Nice park. Small creek running through it. No parking. Must walk from Portage library or one of the parking lots near it. Theres a nice venture to overlooking the water so if you just want to relax its a nice place to go for lunch.

Nice little playground, good bathroom and place to fill water-bottle! Plus air pump for tires. Connects to trails that are paved l, very nice to run walk or bike! A couple swings, and a pavilion.

Calm Scenic replaced go for walks or runs write in Portage minutes from shopping but feels like youre in the woods away from everything nice paved walkway for biking or rollerblading skateboarding great wildlife a place to get away without being too far away

Great place to walk year round. The walkways are kept cleared in the winter, which makes for a pleasant, safe walk, with or without dogs!

Lots of people, so definitely keep dogs on a leash. But a nice park overall - I tend to take my dog here several times a week for a few mile evening walk.

Great park and you can walk over to the Celery Flats and back it is a lot ng walk but, very enjoyable, relaxing and every once in a while you will see deer. Play ground for children and nice picnic tables too.

This is part of the portage bike system, which my family and I use at least weekly. I feel safe taking my boys biking and i use it to ride to work. The city takes care of the trail every season and I really appreciate all the resources that are becoming available to bikers.

The last time I went here there was a bunch of little children throwing rocks at the ducks and geese, the parents werent really doing anything.
