Fun place but I really wish they would be more strict about people wearing their masks properly and wearing them under their noses, smh
DO NOT TAKE KIDS HERE! NOT FOLLOWING COVID RULES!!!I decided to take my kids here today after months of begging to go. I was very hesitant but after looking at the official website decided to go because of all the covid rules I thought they had in place. Website stated that the capacity was limited (25% I believe), masks were required, social distancing would be enforced and that the employees would be cleaning park regularly. Umm... non of that happened. First of all capacity was well over 25% more like 80-90%. Line was out the door when we left (not do to social distancing I might add), place so busy you can legit barely move through out the lobby, no social distancing being enforced on the trampolines or in the lobby, half the other people in there had no masks on and no employees asked them to put one on. I saw not one person cleaning the whole time I was there. Honestly this is a major health hazard and should not be opened if they are not going to follow state and CDC guidelines. My children love this place but we are not coming back until this is over or the rules get enforced. Seriously this is a major health risk to the employees all working there too who are just teenagers. This makes me sick.
After reading these reviews Im not sure i want my kids to even attempt. But i will say this every worker out of a face maskMeaning nose and mouth definitely will hear for me. I take extra precautions because my 4 yr old has heart issues but he deffiently wanted to go
The staff did not enforce any rules. They were playing on their cell phones or staring out into space the entire time. The result was mass chaos and a completely unsafe environment. Older kids were jumping or flipping onto to younger kids. Bounce areas were packed and kids would jump onto other kids bounce space. No lines, kids just jumping right infront of younger kids.
Kids will love it, the place is filled with trampoline floors and a huge foam pit it has a small arcade and a lounge area for the parents birthday parties are also available here. The concession has a variety of snacks and pizza etc
Beware! This place is not following CDC guidelines. Employees/visitors both arent wearing masks. No social distancing. The overall condition of this place is very dirty.
Its a Great Place For Family and I Highly Recommend This Place For Parties
I first came here with a child, we didnt even play for 5 minutes. my child was afraid to jump, I wanted to show that everything was in order, and the employee chased me away, saying that I was not allowed and we left. many playgrounds are closed. I didnt like this place. Be better
Employees look and act completely miserable. Half the park is closed everytime I go. Didnt appreciate having to buy socks again for my entire family because of covid. That made no sense at all to me. We should need to buy an entire outfit if they use that logic. Vending machines, snack machines, and change machines were ALL full and werent taking money. I know its not their fault but the mask really take all the fun out of it. I had to take my son outside 5 times because he kept saying he couldnt breath. Very unpleasant experience all around.
So we come in and pay for a fam of 3 to jump unlimited the attendant does not tell us we cant jump together until we were done paying so now we are like okay we dont want to jump then we came as a fam and have to split up we have a 5yr old. They tell us there are certain sections that we can do together so we go check it out. Turns out that even on the main floor we cant jump together so we decided to ask for a refund for the 2 adults they did refund us for the adults. But we usually go to other trampoline parks and are allowed to jump as a fam dont know what the problem is here. Its is also very crowded and alot of people remove their masks. Kids running zooming past smaller kids. Def will not be coming back to this skyzone. Staff is friendly tho but the place itself sucks.
DURING COVID-19 DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY COMING HERE. NOT FOLLOWING CDC GUIDELINES, NOT FOLLOWING CAPACITY, NO EMPLOYEES CLEANING, BATHROOMS ARE DISCUSSING. THE EMPLOYEES ARE TEENAGERS THEY DONT CARE THEY OVER IT THERE SELF.
Good place, lots of fun for kids, they do have different theme parties also you can book and celebrate kids bday parties here. I wish the associates were more knowledgeable, friendly and somehow let people know before they stay in line for 30 min that waiver needs to be filled out before buying the tickets. Ive seen lots of people in line for 20-30 min, and than they have been told to sign the waiver, once its done you pretty much end up staying in a line another 20-30 min.Always very crowded.
Glow at skyzone was amazing 10/10 would come again
Good place to take kids got enjoy regular Parks with slides and Swings however this park has Trampolines that allow the kids or adults To Jump higher than they could at any normal park and land safety into foam pits. You can stay for Purchased lengths of time 60 minutes 90 minutes 2 hours 3 hours or all day passes you can have parties here my kids enjoy it
My kids love this place.
I have been to other sky zones before so I expected the experience to be the same for my group. Unfortunately it was not. I was told that my group could not jump together because of various ages. My group was made up of children and adults and the adults and children wanted to jump together. I also had members in the group that just wanted to watch but was told they wouldnt be able to without taking their shoes off. The staff here seem friendly enough but they dont really allow younger children to play freely like other sky zones I have been too. I feel as though this sky zone is more suitable for older children and adults
If you have kids if your own and want to jump with them, good luck because everytime I jumped with my kids I was told I need to go to a separate section. Every section I went to the employees would tell me I couldnt jump with my kids. My son actually got hurt because I lost sight of him because of of the employees told me he couldnt play in that section. He he had left me alone with my son he wouldnt have a lump on his head. I had fun with my kids but the employees were to annoying. They should let us enjoy our time with our kids. We pay to enjoy our time with them so let us enjoy it.
Good place for kids up to the age of 13 or 14. After that, they might think it is not cool enough. Your basic food options and birthday party packages. Overall my daughter had a blast ( 10 yr old )
If you go around 4-6 it is good time. Because on this time not to much crowded. But after 6 and 7 line in front of front desk
The place was fine thats why I am giving the 1 star.. We were trying to get access my group and I had to wait a bit to calculate the prices so when we asked them to give us a few minutes, the person taking the order and the other few people started laughing at us and we felt like that was insulting so we left the place. They need to realize that laughing at potential customers was bad. In the future, train your staff to be understanding of others circumstances.
I love this place! I when there with one of my friends and we jumped for a whole hour! Its better than a normal workout and super fun ! Its no only for kids
It was a great visit me and my cousins and a really great time and after our jump time was over we played the arcade games they had which was really fun. The employees were really nice too.
Great place for the kids to have fun. The only problem was i bought 2 all day passes thinking they where good till closing. I was never told that once GLOW starts the all daypass is over at 7.
There was a very attractive female and the bouncing only enhanced this. Had a great time.
Cool but not cool enough
Went with my nephew 3 months ago. A woman yelled in his face about jumping near her son when her son continuously jumped near my nephew (who i told to move to another space whenever the little boy came close). I was actively watching the child I was responsible for, she was not. A worker asked the boy multiple times to stay in his own space, he did not. His mother never said anything then. The one time she was looking she yelled at a child instead of addressing the adult he was with. The staff did nothing after witnessing this. Will not be going back unless they find a better way to control the children and their parents.
Trampolines are great. There’s a variety options to choose from and there’s even a section for babies. Food was not great and the service at the food center is awful.
The place is the worst. They charged my card $84. And still took my groupons. They were supposed to only charge my card for 2 pair of socks. I asked the manager what they could do for my inconvenience? The manager started yelling at me in a very unprofessional manner told me they couldnt do anything to negate the problem. Asked could I just get credited for that amount and spend it on games and food! Was told no and I had to spend additional money on those items for my son and friends to enjoy they day. Asked for the manager several times And all I received was a message sent by her thru the cashier while I watched her laugh and joke with other employees! Overall horrible birthday experience for my son! Recieved all the owners Information and I pray and hope he more professional and polite than the people he so chooses to hire.
Alot of the park was closed, not sure why. Wasnt busy at all.
So today I came to visit sky zone to celebrate my nephews birthday. I purchased 3 jump passes on Groupon. I told the cashier I needed to buy 3 pairs of socks. My 3 groupons has been scanned and the socks where added. Some how my visa was charged for $78.54 as well as my groupons had been redeemed. I asked for a refund? The cashier was able to get a supervisor to come over and refund my money. She was unsure when my money would be back on my card. I asked to speak to a manager. The supervisor came back and said I would have to wait and that it wasn’t anything they could do for me. I asked to speak to the manager face to face. Her name was Johanna. She said that since it was the weekend I had to wait until Monday. So I asked if anything could be done since I had paid and now had no extra money to spend for my four children for snacks, food, & games. She said I’m sorry but their is nothing to be done. I told her that was Unacceptable and that something like a coupon to come back anything. She said sorry no it’s nothing I can do as she got Agitated with my request. I told her I would like to speak to her manager and asked for a business card. James Sanchez the GM who was on duty told me he couldn’t do anything to Accommodate me for the Inconvenience. I explained that in this situation something should be in place to help a customer when something happens without them causing the issue. He said they will train the staff better and that he couldn’t give me anything. I asked for his manager information and he gave me Michael Todd email and said he is the owner. I will never return to this place ever again. I had to borrow money from my sister just to finish out the day. If it wasn’t for my children and nephews I would’ve left.
Just ok. We had a membership for my adult autistic son at the Levittown location. They called this week and said they are closing down. So we signed up here. M This one is not as nice, its smaller and floors dont look clean. Which is an issue because they make you take your shoes off. Very disappointed.
We celebrated my twin boys 2nd birthday party here i think it turned out good the kids all had a ball the staff was very helpful and the place was super clean
Excellent park. We really enjoy it. Kids love ninja course.
Too many rules. There shouldn’t be 100 rules when you’re promoting fun. I went with my two year old and I couldn’t even jump with him. He was so disappointed, kept telling me to jump and I couldn’t. Kind of a waste of money because I couldn’t have fun with him and after a while he refused to jump. Had the person at the front desk told me that I couldn’t jump with him, I would’ve turned around and went right back out of the door. Don’t go if you’re expecting to jump with your kids.
I brought my two sons here for an hour of fun and jumping but all I got was discrimination against my autistic child. Repeatedly asking us to leave areas where we were allowed to play because someone else wanted to flip or whatever other reason they could find . We were then sent to the toddler area where they said my autistic child could not play, until I complained about being sent over there even though there was already about an 8 year old child his mom and brother all on one trampoline when mymsons were repeatedly told not to be on the same trampoline. Ill be filing a complaint with an autism advocacy agency as the treatment my son got here was absurd. The workers and their stares made it hard for.my children to enjoy themselves and I dont intend to come back.
Jersey one is better then philly to many different thing philly does that Jersey doesnt do
Great time!
It was very fun but be safe I say a kid hit their head and it was bleeding so I advise you no young children
This place is a joke. There is no where for siblings to play together because of age difference half the stuff is closed. I will never come back.
Staff on the floor was rude, location is too small, too many adults/ big kids so smaller kids got bumped and could not participate as much. Wont be going to that location ever again.
My kids enjoy their time but not enough lockers
I took my toddler to their toddler time program and it was awesome. I got to jump around with my 2year old son along with other toddlers and their parents without worring about the big kids and adults stepping all over them.
Its a nice clean fun spot, parking lot is awesome, but mens restroom smells like piss, the the workers are way to young. Meaning they dont know how to greet or say farewell. They are bored to death at work. No spirits at all. They all need to be retrain with some people skills. And get off the phone when your serving me.
Jumping is fun. But the staff are always very unfriendly and intimidating. There are good obstacle courses for the older kids and adults but don’t expect to be treated with respect.
When I brought my kids here we were helped by this lovely worker named Connor, she talked to my oldest about marvel while helping us it was so wonderful. Kids loved the trampolines and the workers. Amazing experience and amazing staff!
Its very clean fun family place. Everyone can come and have fun
Here now & guy in pink shirt I guess a manager? Came out of nowhere & asked us to take off our shoes & then disappeared.. I didnt even jump and didnt walk anywhere near jumping area.. Plus when my niece uses something other kids are also allowed to just take it over bump into her like no one is even watching her.. RUDE employees who do not do their jobs & RUDE people who do not teach their children respect
Overpriced! And so is the food, I would be as bold as to suggest a price reduction but the young employees are paid well. Other than that I set on the sideline or rather stood because seating is few far and in between most defiantly not a place for parents I would give it 2 stars but my girls had a blast and I love that the business supports young people in the workforce!
Wow, If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is truly awful, went here with my best friend and her two children. They could not do anything, there are so many rules, an the staff is incredibly rude. These older children are playing in the zone designated for the toddlers, an they say nothing, yet my friends son who is neurotypical (whos also taller for his age) gets reprimanded. Unacceptable, they treat you like fools here. 0/10 never bouncing back.
Probably the best SKYZONE there is. I come here faithfully every week for my kids, and they love it, as do I. We love this place so much we decided to try out there membership services. This SKYZONE is definitely recommended by me,
I had a really amazing experience at Sky Zone, the employee was nice and adjusted our jump time because filling out the waiver took a little longer than expected.Outside they have plenty of parking, the inside area was spacious, clean, & neat. They have lockers and offer keys & locks for just $1.They also sell snacks and drinks, and have a big seating area to just sit down and rest.I enjoyed the freestyle jump area the most. Im definitely looking forward to visiting again!
The computers crashed about a month ago. Since then, signing in has been unbearably LONG! Also, the staff does NOT handle groups well. The staff seems more interested in hanging out and socializing with each other. My children (almost 2 and 4) were constantly knocked over by other children jumping on their trampolines. The staff...did.....NOTHING! This has happened on multiple visits as well...
I really dont like the fact that you are sectioned off in groups, because that splits you up from your family and such, so you cant be with each other in the same area. Worst trampoline park Ive been to. Its really unfair and at a certain age, its really no fun because they dont allow you to do much of anything.
It was cool and I had fun. There were a lot of different games you could play there. Didnt really like the food, but it was okay.
Lame. Too many rules and too much separation my family couldnt even jump together. Kids were board 10 minutes after we got there. Going to altitude next time half the price and twice the fun
I went at night where it turns glow in the dark after 8 it was nice the only thing was that the pizza was cold so it wasnt that good other than that its a great place for kids.
Cool place for the kids to come have a good time. Staff is cool. Alot of young kids running this spot which is cool for younger kids needing a place of employment. I go often and even had some vouchers for half hr free jump once that expired 2 days prior and the staff gave me a lame excuse about them not being recognized in the system even though there was no code or way to scan it. Then didnt even come out to tell me. Management sent some young kid to basically come and tell me that lie. I would have respected a simple no they are expired sir. I hate being lied too. I still paid full price and enjoyed my time there because my kids like it. Overall still a good place for the family
The kids had fun. Has multiple basketball section. To me it looked small but its for the kids so no complaints
Worst experience at an attraction I ever had. Dont ever buy a gift card it will only be honored for single jump passes. Can only use for first month of a membership.
Cant wait for the next ones bday well be back
We bought the Kids Summer passes so they could jump all summer, best investment and worth it. The Kids Love it here. Thank You
They wait until after u pay for everything to say that u cant jump with or own kid. If they would of said that there is different age groups on the jumping pads. I would of just got him one. But thet wait until we pay for everything and go start jumping. Now I see why the one in Bristol is closing
MY 7 YEAR OLD LOVES THIS PLACE
We had our sons 3rd birthday at this location this afternoon and it was a great experience! Staff was friendly and accommodating when booking the event, and the party was well organized and flowed from the time we walked through the door (despite it being crazy busy!) Was especially please with how friendly and patient our designated staff members were for both the jumping portion and sit down food portion of the event. Thanks to Anthony and Shaq! Highly recommend and will be back.
This place service sucks the staff is very rude they don’t even pay attention to their job I was told I must have socks and as my kids play they are speaking of me threw a there mic on there ear and I have pictures of the disrespect of the staff just can’t post how the leader him self has shoes on here... again last time I come to Philadelphia sky zone if you care about your child and want safety and peace while they play . I recommend Levittown sky zone
This is a fun family place, highly recommended
Cool place to take the little ones. Theyve been begging to go for awhile now. I tried to take them twice already but we couldnt get in bc they were full which was very frustrating. However once we got in the kids had a great time. They played hard and it tired their little butts right out. It was pretty cheap too!
My kids new favorite place. There are so many trampolines! Lots of space so You wont accidently jump into other People. The kids usually have no problem sleeping after they use up all their energy jumping around here all day. It seems the trampoline is gentle on their joints too which is a plus. A few good restaurants near by for afterwards.
My 13 year old and 7 year old boys love it here. It was the perfect place to take kids especially if they love flipping, bouncing and jumping. This place also have the Ninja Warriors obstacles. Food, snacks and drinks are sold here my dad liked the pretzel and icee. You have to sign a waiver for each child and yourself before you can pay to play it was a fun experience for me and my children and my seven-year-old cannot wait to go back again today. I even enjoyed myself and let the inner kid come out, it was hard not to. Will visit again planning my sons 8th birthday pary there in jully.
Organized and fun time limits are 30mins intervals. Great for kids
I just came here for the second time. The first time was great, we had a good time with the kids. We are a family of 7, so imagine we spent a whole lot. Today when we came in we expected the same and when we were palying with the kids, one of the employees didnt let us play in the area when it was a closed area and nobody else was there. I asked to speak with the manager because the first time this didnt happen and he rather to give me a reimbursement instead. If you looking to pass a good time with the whole family, this is NOT the place! So we had a bad time and bad experience, no one did nothing to make it better. The general manager is a Hispanic man who tried, but did nothing at the end, just a waste of time and big money!
My kids loved it!!! And it definitely wore them out which is great. The dodgeball game was a little unorganized and confusing but honestly the kids were having so much fun no one really seemed to care. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I honestly cant complain about much of anything. I even think it was a good price for the Glow jump for the amount of time, tshirt, and socks. We will definitely be visiting again!!! I have a feeling my kids will want to become regulars there. I will recommend this Skyzone (Bluegrass) to all my friends with kids or even just for a great workout
Go and enjoy
Fun place, clean and professional staff. I recommend it
I had my daughters birthday party here. It is a high impact play area. They take safety very seriously and have a employee supervising every activity. NOTE TO ANYONE TAKING FRIENDS OF YOUR CHILD WITH YOU. THERE LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST FEEL OUT A WAVER AND PERMISSION FORM ONLINE THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Theyre guardian just needs to goe to there website it only takes a few seconds. Hand written notes will not work. I dont want you to have any little broken hearts with you
Fun times for the kids! Great for all ages.
Very noisy, but kids love it. Well organized, clean, and much attention devoted to safety. We were there for a child birthday party and my six year old son loved it. Parking is ample and free.
Great place for family fun time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also are a great work out jumping on the trampolines.
Apparently wearing masks is optional
Nice place to take a five year old to drain his lil energetic self out. This particular one is a lot smaller and tends to get really crowded. I like the one in Jersey because of the space. I rated it 2 stars because I didn’t like the fact where you sit to eat people just took over the tables putting they bags, shoes, and dirty used socks on top of the table I was frustrated cause my son was really hungry and there was nowhere to sit I literally had to buy him a bag a chips and fly out of there. I feel like if you not eating at the table then you have to move. Other than that my son had fun.
The kids love it, its fun, and relatively cheap for the amount of fun.
I will only go during the week. The weekend was a nightmare.
With kids it is fun place. Active and explosive jumping is real fun. ....kids always ask for going again & again.
I had a man Billy help me here and he had the best customer service skills Ive ever seen. 100% coming back here because of this encounter
Kids loved it! They had a blast!
Great place. Hard to find if you turn into the shopping center to early
Busy and great food. just a bit slow on service
My first time here so Ill just say I wasnt impressed and I suggest you eat before or after you leave because the food there is just tolerable and youre not allowed to bring in outside food
First walking into the zone it smelled like sweat and was very humid because the air condition was not pumping hard enough. Second, when getting tickets we felt very unwelcome having the socks thrown at us by an employee. Third, after walking across a metal balance beam that was not cushioned I landed on my left thigh receiving a rug burn mark as the employee just starred and did nothing assist me. Fourth, two kids by the foam pit dives were lying on top of each other kissing while the employee just stood there. Overall, the staff were very unattractive and inattentive I do not think I will be bringing my business back to the Skyzone at 9490 Blue Grass Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19114, United States. Also, febreze exists.
I love going here with my family and friends. Everyone can jump it doesnt matter how old you may be. As long as you can still jump its a great way to have fun and loss some weight supisingly.
Best trampoline park ever to be invented
