Ok room wasnt clean when we got here but overall ok

Totally not what we expected. Having to clean room upon departure was ridiculous to avoid cleaning fees. We ran out of pool towels first day and had to was during our stay. They only provided on set of towels. No housekeeping during our stay and was not told this when checking in. Our reservations were made over a month ago so we feel there was time to let us know these things. We would have cancelled long before we came. It didnt feel like a vacation when you have to clean during your entire stay. Everyone we met complained for same things we encountered. Also could mold in our room in a couple of places and it smelled of mold when entering unit. Will not recommend to anyone.

Nope nope & nope. This room is the absolute worse. Im up now...actually scared to go to sleep feel like something is gonna crawl on me. So Im just looking around. This is so very old. Staff is very friendly tho. Glow golf was fun. Rooms I saw online were not like the room that Im in right now....just horrible is what it is. Just wanted a nice room at a nice resot...i call false advertisement on the online pics...lies all lies

Beautiful view of the ocean and easy park near the door! But now I have had cockroachs for almost a month, two treatments and they are still here in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and getting worse.

Full disclosure, I own a unit. Properties are privately owned and may be rented privately, through Sands Resorts or, by third parties. Reviews based on individual units do not accurately reflect all units or the services provided by all providers. The location is great, quick walk to the beach, away from the main strip. Many amenities nearby from grocery stores, restaurants, shops, theaters etc.

A smaller tower but nice. No restaurant onsite, but easy to walk to them. Small pool. Units are clean and common areas kept up. Larger parking lot across street.

The location is great its right next to the beach with a minute walkstraight to the ocean. We paid for an upgraded ocean view and got a balcony view looking at the parking lot and a big building with no view what so ever. The ice machine beeped continuously and the air was out with made the hallway miserable. We went to the indoor pool with 2 Jacuzzi tubs and none of the jets worked. The waterpark was great but closed at 7. So if your looking for an ocean view dont book this hotel because they flat out lie. We stayed for 5 days hoping to eventually be upgraded but saw that none of the rooms in both towers had any sort of a view at all.

Great if youre on a budget. Very close to beach. Decent amenities throughout the compound. Excellent hours of operations. Prices in shops are good. Feels, looks, and is outdated. Small pools. 3.5 stars. Problem is location in comparison to north beach and the south end. Sandwiched in an area with no near nightlife or shopping.

We stayed in the penthouse room and it was amazing. The facility was very well kept and clean. The rooms were a great size and felt more like a house than a hotel. Had 2 full bathrooms, 3 bed rooms, and a full kitchen. 2 balconies and it has a great proximity to the beach

Not at all what we expected. Wasnt informed about a few things during checking in like housekeeping, access codes to amenities, mold in rooms, many guests were complaining of things not working in their suites, and not happy that you have to clean your suite at departing or be charged cleaning fees. So on vacation for me I dont want to have to clean like I do at home. Thats why we are on vacation.

I was able to see the beach from our room. The room was clean though the kitchen was small. Only a pool, not hot tub, but it was still nice and relaxing. Parking wasnt an issue either. We had an overall great experience.

Awesome room with great rates

The only great thing was the quick walk to the beach. The rooms were roach infested and smelled horrible. Customer service was even worse than the rooms. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Horrible condo. Its like the slum Lord of area condos. Its always fun when you get in late at night and you have to make your own beds. Its even better when that then causes you to find blood stains (doesnt looked stained, may be fresh) on the mattress pad. Yuck. 4 beds in the room and they only give you 4 pillow cases, but they do provide plenty of pillows (who sleeps on hotel pillows without a pillow case?). Front desk is unattended. Sheets have holes in them (probably from making all of the guests make their own beds) and the shower has black mold. Fine if you dont have little children, allergies, or asthma. I have never griped about a hotel stay at the beach in my life. Why? Youre at the beach and youre not in your room, but COME ON. This place is awful. For the price paid you can stay anywhere else. Maybe Im picky this time because I have stayed other places in Myrtle and this dump is a let down. Pros, close access to the beach, plenty of parking, rooms AC worked, open unprotected wifi... Stay any where else I strongly recommend it.

Except to be on your own bc you have to provide your own everything down to the toilet paper and trash bags and the clean linen they provide you will have to wash yourself until the end of your stay bc they dont provide that for you neither. I called and asked about house keeping bc we were charged cleaning fee at beginning of or stay and they told me that was only for them to change beds and vacuum when we leave I was shocked bc there was a paper on fridge that said you will be charged additional fees if you dont take trash to dumpster and clean all dishes and tidy up before you leave which we always clean up but really why all the fees for cleaning when you dont do any cleaning. And what topped the cake is when we was told we couldnt enter kid zone and couldnt get into a certain pool bc we paid at a discount price and was put in a separate building. And the indoor pool that we had to use was nasty and pipes in the ceiling was hanging down and dripping who knows what kind of water straight in the pool I will never stay here again. Been to better hotels and this is supposed to be a resort.

Its nice but the maids are treated very poorly

The worst stay ever. Missing bed sheets uncomfortable bed. And disgusting smell. Never again.

My first experience was bad 1st we didn’t even know we were getting a condo. 2 there was black mold that is so un healthy to breath in then when they let us switch rooms there was cleaner still in the room like they didn’t even finish cleaning. 3 the room that we switched to well we tried to turn it on and I didn’t even put my whole finger on there and it fell in the tub. Well that was so bad that the other nights we stayed at a different place. So disappointing. I just wanted a vacation.

Beach view. Barely visible through trees and the condo in front. Fridge in bedroom. Kitchen very very small. Ice machine very loud. Hallways not air conditioned. Ok for when places to choose are limited.

Roaches, spiders, greasy microwave that Jabba the Hutt slobbered on, moldy furniture, really old furniture, stained furniture, crumbs all over sofa and ground, more roaches, broken TV, lights that dont even work some dont even have a bulb inside them, really old broken TV, crap water park that closes at 7:00 yep 7:00 pm, small and dirty water park, water isnt clean, the restroom makes random noises every hour that wakes you up early in the morning, people here are bad and only want your money, people dont care about your complaints just want money, and thats apparently a $300 experience dont ever go here its horrible, vote with your wallet, I will never come back here again.
