I hate that theyre not working with anybody for the pandemic for any type of relief but thats pretty much everywhere in the country so no complaints from me but the place I visited was beautiful

Went to go see my friend who lives there great place.

I’ve been living here since 2015 and things have been super rough especially when they had Rose in the office, she is literally the definition of a slum lord and not even corporate would do anything...if you put in a work order things would never get done. However Rose is no longer in the office and I found out Melinda is back in and she was here when we first moved in and there has been so many changes and I’m actually not stressing as much living here anymore because I know she is coming in to get things done! Good job the the girls in the office now! They actually answer the phones, do call backs and show concern about whatever is needed.

Comfortable and kind ladies in the office!

Dont bother spending $45 on an application fee if your credit score is below 620. The front office told us they would take people with low credit scores and great income but that turned out not to be true. Looks like a nice place to live and we got our hopes up that we would be able to move in soon, for nothing.

There was some fat lady that woukd fine for any detail a year ago, hope shes out of this place. She didnt know how to run thid place. Shes the definition of a joke. Had people work on her property and not pay them.

Its a nicer trailer park than most trailer parks in the city. The only thing bad is it only has one entrance in and the same way out.

Love this place. A very friendly and courteous staff.The community areas are always very clean. This mobile home park is inviting and makes you want to live here. I would recommend it to everyone!

Im planning on relocating from Southern California. Stopped by to check this place out. Its one of my top 3 choices for when I relocate in the next few months. Good pricing and good customer service. Hope to call Mountain Gate my new home in 2020.

Mountain Gate is AMAZING!!!!!!! Did a tour of the place, Mari Gonzalez was amazing showing me all the ins and outs of the place. If you are looking for a place to live, let me tell you THIS IS IT!!! With the mountains so close by, there is lots of places to hike, or even enjoy a coffee in your back yard....

We moved here a couple of months ago and I love the way management always treats us like family. Maintenance people are always there fast when we need anything. WE ARE HOME!

Well I was reviewing this place to see if it might be right for me, but after reading these reviews, I know better. These places get a kickback from the tow companies and if you google these companies under Phoenix, AZ, you will see that they are all really shady. I wont be moving here. I was looking to buy but hearing how they treat their tenants, no way. They appear to be crooked.

Jarely was the one who attended my grandma and I and she was great !!! She does an amazing job at not only doing her work but making you feel comfortable in any way possible and having a connection is always the key she was very nice and helpful! Really like the positivity She has in everything

I had a very pleasant experience with management and staff. Very nice and friendly and clean. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

These people who run Mountain Gate have no idea on people skills and how to maintain their rental units. Quick to collect, but slow to repair. Confrontation with office staff only looking for a paycheck.

I have thought about purchasing a home here. After talking to some residents and reading reviews . I will definitely not but putting my family in this community. I have a family member currently a resident for many years. The family has had multiple break ins. Maintenance concerns are always overlooked. I cant even visit comfortably without worrying bout having my vehicle towed. Ive been in personally to speak to Rose and her professional skills are ridiculous. She was quite rude and very unwelcoming to my questions and concerns.

Jarely’s customer service was really great, she helped my family & I so much! Loved it! Definitely recommend her if you have any questions or need any help!

I was visiting some friends and could not find their house, a worker there by the name of hector duran helped me find the place. As i was going in circles i notice he was always busy but he made time to help me out and he had a good attitude.

I have lived here for years and things have been changing, supposedly to be better but i dont see the good yet. i dont recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a big family. what i do know with my opinion and my neighbors is we all have the same issues. all the negative post are pretty much true but its not a reasonable place to stay. Your not allowed to have friends and family over or have birthday parties because you will get towed.

Reported a few repairs that needed to be done upon our move in. MONTHS have went by numerous emails sent to Rose the Manager (I have copies) and Maintenace still has not fixed one thing! This place is the worst place I have lived in and will not be renewing my lease nor would I recommend this place to anyone. RENTERS BE AWARE! You have been warned. Pay a little more and live somewhere better than here. Mountain Gate TO HELL is more like it

Mountain Gate is such a beauitful community the staff is amazing and i higly recommend this community.

I never had an issue living here the area nice and quiet I would of given a 5 star but after hearing what an employee had done to my son and the way she came at my him was a no for me I hear all the time the employees in the office are rude but never had the issue till today telling me she was yelling at my son instead of coming to my son father telling my son are you blind and all this my son is 4 year old he can’t read yet smh I’m disappointed on the employee behavior.

Im currently a resident for six years. After reading some of the reviews posted I had to post my review w/is similar to others.1. Management and Staff need to take classes for Customer Relations, Service.2. I received letters 3-4 times a month regarding Pet Fees(dont have a pet) Clean up fees (my place clean inside & out)3. Contracted w/Towing Truck comes everyday to tow cars. No parking available for guests. If you have more than 1 car your SOL your car will be towed.4. Maintenance? Im just lucky to have a boyfriend that is Jack of all trades. He fixed all the repairs from A/C, Water Heater, water leaks, toilet leaks, etc.I can go on & on about what goes on around here from being mistreated as a resident. They pick & choose whom they want to pick on and make your life miserable living at Mountain Gate.

I love living in this community. The managers and personnel are really nice and helpful always try their best in service residents. Manager Rose has always been nice and respectful trying to accommodate residents needs and prioritize. Monica is so professional and always helps answering our questions and informing us of what is going on in the community. The community is in the south side so we sometimes get people from outside the community but the maintenance crew and management are always taking care of that, and try hard to make of this place a safe community. I love that they do care for the renters, I know some of the neighbors that have been living here for a long time and like me have no intention in change that any time soon.

Getting letters or fee from the office over very very little things and especially paying my rent in full they still ask for more and saying I owe them this and that. I have all the proof and leasing letter that I signed up for. They won’t be getting anything from me at all. This place is horrible all they want is money and they won’t care for you or fix your place or nothing. Don’t move here, it’s a trap place.

My Granddaughter her husband and great grandson lives at this trailer park. They have had a lot of problems getting this manager to fix things. Like water pouring in through there door and nails sticking up through the carpet. Its totally ridiculous. I stayed with them over the Thanksgiving holiday and I came home with little sores in my feet because of the nails in there carpet. Whats sad is my great grandson is only 2 yrs old and steps on these nails all the time. My granddaughter has called several times this last 7 months trying to get it fixed and all they do is ignore them. Also they were promised a barbecue upon moving in and now the manager tells them they cant afford one now we know better then that unless manager stole the barbecue. Ill tell you I cant believe this manager is even qualified to work at this trailer court. Im really disappointed. Something needs to be done by this owner because management is really causing this place to get bad reviews. As for moving it costs money and there on a lease so there stuck at this place until lease runs out. Thank you for letting me vent. Im an upset great grandma thats ready to get a lawyer. I dont like going in that direction but if necessary I might have to.

The leasing agent Mari is such a scammer. She pressured us into paying $100 holding fee or else we couldn’t see the inside of the property for rent. I didn’t want to pay her money just to see a home I hadn’t seen the inside yet but she claimed they “have high standards” and “people lined up to rent the homes”. On their website it says “completely remodeled “. Mari sent me an email saying the properties have dishwasher. I liked the idea of living in a good quality home for only $850/month. But I was concerned that on their website says a cheaper rental price but then when I call in it’s more expensive. I have to be out of my current house soon so I trusted everything including Mari and so I paid the $100 non refundable holding fee. Then when we were able to see inside the property it was a wreck. Dirty and nothing was remodeled. No dishwasher. And I asked her what about the dishwasher and she says new homes have them but they’re $1000 a month. I told her I can’t do that much and she doesn’t want to help us. She was nice at first but became rude once I expressed my concerns. They are false advertising and all I have to say now is RUN.

The staff is so awesome!!

The maintenance sucks you can never get anyone to fix anything. We were getting charged pet fees without having a pet and you get fined for every little thing. Also, they had a tree that was impeaching onto our house and wouldnt remove it we had to pay for it to get done. Another thing was their umbrella flew and hit our car and gave us an attitude when we talked to them about it. We tried to go higher up but never received anything back.

I am a new resident here at Mountain Gate and I couldnt be happier with the process of becoming a resident here. I am also extremely happy with how I was treated while applying and how Mari in leasing gave my wife and I such awesome service while trying to get us approved to move in. The communication between her and I was constant and I was always up to date with the process. She was able to accommodate my sudden move in date and came in on a Saturday to sign our lease with us. Overall, I would recommend Mountain Gate highly as a community and the staff here is amazing as well.Additionally, Monica and Mari have been very quick in taking care of any concerns and work orders that came up with the new manufactured home that we are renting, and maintenance literally showed up with in minutes after I called several times.Absolutely awesome service here and I couldnt be happier with our new home.Thank you!

Clean place

I dont live here but weve used the hall for baby showers and gender reveals. Nice place for the price

Made an appointment and showed up to a closed office at my appointment time. Sat there for about ten minutes ( I was on my lunch break) No one showed up and no one called. When I got back to work, I called them and got their voicemail which tells me the office was still closed. Talked to a very unhappy tenant while I was there who said it is an awful place to live.

The community doesnt fix any issues with their rental until you horass them. It took them almost 2 months before they came and if the issue at my rental

Navigation is really confusing and they have all but one entrance closed off, so its really hard to find the entrance.

Homes are too close together

This place is so ghetto but it has a beautiful park

If I could give a zero I would this is hands-down the worst place Ive ever lived. Office staff is terrible and so is the neighborhood.

Management have additudes like no other and nothing but excuses when it comes to taking any responsibility and liabilities for the poor condition of our rental . Its litteraly a verbal fight and the management laughs in our faces. They dont care about our family or anyone elses. Im soooo done here. Yall RUN! Do not even enter keep looking this is the WORST place ive ever lived. Ive never experianced such horrible treatment from a rental and the wonder why we wont buy. Yet we have no incentive to buy when they cant even make simple repairs on a rental! . They do have favorites so if you speak spanish thier way youll have a better time. We moved here to be close to my sister. I can only imagine what safety issues other houses have . Litterally hazardous. YALL RUN, AND DONT LOOK BACK. Wheres corporate when you need them. Ive asked for thier number on many occasions but i am told that they dont speak to reaidence like us .... so theyer YOU have it.
