The homes are in need of repair, they could clean property better so that people would takeore pride in where they live

Does anyone know how to contact the owners? Sounds like the place fell apart after I left I work there approximately three or four years ago for three years. And wouldnt mind going back to manage that property, and cleaning it up I will also employee all news maintenance staff so all necessary repairs will get done properly and in a timely matter. So please in their review section please leave a contact number and name of the owner so I can contact him. Thank you

Moving here was a quick, temporary-but-have-to-go-somewhere kinda move. So... Very run down. Toilet isnt really hooked to the floor.LOUD! Especially from Lot 13 with their music. Garbage every where. Residents have no pride and are unfriendly and inconsiderate.

Place is a wreck. Homes falling apart. Was a temporary move that I wish Id gone to hotel or any other park instead. Some friendly people that have no where else to go but employees are ridiculous. Maintenance guy Jesse has no idea what hes doing and is convicted felon for multiple things including property destruction and drugs but yet they worried about evictions when you fill out application. Place is a joke.

Nasty awful run down place

Run down place all trailors are crappy and rigged together manager is a joke and dont care about how people have to live full of drug dealers and drug addicts including the manager herself worst place ever to raise children plus there is two sex offenders registered in that park and the manager moved them in there because money is more important then children to her its a shame
