I really give no stars but unfortunately I can not do that. I have been without running water for 4 hrs and no maintenance to get ahold of I have children and need shower and wasnt able to cook during this pandemic we are in I think this is ridiculous and something needs to be done...

Sell, the residences are a little shabby. The people who live there are pleasant. I asume it is lower income.A few nice trucks and a very nice boat. Very small for a trailer park

My fiance has done a tree job for them a week ago and has yet to be paid. Park management claimed on 2 different occasions they mailed a check only to learn it was a lie. Does anyone have contact info to someone other than the people off site? This isnrediculous. Dont do work for them if you need money.

I cant leave any stars, and it wont let me continue without them so I go in the middle, at this moment. But I will say its improving.. alot kudos to the owners I would like to discuss the same about a unit.

Quiet, family friendly park. Affordable housing, offering the opportunity to rent to own homes. Management partners with law enforcement to ensure park remains safe, and maintains the appearance of the park to keep it looking up to its name!

Terrible trailers. Bad living conditions and management will not help you. Youll be paying close to $900 a month for weak floors, bad electrical, no windows, busted pipes... Find somewhere else to lliv if youre desperate.

Terrible place to live in, landlord wont fix anything..my roof fell AC unit broke he said they cant do nothing about it, had to buy my own. hole on the wall from leaks and theres a frog in the hole.....bad bad place will never recommend to no one. oh and they forge my signature on my renewal lease.
