If you own an RV, which assuming when you googled RV parks and came across this one you do. Then Live Oaks is definitely a place you could hook your vehicle up and kick back. . Neatly located in a decent part of town, this RV park is within a short drive to your local Wal-Mart, as well as other stores which you can easily get your daily shopping done.

It appears run down and the people seemed leerly of anyone not from there.

My parents lived here for 2 years very quiet friendly people. The office lady could of chill a little but over I loved. Ty

This is a decent mobile home park with a super convenient location. Just minutes from Ocala or Belleview. Most of the folks hete are friendly and keep to themselves. The park is reasonably well maintained

The park manager, JoAnn Kennedy was the nicest, friendliest and most professional Ive met. The park was clean, organized and pretty

A rundown trailer park looking for a place to live but our real estate agent said we can get a good deal Im sorry rundown trailer park it seems like no one there cares about anything. From my vantage point of one trailer that I was going to move into or thought about it at least is there was a tree getting ready to fall on a couple of trailers down the road from where I was looking at unsafe.

My experience would be a lot better if I could find or somebody could give me the main owners number so I can call and ask them some questions

35$ app fee, per adult. For a 2/2 its 750/month and 750 deposit.Yikes, considering the state of the park.

These people took my mothers home from me that was deceased instead of working out a payment plan for the lot rent.. She owned the trailer but they took it from me

The majority of the park is empty. Most of the mobile homes are falling apart in disrepair.

Lot rent is way too high. Junkie trailers and right next to the tracks
