty place to walk in any season.
