We lived there nice but at time lots of the gang thing,and we just happed to have rude neighbors but that everywhere today,it seems- loved the mountain for hikesas for the management AT THE TIME awhile back a little biased and charged you for stuff and pool was NEVER opened, the pool thing was annoying, KEEP THE POOL OPENED ITS THE DESERT!!!!!!!! and thats all folks,be safe-check out area before moving, visit at nitetime to see what goes on so you know the vibe- PEACE and good luck
