Still have a junky mobile home sitting next to mine. Been there for over a year. SUMMIT COMMUNITIES, CLEAN UP YOUR JUNK.I cant sell my mobile home right next to the rotting mobile.No one wants to buy my home.Raising the rent again. Four years in a row.Summit Communities, in my opinion, only wants to profit off us old people.

I have lived in Cliftwood for over 10 years, many great, caring residents live here. Activities are always fun, especially when the snowbirds come back in the fall. In my opinion the present managers are the best we have ever had. They are caring and helpful to everyone.

They have done some very nice upgrades to this park in the last year or two. Lot rent is very reasonable for both RVs and mobile homes. It appears that the clientele living at the park has also changed in character since the park has been upgraded.

Out in the country but not far from shopping, doctors, restaurants, etc.I love it here. You can be as busy or reserved as you want to be. The managing couple are very nice and helpful. There is a clubhouse and laundry room. Lots of activities if you are intetested. BINGO, Bunco, Karaoke, Pot-lucks, etc . . . If you want luxury, dont come here. If you want a nice place for 1/2 the price, this is it.

I havent visited Cliftwood Mobile Home Park but I have spoke to one of there employees, Kara is her name. She is friendly, courteous, informative, just a gem. I give her five shining stars.

I love our winter home and our neighbors are all so wonderful and caring. Very secure and all yards are kept very clean. You dont have to worry about who your neighbor is here. Security checks are done before you are allowed to move in.

Excellent staff! Stable enviroment! Very enjoyable. Plus, plus, plus.Update: Aug 5th 2020 Under New Management. Went to office to meet and greet. BethAnn was behind the desk answered all my questions. Marsha the Manager was sitting across from her, would have introduced myself but she left abruptly and I didnt know was manager. Will update as we go along.Update October 8 2020: New Manager Marsha is a plus. Works very hard to keep the riff raff out. Night security is on the spot. I went to walk around on my nightly jog to loose some pounds and had my toupee on and security was out and about checking me out I guess my disguise threw them off. So, interesting people coming in and enjoying the park.

Try the catfish at the restaurant..the best

This was as you would normally expect any business to be people big heat but not enough people.

Run down and not very clean. Rent is being raised again and theres still no access to the clubhouse.

Suppose typical for a mobile home park, but the neighbors are nosey and loud. If you are used to parks it may be nothing new. But not very high class.

We reserved a spot for the winter. When we arrived there was no one to show us where to go. We finally found the spot and there was someone already on our site. We called the office. The person who answered was the mobile home manager. He told us that he was only in the park 2 days a month. I asked him to tell us why our spot was taken. They said to just pick another one. We did, and after I parked I got out to hook up. As I stepped out the door I stepped in a pile of dog feces. I stepped to the right and stepped in another. I stood still and looked around and there was dog and cat feces from the edge of my space to the next trailer. It turned out that the neighbor just let her dogs and cats do their business, and not clean it up. Needless to say I left the next day and I will never return. I also will let everyone know that it is the worst campground I have ever stayed in.
