Bad area of town drugs

Just moved here a fee months ago. Its really quiet and I havent had a problem yet. I have a young daughter and I go on walks with her through the neighborhood everyday without a problem. Most of the mobile homes are also getting fixed up too. Just wish I knew more of my neighbors

The roads in the park are terrible

No amenities,no clubhouse,absolutely nothing for kids. yet rent keeps going up. Would not recommend.

Nice mobile homes.

Pretty quiet place. Its a small community of pretty much all older trailers. New management took over so they are theying to improve it

This is an owned trailer with lot rent park.Very seldom do things come up for rent.Must pass background and credit check with no evictions.They did clean out most rif raf and park is pretty quiet... except on holidays and weekends.

Unfortunately overcrowded and poor roads etc.

Well ran park with residents that are very respectful of one another. Convenient location near supermarket, gas station, auto store, nail salon and many more small businesses with in walking distance.

Remodeled mobile home park.

This is a quiet mobile home community, with wonderful park managers, everyone who live in this community is friendly, and there is a good mix of elderly and young folks, it is also very close to shopping and down town.

This place its a rat hole. They people are mean. They messed my house up and then made me buy it. It was in better shape before they touched it.
