Very nice people but none of the employees were on the same page. One employee would say one thing and then the other would negate what the one other employee would say. The view was fantastic. Decently clean hotel. THE PARKING GARAGE IS THE WORST. DO NOT PARK DOWN THERE. Marks on my car from other people and no cameras. AND you CAN NOT maneuver down there. PLUS there was construction going on early mornings. Everyday I stayed. And we were not compensated for the early morning wake up calls from drilling and hammering. The best part was the FANTASTIC bar and grill right outside the hotel. Sad that such a great place can be overshadowed by the glaring discrepancies of this hotel.

Liked this place, yes. Loved the room itself, room was very clean and upgraded. Parking was a nightmare. Obviously car damage from parking in the lower level parking garage. Barely any room to pass when cars were coming down the deck. Was not notified there was building construction going on when booked thru AIRBNB. Concrete on my vehicle in the evenings. Also saw construction workers washing cars that was effected by the concrete falling. AIRBNB superhost didnt disclose that we could park across the street.Close to the beach, most people were friendly.

Dirty and just plain rancid smelling! So much cigarette smoke and filth! The room are outdated and nasty. My family has always stayed at Caravelle Resort. We will never stay at ST. Clements building again! On a positive note the security guard sleeps in the lobby at night. He was a light sleeper. I woke him up to report smoking on our floor. This made us feel semi safe with him sleeping in the lobby. The staff and housekeeping are super nice. The building is just stinky and disgusting!
