Live there and very happy. Quiet park, good location

The owner of the park looks like a slumlord. My friend and I inquired about rentals and we were shown a funky old motorhome. We were told, by one of the renters of a unit, that the owner refuses or ignore requests for repairs once the unit is rented. We decided to skip this park; it was really, really, bad.

This is a very nice mobile home and RV park. It is a 55 and older park. It is a very nice and friendly quiet park. The new manager has been very helpful to me if I needed anything. This park is very close to 3 hospitals, shopping, restaurants, and many entertaining things to do. There is a drive in movie theater just down the road. We are very close to the Market of Marion Flea Market which is the largest flea market in this area. We are just South of downtown Ocala which is somewhat on the outskirts of Ocala. Also, we are not far from the smaller city of Belleview.

The park steals utilities from Ocala Electric. When they cant get away with stealing from the City of Ocala, then they try to steal it from the permanent residents who are paying Ocala Electric directly. Heads up to everyone living there or anyone thinking about moving there.

Recent change of venue but things look like they got better than before.

Nice quiet, clean park. Family atmosphere. All the tenants and park managers are friendly and helpful. Pet friendly to small pets.. Its a 55 + park. Rent is very reasonable and affordable...

The new owners of the park are extremely careless! I would laugh if the circumstances werent so appalling.

Bad, there is a man stealing money by acting like he has a room for rent and then kicking you out after he is paid. Refuses to refund the deposit or any portion of the rent.

Extremely friendly! I called for a price in NC and the lady was so nice. Then when I drove 500 miles to their rv park she remembered who I was and her personality was amazing. She did not speak to me like I was just incoming money. Very laid back and very professional. This park is so quiet and peaceful. Very very clean as well. No teens running around, no music and no crazy dogs. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Good nights sleep, nice and quiet. Clean good rate at 25$ cute little park, old FL country style great friendly manager. Close to 75. Easy pull through.Will use again.

This is a great place to stop and rest with your RV if you are in the Ocala area.There is no swimming pool. The laundromat is very small. There are pull through lots to park on .
