Ive lived here for almost 11 years its a great parts to live the people of great everybody watches out for each other youre sick people find time to make soup or something for you is no crime have lives and 13 houses and 30 yours in Florida so best place I ever lived is not perfect I still a great place to live there is no place perfect but the spot as close as youre going to get the friends are amazing are so good to each other. If you are looking for a place to live its not too too expensive this is the place so beautiful park its well kept I do have rules basically common sense try us out come visit us call their office Carter Chrissy geezer park manager Shes fair shes kind and she will treat you with kindness

This RV park is as many RV Parks, is equipped with standard hookups for your RV to have Electricity and water.. Although I have personally never stayed at this particular RV park, Google thinks I have. And thus, I leave you 4/5 stars...

Because I live here. Going on 5 yrs on the 2nd of December. Lots to do, if thats your bag. Neighbors are friendly, and the area is very well maintained. Beautiful swimming pool, game nights, library, clubs and groups open to all residents if you desire to join. It is a nice place to live, and the rents are not over the top

I lived there for 18 months, some of the people were nice but their was one lady or maybe more who threw away my first time sewing baby quilts because they were not good enough. Maybe they were not but they were made for children who were taken out of their homes and needed a cover. You can’t tell me they would of said I don’t want that one because the seams were not straight. What really got me when I asked what happened to mine they all lied.

Recently move here from Texas. Love it here with the beautiful trees. Very peaceful and friendly park.

We have been residents of Saddle Oak for 12 years. Highly recommend it. People so friendly. Like a family. Perfect place to live as a couple or single. Many activities. Community very well maintained .

A lovely place very nice and quiet.

Live here,its quiet nice neighborhood and neighbors, Lot fee keeps increasing, all other places at this lot fee takes care of trash and lawns,..all things at clubhouse are run by some very talented tenants who devote their time and money to make this an active community, gate breaks down often because it is outdated, the state of art pool and spa they speak of is original to when part was opened 20 years ago. Often the heater or pumps are broken and usually takes about 4-6 weeks average to get anything fixed.

Nice well kept homes, clean pool, club house has everything a person could want to play even workout room and pool tables.

I have a modular home here. I share with my elderly mom. Its a nice retirement community for ages 55 and older. Nice, friendly people.

Quiet park, friendly neighbors but in retrospect its too close to the highway & the traffic is very busy all hours of the day and night.

I was impressed Im waiting for myself to go to Fort Lauderdale and pick up my son and I need to come back to you on vacation so after that Ill go over there and take care of business

Speed bumps hurt our backs as seniors with health conditions. Poor planning. Punish the speeders like UPS/Fed Ex etc... not the residents. Customer service could be improved. Office primarily interested in selling. Not so great after the sale.

I have family here,they love it! Great 55+ community ! Safe,clean and fun stuff for residents to do. Property does a great job maintaining and communicating! Great area of town,close to I-75 and right across the steeet from Publix in Heathbrook Plaza. Would definitely reccomend this to anyone looking for a nice mobile home subdivision!
