Excellent place to own a home

I came into this park about a month ago. Drove through the park and I was surprised. The front of the park was nice and the back wasnt sure of dont get me wrong a few of the house in back part was beautiful and then so not. I stop a spoke to a lady about how it was here .she told me managers are mean they writ you up on yard and make you pay for the trash and electric and water. I said thank you and drove away. I stop again and ask someone else. How are things in here. I was told it nice friendly people and management is nice. Some tenants dont like them cause of the yard work. I stop by the office and spoken with two ladies in the office. I was told that they are full. I have to say they both was wonderful to talk to. I found the same at others I visited.

Completely opposite of what you would expect. Shady stuff going on, call 911 dont hold your breath if you called security hes busy hanging out.

I have been here for over 8 years and i feel safe with my family. Schools are walking distance easy freeway access grocery stores are also walking distance. Every one is really nice Ive made some great friends.i have lived peacefully.

I lived here almost all my life and Ive never had a problem. Everyone is so nice including the managers.

I love this place, management is great and Willing to work with you. This place is home and management is like family. Cozy and quiet neighbors, and the schools arent bad either. They keep the grounds clean and the pool is well taken care of.

Got a $300 fine for not cutting my yard grass in 3 days. Very ridiculously of them. Nobody has money to waste on that none sense rule. When you got bunch of other mobile homes with a mess in their yard.

I live here .. its nice . What you make of your home is what it is as long as you stay to yourself you should be okay.. keep up your Good work Catalina village....

What is everyone fussing about yes you get wrote up about your yard but man look at your. I dont want to look out my door and see your mess. The managers Jim and Terrie are nice if you just try being nice . I get a laugh from the girl in the office. the word is REPECT. the tow truck does come in the park and me,myself is glad what if you need the fire truck your house will be burnt to the ground by the time your lazy but move your cars.

I lived here before and moved out when it was hard time and return I like it here. The managers are nice the park is a nice place to live. I remember the breakfast and Halloween parties. Stop by and have a talk with Jim and Terry get to know them. I notice all the bad review about management they are good . Security is nice I called once before his shift and he answer me. The only thing I dont is some of the tenants driving fast.Wish we could have more party as before. And pool person back .

Ms. Karina I would like to know what it is that I have done to offend you or cause you such discontent. I didnt just come back from Mexico, I been here most of my life. The reason as to why I took the responsibility of this job is due to the fact that the previous guard was not doing his job correctly as stated by someone else on this reviews. Since I have started, things have changed for the better and thats not me speaking thats coming from tenants that have been nice enough to let me know. I have no such thing as favoritism for anyone in the park, its the same for everyone in my book.

The managers are so rude and very unproductive, they dont even know whats going on on their lot. My neighbor has a room aside of her trailer, where she has a couple renting it, the couple is not allow to be seen during the day. .they come out at night.... Which causes the neighbor dog to be barking most of the night ....and my censor light to go off.!!! People do what they want here.... And nothing is done about it. Really bad management.!!!!

Place is pretty out of shape. So much nails and screws on the roads. Ive fixed mine like 10x already. People dont contain there nails or,acrews correctly here

Too many people speed, absoluyely no traffic control. Security signs posted but never seen one patrolling. Too many dogs barking overnites. Too many cats raoming around... And no I do not recommend this raunchy place.

So this people need to stop kissing ass on the unprofessional managers running this place, who arent even the real managers. They real owners live in California . I know first hand how they screw on people. And over charge people without their knowledge . I used to work for these crappy people.... They will take advantage of you, and leave you with nothing. I had a trailer I was paying to own. And when I moved out, they took my appliances a day before I was schedule to pick it up.

I do not like them they pay $20 for security and yet there’s no security around and when there is security he only works 5 hours and the gates are never open they are supposed to be open at 4am peoples houses are being broken into they have all these cameras but none work. The managers son got pulled over in the front for drugs and now there are drug addicts in the trailers the trailers look so dirty people are always speeding even management hit a little girl and if you try talking to him he starts getting angry and cussing at you how is that professional and blasting loud music. We are told not to do mechanic work on our vehicles but yet there is a couple of tenants that do mechanic work who throw their oil in the trash can that’s biohazard but yet they have approval from management to do mechanic work. Things are so bad that people are breaking into peoples trailers at all hours even when people are home it is so insane to live here there’s no security and people going into peoples yards taking things and when someone goes to the office to see the camera and they don’t show you anything they make excuses but when if benefits them it sure does work for them people around here are afraid to speak up because management will try to evict you with false accusations. Whenever you go into the office there are kids and grandkids just running around like it’s bring your kid to work day everyday that’s very unprofessional. Management takes advantage of the tenant landlord Act and they scare people into moving out with false accusations. People are always parking in the street day and night, if you are in old with management your life is good here but if you’re not they will make your living here a living hell. I was considering moving here because I have a friend who lives here but after hearing and seeing what I’ve seen I moved to Caprise Trailers and I don’t recommend anyone to move into Catalina. These people can’t inforce the rules because their own children are breaking them, they think the tenant don’t know the managements daughter got shot by her own boyfriend who also resides in Catalina I am surprised no one had called the BBB on the management or any of the news stations on how horrible this place is run. I’ve told my friend to contact the BBB and/or the news crew to get some help on these false accusations. If you go to other Mobil home parks in the area they are way nicer and cleaner they are very well kept management is professional.

Worst ever you get humiliated the whole managers family works here they are doing favoritism to certain tenants and as soon as I get the real owner that lives in California to reply on some of there not following the lease they are quick to throw things bout the lease when for other tenants are braking it definitely not fair they advertise there is servalince and when something happens they say cameras dont work if anyone wants to know the owner lives in California and I put his info away if they are treating you in any bad way you have rights you can report this and its only a matter of time manager tried running beating round the Bush all that time of the 30 days of purchase you have to get stuff fixed so he wont have to pay for this I called the owner in California and channel 3 news team n they finally fixed my a/c unit I had chased him around around 30 days when I had my baby and sick mom in Arizona heat you just dont do that plus the fact that if a tenant moves out they take whats there like fences and re- sell it to the new comers if you live there chances this happened to you the manager is doing this with his whole family behind this is not allowed in area of work as far as I know no family and his son in law is security now how weird all of a sudden dude comes back from Mexico and boom gets a job fast who knows why the security before got let go son in law now is hired

Been here 4 a short time & so far its ok. Office personal is cool.

I have been living here for 8 months now and i love it. You do not rent the homes, you buy them. They are sold as is but thats ok for a starter house. I completely gutted mine out and remodeled every room in mine. The office lady Teri and i use to have an issue but this woman cares so much about her property and the families that live here that she brought me to the office and we took care of our issues. For the most part its very quiet and peaceful. My next door neighbors kids are disrespectful of there parents neighbors and are loud as hell late at night, but i am not worried about it cause i know i can go to teri and tell her and she will fix it.

This place has bad management and he uses his kids that have criminal records to help with maintenance on the property. At any given moment they can jump over your locked gate witch is a crime according to the state of Arizona and violate your tenants rights. If your Mexican you are safe here and with that in mind there is a lot of shootings going on in this property management will tell you otherwise. I would not even try the place across the street there just as bad.

To karina what made you so hateful. This park is so filled with cry baby like yourself. You know I have friends who lives here with kids that not legal but they are 1000th %not like you. Sure maybe he came from Mexico he does right by alot of us like himself. Follow the rules some people dont and cry tell on each other and when they are in the wrong that when they get hateful and talk bad about the managers. What are you one of us in race but not in heart. I lived here for more then 15 years and seen alot of you here . Just move out and see what rules you can break and cry like a baby about. The other guard was messing with the ladies here I was one who signed to remove him. Was you one and liked it? At least you see him all around the park. I see things I see when people move at a other tenants is right there grab anything not nail down. But sure blame it on the managers cause you dont want the blame for yourself. Call the news yes I have people ready to front you in front of them.

I advise anyone who wants to rent here. And bocome an owner. It would be a bad decison if you do so. Horrible place to live .... so racist and theyre only out for your money . This place needs to close down!!!!. Based on my experience, they never fix my bathroom issue, till this day, they want you to pay for everything out of your own pocket . Really bad management.

Ill say as a kid growing up here was pretty crazy . people that live there are the best, always helping you when you need help . my neighbor was the best, we would go on the trampoline with all of our siblings there . i think her house # was 353 i think and mines was 354 . too bad i dont even know where she is now since i moved . But the ones who work there are nothing to be trusted . they are anything but nice . i think they are taking advantage of mexicans that live there for perhaps being illegals, and handle business very poorly .hey but i hope if youre the girl that lived on the house 353 in 2007, im the person you were with at the trampoline that was somewhat ripped . you were nine and born on believe in june or july . lived in a blue house with an older brother that use to have bionicles . dang imma also make this a call to that person i know 6 years ago . your parents might have witnessed or heard a fight from my step dad with a car towing . we both sat on the trampoline when my sister told me what i did there . anyway well i hope you look in the review of your hometown in phoenix :3, (feel like ppl will troll me for this )
