Horrible place commie rules in the park an they will not pick you till they evict you and try to steal the house you own

Its ok I have family that live there but I would never move into that place management is rude and has a nasty attitude even when u pay on time for 4yrs my last payment was one day late and the charges us $35. Which is in the contract but they let others side and they lie a lot caught them several times and forced ppl with disabilities out by bulling them with papers of eviction but the court order they claimed they had was never filed

I lived in Country Town Village for 12 years and never had any major problems. The management made sure the neighborhood was safe by preventing through-traffic, the common areas (such as the swimming pool, the post boxes, the roadways, etc.) were always clean, and the rent has always been very fair. During my time living there we experienced two major storms that caused debris to blow in and tree limbs to fall. Clean-up was always quick in the days following the storms. My neighbors were always respectful and quiet and I even had some family members with children living in the community and felt they were in a wholesome and safe place to raise them. As I leave the park I want to thank the management of Country Town Village for 12 great years and wish them much success.

Have lived here almost 18 years. It is a good place to live. Park is well maintained. Lot rent is reasonable. Usually there are homes for rent....I dont keep up with that. Neighbors are mostly good and friendly like any other neighborhood.

Quiet but pool was closed all summer

Office managers TIFFANY THOMAS AND JAMES/JIM LAWHUN are just nasty people AND THIEVES...They lyed to Ocala police officers that I assaulted a man named jim/James lawhun...i NEVER TOUCH HIM...he came to my home and banged on my door so hard that the walls were shaking. It was so loud it was scaring my daughter until I answered the door and said what is your problem banging like that...jim lawhun trapped our cat and my wife found him in the trap and we let him out and took him inside. Jim lawhun says I broke the TRAP and pushed him... I NEVER touched him I have two witnesses to say Im right..jim lawhun is lying to officers because I proved to him that he was not allowed to do anything with my cats...ALSO when I got my tax return I paid my rent up 3 months advance $990 lot rent is $330 mo..they charged one month and wrongfully charged me over $180 for 10 cats That I DONT OWN and THEY ARE REFUSING TO PROVIDE LEGEL DOCUMENTS STATING THEY CAIULD CHARGE ME...WE HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY THEN FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS....

I love the area but they let people move in without running lights and no plumbing and they would have to use the bathroom outside which sinks to high heaven and it ruins it for us people that enjoy sitting outside

Nice place to live. Good management of the park and very clean. Happy to be a resident.

Little to no managing skills, never in the office but instead, always at home. Have yet to fix several things broken in the neighborhood, one of them being busted water pipes under the ground. Rude and very disrespectful to residents. In case of emergencies theres only one exit which is also the entrance. And last but not least. This is the last place you want to be living at.

Ive been here since april of 2016. first it was not so bad, now its becoming a nightmare. my neighbor is a crackhead and a dealer with traffic in at all hours of the night. yet the manager does nothing about it, on top of that the manager just leaves notes on your door instead of speaking to you directly. when you call to get a hold of anyone you get a voicemail always, then they call you back later on that day. if you have a big dog this is not the park you want to be in she has a thing for bigger dogs but not crackheads or drug dealers obviously right down from kids bus stop at that. thats cool though, right! just because i have a couple vehicles in MY property i pay for each month i am being charged a storage fee and they are properly covered and out of eye sight so they dont stick out im still being harassed, yet she has her car she dont use anymore at the front of the park and her uncil the owner has his car parked up there as well. thats ok though, hypocrites. ive seen neither of them move in months at least 6 or more. ive spoken with the police and an attorney and to tell you the truth this is just not worth your time to move here with all this nonsense going on. you can probably fine a better, less expensive place to live to be honest with you. i do not mind it here at all because im close to town and within walking distance of things but i do not like the fact that they try to control every little move you make i feel like i live in china with a dictator ruling over it. just my view on it, you can do better. was once upon a time a great place until the circus came to town (metaphor)

This park is by no means quiet. i do not recommend it for senior retirement. boom boxes going off constantly, loud or no mufflers at all on some vehicles. some of the most inconsiderate people i have ever ran across lives here. most people keep their dogs on leashes, however there are some who merely open their front door and let the dog out to crap in someone elses yard, i have seen on several occasions these dogs going after pedestrians and nothing is done. ocala utilities is very expensive, plus the high lot rent. I suppose its a fun place if youre the one playing your boom box annoying you neighbors.

The manager/owner is a nut case. Ive had to call law enforcement on her & have her trespassed. the officer that came out was already aware of her &i quote thats the crazy lady, right? Said the lady officer...

I lived in country town villages for a year in a half. They got me with the rent to own scam. Sold as is. My trailer had mold and they never cared.there racist.they treat the hispanic and blacks horrible.the office manager is a fake. In front of your face you would think shes a good persons but looks can be deceiving.my mom stayed living there in her trailer and they have harassed her since the day she moved.giving her the wrong tittle.shes disabled and with heart problems. If u have kids think twice before bringing your kids here. Bullying is allowed. The didnt care my son was getting bullied. i sold my property for basically nothing just to get out of there. Alot of the tenets are drug users. The bus stop that the elementry school kids go to is in a dead end where there is a motel. Middle school bus stop is at a bar. Think really good before you get scammed like i did.
