Its a decent mobile home park with great management. The Manager is a good guy, hes responsible and quick to respond to any issues tenants might have. Yes, it looks like the stereotypical trailer park, but the residents are much more classy and clean. I know from family members who reside there that they have very low to no crime. When I visit, I never see any trashy druggies or other low-lifes Id expect to see and have seen at other nicer/higher-end mobile home parks in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria.

Horrible onsite manager this fat lady doesnt know how to run a management trailer park only knows how to drive around in a golf cart be fat in yell at people and threaten to call the cops if you park in a hows that abandoned that you need just to park in front of because your parking spaces are taken up but they are fine only your parking space is a problem just she likes to pick and choose her enemy
