SWEETWATER OAKES IS A WONDERFUL PARK FRIENDLY AND SAFE. IT IS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. MANAGEMENT IS CARING AND DOES A GREAT JOB. WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 3 YRS.
Dirty and rundown. Badly maintained. Entrance looks like a cheap trashy trailer park. Many dirty homes and poorly kept yards. Looks like management doesnt care,,,
Great place very quiet my inlaws live here and everybody is very respectful and kind my car died and one fella jumped me off no problem a great place
