Ive visited this community a few times this year. Most recently two weeks ago. Both the manager and her assistant were very pleasant and helpful, I received lots of information about the park and information about local businesses and eateries. I look forward to purchasing a home in the park by summers end. The lot rent is reasonable and Im looking forward to residing in a senior community!

A great place to live. Large lots with a large green park to walk your pets.Large pool and clubhouse with pool tables and reading area.People are friendly and most have lived there a long time. Facilities are kept up and the staff is friendly.

Really clean with sidewalks, fully sold out excellent property.

Thinking about this park. I drove around and I like its location. Clean and orderly park. Varied homes.

This is a super nice mobil home park. The pool is super nice and is heated and open year round. The park is quite and you would enjoy living there. I was judt visiting but could tell it would have been a great place to live.

Peaceful, clean, great clubhouse with activities, kitchen, work out area, library, pool, jacuzzi. Safe inviroment, friendly neighbors and management. Been here almost eight years. Love it!

I lived there as a cargiver and they discriminated against me theres senior citizens there on meth i was literally being talked about they break in eachothers homes the office staffwere very cruel to me they are not professional these seniors are drug addicts may sound crazy but its true please dont buy a home there

My sister lived there for many years. Its a nice tight community.

Love it! The park is so tranquil and everyone keeps the park nice and neat, just needs more street lighting in side streets..

Shady people shady place everything on the pictures looks like its nice and neat reality is much worse i would think twice before living here
