They are forcing us to have our homes painted. This would cost $1700.00 how many resident here have that kind of money? I would move out but I cant afford to.

The place is as bad as can be. The clubhouse doesnt have hot water because theyre too cheap yet the rent has gone up each year. Its a safety hazard having no fire hydrants in the entire park. New management doesnt care when tenants voice their issues. Its like theyre trying to drive the tenants out.

Id give zero ...if an option.

Dishonest management

Sucks they treat good renters like there are criminals and look at you as if you are up to something when theres nothing going on

Its a nice place to live needs to have a place with grass for the dogs to do there business
