Since we have received new management, Shady road villas is not the same.1. Alice is as rude as they come in the front office.2. It usually smells like sewage on D block.3. The grass that the park is responsible to mow is only serviced in high visibility areas.4. While installing new homes, the contractors hired shut off water for hours without any notice.5. The same contractors cut electrical lines leaving you without power on multiple occasions for hours on end.6. Now the park has a higher traffic pattern making it less safe for children with no turn around area.7. Robo calls from a Manager you never hear from unless there is a complaint.8. Jasmine lane is party central on weekends.9. If you are a consumer of marijuana you will fit in perfectly.10. If you call the office and ask for a return call, don’t count on it.11. Your lot rent will increase yearly.If these listed items don’t strike you as a problem, then Shady Road Villas is a place for you. Come on down!

I lived there for a few years. Places like this are the opposite of what America was supposed to be.You have no freedom, next to no privacy best of all Every year your rent goes up.

Really is a negative ten. Company claims family oriented and children are not allowed to play outside even if teens. Claims only responsible parents to be with children when outside no matter what. They let their employees do as their employees want. Basically do as I say not as I do. Management plays favorites with residents. Management wants neighbors to spy and report anything their neighbors are doing to the office. Management wants residents to call police when office is open to report anything even if its something that is their job to do. Management tries to operate company as HOA when its not HOA operated. They lost their HOA years ago and cant get it back. Buyers beware because even selling the office is nothing but a bunch of snakes.

Very sketchy place had cameras all over my house seen multiple strange people walking around my yard then one time our money orders got stolen from their mail box and expect us to pay again for their negligence and took ZERO responsibility, the staff members are very rude and also the lot rent is very high they have a lot of strict policies and are overbearing to the point where you dont want to walk outside, but as far as yards being clean, community center nice pool jacuzzi Ill give it an A and good fir kids, but as far as the staff members and how they run their office is a total turnoff especially if you plan on living their forever. &the rent goes up every year .

I feel this is one of the cleanest best run park in Ocala. Quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!!!

You can tell when you pull in the entrance, they take pride in the property. Its a clean well maintained property that Im glad to call home.
