A friendly place to live .

People watch out for Rosie one of the newest and nicest lady you will ever meet. She loves to hug and I love it to.

Nice mobile home park but too close together for my taste. if you dont mind a small yard its a great place to live.

55 community. Pretty quiet and clean. Neighbors appear to be respectful and friendly. Homes are inexpensive but you cannot buy the lot they set on.

The facilities/grounds are always clean and the pool and spa are great. Lots of activities within the community. However, the lot rent goes up significantly each year. We started out at $486/month in 2016, and now were at $525/mo. The only thing your lot rent includes, besides common area items, is water/sewer free up to 7,000 gallons. We are in the process of looking at other homes because the lot rent is too high when you consider what you are getting and not knowing when it will top out.

Right from start problems accured when Dave, the manager, pulled a fast one. And offered seller 2 more thousand more then, we wanted, He even told us they excepted our offer,He said to mail deposit,and we did. It took forever to get paperwork to us as we were in NY and knew nothing about buying a mobile home in another state, and at last we seen price sheet and called him out on why he did that, He said she would of never excepted our offer, and said we would lose are $ ( deposit), If we didn’t buy it.We believed him, and he would not apply our deposit on one, we thought we wanted to pay and we were afraid of losing our money and our nerves had enough. The home we did buy was nice, but due to the experience, we felt, stuck. My first time pulling in, the lady next door came running out and could not say a nice thing about our new street or the people and continued to tell me all negative things about them, Needless to say, We stayed away from her and tried to make a life. Very hard living on a street of unfriendliness. We found great people on other streets though. The activities were good, needed more geared for outside activity besides eating, I shared my thoughts and offeredfundraising activity to offset the prices to those who would have a hard time paying., but too many social clubs where developering ( saying negative things about other groups) there should be one social club and all to get to know each other, So lots of drama in that department, New management in office looks promising and hopefully more professional in selling Mobil homes there. Word of advice, use office to buy or sell your home or foxfire reality, We made a mistake in Who we used and just found them to be the unlicensed, car dealership Mentality, She pulled a fast one at last min, and we were even Threaten that they would take are buyer to another house day before closing, because we agreed to 6% at time of contract and said she wrote up 6.5 and wrote that she would return the half % at closing and did everything she could to stop that, even though we had a contract. When we said we were getting a lawyer she said go ahead, you will pay one way or another all this is in texting and the fake contract she emailed us and when we opened it, the supposed buyers name was blacked out, when we asked her how can that be legal? She told us, buyer changed her mind. Save yourselfs the Aggravation, frustration, games and stay away from the stars, The things they do to sell or get you to buy is unreal, Same level as Dave (old management.) I know this is long, but if I can save a few others from our experience, then this was worth the time for me. I Sincerely tell the truth, and I did not write this for any other reason, then to Educate others. Did, we mention, the community is clean and well taken care of, butBeware of unexpected costs too.

Great neighborhood, has been kept up through out the years...we may finally make our move to this community.
