Beautiful area great for walking love the views. Just far enough away from downtown you dont have to experience the grossness of downtown.

I love coming down to stroll along the boardwalk with my dog. Its clean and well kept, the artwork placed along the plinths is both interesting and beautiful. The views of the harbor, mountains and Capitol are second to none - especially if you happen to catch a summer sunset... simply breathtaking. Great location - very walkable and close to Farmers Market, Capital Lake, restaurants shopping, all the things I love about Olympia. Added bonus - its a great place for playing PokémonGo.

I was there for Olympia Harbor days, which is always fun. A lot of vendors, boats you can tour and food to eat. When nothing is going on, its still a nice place to take a walk, theres a playground along the way for the kids and food along the way too. Its a nice play to take in some of Olympia.

LOVE the atmosphere! Reminds me of some of the warfs in San Francisco.

Lots of festivals in the summertime. Beautiful area. Parking can be challenging which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars.

Always love coming downtown Olympia and the Waterfront is one of our favorite stops this park is always clip kept really clean and they often have events of some sort or possibly a festival we stumbled across the Wooden Boat Festival on this particular visit theres lots of parking around near as well as the farmers market is a close walk so you can do everything at once a great place to spend a few hours wandering around with beautiful scenery

Always a great romantic walk on the good ol Olympia waterfront.

This is one of my favorite destinations when theres warm weather. If youre looking for a good date spot, the restaurants are classy and the walk is pier is romantic. If youve got kids with you there is a park with restrooms and well-maintained playground equipment. And the watch tower just down the way is a great lookout spot.

Came here for brew fest. Plenty of room for all kinds of breweries. It surprised me how many the plaza accommodated. 10/10 would brew fest here again

Great place to get a good view of the port of Olympia. the Olympic Mountains, and the city of Olympia around Budd Bay. Often quiet and the top of the tower is worth the climb. Some good bfood options in the area. During the season, Farmers market is just across the parking lot.

There is usually a breeze coming off the water, and the Tower offers one of the most amazing views in Olympia.

On a temperate day this area is really beautiful and the water air gives it a special level of relaxation. One of my favorite places to to spend alone or with someone you know well enough to be silent with. A few good places for eats to choose from too. All of them excellent.

Nice view of the port, unfortunately 2 (not homeless) greasy stinky obnoxious bearded men smoking dope and doing drugs in plain view of everyone, and the stench drifted up to the lookout tower forcing everyone (kids included) to breathe in their rancid stench. I confronted them and paranoia took over and they ran off. PLEASE SAY SOMETHING IF YOU RUN INTO THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE...DONT LET THEM HAVE FREE REIN OF SOCIETY. On a positive note weather was lovely and its a nice walk around the market and waterfront

The heart of Olympia. On a lovely day, its a perfect outing to visit the Olympia Farmers Market and walk along the waterfront. Also home to many vendors during festivals.I think this park space is under utilized. Its a great space for community fun and street performances.

A small, but convenient park on the waterfront. Its been designed to allow kids a play area as well as all ages of people going up into the viewing tower to look out onto the Puget Sound. Usually windy so bring a jacket.

I have been climbing the tower here since I was a boy and do it every time I come come. Everything around it has changed and developed, mostly for the better but the tower remains!
