We are happy living here!My family has lived here for over 4 years now, and we’ve grown to like it here.It is a safe, clean place to live, it’s pet friendly... and since buying here we have actually witnessed our property value, as well as all around the park... increase! The park management does everything they can to ensure that this place doesn’t turn into a dump and we really appreciate that.Most of the negative reviews of this place have to do with the property managers, and how strictly they enforce the rules here. Yes I’ll admit, it was shocking to us when we first moved here how easy it is to find yourself “in default” of lot maintenance for example, and we received a few letters telling us to clean up. At first that was a bit off-putting, but over time we have grow to appreciate the rules that keep the park tidy & clean and make it a nice place to live!If you have a problem with rules and people who enforce those rules, and want to live in a community that lets you park wherever you want, cars littered all over the street, piles of rubbish in yards... strangers wandering the street at will... then this isn’t the place for you. There is a reason that Buffalo Ridge feels like a sub-division and not a “trailer park” and it didn’t happen by accident. If you take the time to keep up on your end of things here, and are respectful of staff and the job they do - they will respect you back and you might realize they are actually nice people!We plan on living here for awhile, as long as things keep up like they have been... and lot rent doesn’t get jacked up =)

Buffalo Ridge Mobile Home Trailer Park, is an ok place to live i guess, ive been living there for 3 years now, with my older sister Shelley Laursen and her husband Charles Laursen, my brother-in-Law.

If you buy a home here and it is not to there standards you will get screwed not a good place to live

Very nice place. But very strict rules. That makes it a Nice place!

This place present a hostile environment. The secretary in the office is so rude and makes up violations and her husband stalks the female residents. I sometimes fear he may attack me. I have reported the harassment but it falls upon deaf ears. If you want to feel safe dont live here.

This park is clean and quite andthats because of the required back ground and credit check to live here not because of the park employees or staff. I have received over a dozen complain notices in the last year about leaves in my yard(btw monsoon season and not close to over yet) about my son climbing trees and yelling well theres 10kids out there all yelling its FAMILY PARK not just agrandparents forced to help raise their grandkids park! I also received letters about the Male /Males residing in my homethats my son hes as tall as I am and my brother stayed over twice but clearly our security guards or Cart Blockers morelike it ! feel its their business whos in my home car or personallaife to the extreme of following me to my house after I pull intothe park with hopes of seeing someone with me..its just tomuch! Also my daughters bike was stolen from my back yardso clearly they are not security for me or mine .just securingtheir curiosity of my personal buisness.The move to this parkhas caused me anaxity panic attacks and depression mydaughter doesnt go outside at all and my son doesnt knowbecause if i told him people complained about him playing hewould stop playing outside all together I can only Pray for asafe escape without a complete loss at this point.

Its a nice place to visit and maybe one day live there.

I’ve gotten notices for having a recycling bin, an outdoor umbrella for shade in my backyard and a rake in my backyard. The lot defaults are excessive. They wanted to charge me for gardening/weeding but there was nothing on my property so I have a nice video of the gardeners hoeing and leaf blowing my GRAVEL. Since management switched they do nothing but harass the residents. They have gotten rid of the security guard that patrolled at night and their storage lot has been burgled at least twice since. They have just taken away the communities recycling dumpster because people drive in from outside the neighborhood and dump their trash. They said they’d make this a gated community but I’ve been here for years, it’s not going to happen. If you move here don’t expect to have an ounce of privacy.

Buyer Beware / Owner Beware. My brother-in-law and his wife recently purchased a trailer at Buffalo Ridge and within the 6 months that they have been there they are constantly harassed by staff, the residence fear this company. Staff and management spy constantly on residents. Management and staff have violated the residents civil rights on multiple tiers. They make up the rules as they go to fit their agenda which is all for profit. What they are doing in here is not legal or ethical and again it is all for-profit. We are filing a class-action injunction.

I dont even know where to begin. If I could leave no stars I would. I will try and keep this simple as to save time and hopefully help any future resident avoid the nightmare that living in this community is. The MAIN issue are the Landlords. They have absolutely no respect for the tenants and do not care about civility or kindness in any form or fashion. From the time we moved in until the day we moved out we were met with hostility and rudeness from the husband and wife (mostly wife) who run the office. They always had an attitude and genuinely seem like miserable disgruntled people at every encounter we ever had with them. I wish I could say that we were a fluke or that we had done something to provoke their horrible attitude but any time we EVER spoke to another tenant it was the same story- great, clean park, HORRIBLE landlords! I honestly cant say anything bad about the MHC itself. The homes are clean, well kept and the neighborhood is generally pretty quiet. The pool area is nice and the park is a wonderful thing if you have kids. But be warned, you will get warnings or fines if you have a single weed in the yard. They stay on top of you to the point of having no privacy and again, no respect. I would never recommend anyone stay here and have a feeling there will be many more complaints come in the future unless some change is made to management. Zeman homes (corporate) were always very kind and efficient when I had to call for any reason. Again, mine (and seems to be everyone elses) issue lie with the treatment of the tenants by the Landlords and the way the park is run. I usually only come to leave reviews for places that are really excellent or really bad and if I could ever encourage anyone to steer clear of a business, I would shout this from a mountain, THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!

My uncle lives here and I always say to my daughter that if we need a place to stay while building our new home I would like to rent a cute little double wide there. Very clean, always well maintained.

I lived here over 20 years ago. I drove through because I was feeling nostalgic. The whole place was beautiful and much more of a family friendly park than before. I even looked at a couple of homes for sale. I was astonished at the upgrades.

Although the park looks clean the management is downright rude.

My mom has lived here for almost 20 yrs and I think its very clean and well kept mobile home park

They dont allow you to park on the street being a visitor.

So glad I finally sold my house. They bought a bunch of homes and filled up the park only to rent most of them which made selling my house almost impossible. They send you notices for anything and everything. I can go on and on but I am glad im gone. Good riddance!

Extremely dictative management. The security men that drive around in their golf carts harass tenants and our visitors. Cant leave any belongings on my own portch without them being stolen.

Very clean park. Great staff and management team. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top tier manufactured housing community.
