I dont know how much the rent runs in sunny oaks for a place named after two of the worlds most beautiful things the sunshine and oaks its the opposite.My sugar coated opnion is that it Could be a nice place if management took the effort to clean it up a bit. My actual opinion is this its run down and looks like the rentals need more than just a pressure wash. I sure hope for the sake of the people living their that they clean this place up soon.

Place was absolutely disgusting!! The park and the apparent Mobile home for rent was absolutely horrible!! The fact that the office told me to stop by and take a look at it, and it looked like that, says ALOT!!!

Wow! Was going to rent and went to check out the area. All I can say is DISGUSTING! Houses falling apart and so close to one another. Garbage EVERY WHERE! it’s a good place to rent if you are a crack head. I do NOT suggest any one to live there especially if you have kids.

Horrible place. Im not from Florida. I tried to rent a lot at this park and was mislead. Basically, I was told the meter would be fixed BEFORE I moved in the trailer, which after speaking with Duke energy, it needed to be replaced. Long story short, the manager couldnt find ANY professional to complete the repairs to the meter so I could turn electrical on because they owed moneys for past repairs to meters. It was said I would be able to move in on time so I paid my deposit and first months rent. 10 months later I havent been able to move in and I do not have my money back. Please do not moved her at all. Or at least make sure repairs are completed before giving money. Again, Im not from here and where I am from NO ONE does business like this. Just dont deal with them at all.

This place should be torn down. I went their to purchase a trailer and found a trailer that they were trying to sell me was worse than living in a dumpster. Even if you are poor, you shouldnt have to live in such an utterly disgusting environment! Completely horrified!

This is a place I was unsure of but it has become a place where familys can live and feel good about living there just make sure you go thru the right owners to move in and you will enjoy it alot of improvement has and is being done everyday

The units that are left are absolutely rough. Chunks missing out of the walls, huge pieces of the floor are gone, some of the windows are either busted out or just flat out gone. If you have the money to fix it up then you are good to go... But if not. Keep on looking my friends.

This park needs to be totally renovated. It has some potential but in the current state it is pretty rough. Definitely is in need of maintenance and cleanup. The location is way off the beaten path but reasonably close to everything Ocala has to offer. There is an operable laundry area.

Quiet, family friendly park. Affordable housing, offering the opportunity to rent to own homes. Management partners with law enforcement to ensure park remains safe, and maintains the appearance of the park to keep it looking up to its name!

Its disgusting and dirty...police there all the time. Infested with roaches and rats...slum lords run this place. A terrible place to live

I moved in around November 2017. I am a private person that mostly stays to myself so you can imagine my surprise to find out the place came with brown little critters. I sadly had to get rid of sally and Fred along with their thousands of cousins. Every time someone moves they dont take their friends they just move to my house. If you love drama and excitement or your an adrenaline junky you will love it here. The police should just move in and save their time and gas. They visit the park every few days from hostage situations all the way to battery. Did I mention the dumpster fire? Oh yes bring your marshmellows! No worries you wont get sick eating the marshmallows people throw their trash on the outside along with their furniture. If you are looking to get rid of bicycles just chain them to your place. Someone will come along and just yank em out and take them for you. Its also a water park!!!! Just go outside your home and watch the water pour out from underneath your home!!!! Wear water shoes though and watch out for the broken sewage pipes. No need to call maintenance because there isnt any. Even though your lease states there is. Reach out to the owner! You wont know who they are because you get this neat notice on your door stating theres a new owner every couple of months. You can email them however unless its about them getting paid rent you wont hear anything. As for laundry...they have that too. You put in your money, your soap and quarters and see if you actually hit the jackpot. If it turns on you win!!!!!country living it truly is!!!! Its just like camping in the wilderness!!!!! No seriously with no water, a chance of fire, being robbed.....you are set! If you need photos i have them, along with emails, and a long list of other things.
