The rent goes up every year considering your only renting the dirt that the Mobil rest upon and the trash fees go up every 6 months. The water gets shut off about 2 times a month or more.

The clubhouse is the first place that you see. The roof is in terrible shape and needs to be replaced, and the exterior painted as well.

Nicer than your average mobile home park. Doesnt seem to have the trash and trailer trash many places do. Easy access to the 101.

A excellent place to have a gathering of friends.

Dont buy here. Place is no longer well maintained. It used to be like a resort but now its a dump. Prices keep going up and quality of the park is in the trash.

Lots of fun/friendly ladies/good food. We played Bunco and I won $$ for most Buncos. I was glad that I was invited by my neighbor.

Place isnt what I would consider friendly but at the same time I guess it all depends on the experience but I really have to say my experience was awful and that is why its a 2 star for me...
