Stayed here after booking an airbnb. This place was horrible. The lobby smelled like trash. The pool was not open at the time. The rooms were old and outdated. Furniture broken and old carpet. The only nice thing about this location was its walking distance to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony. The bathrooms were nasty with old mildewed curtains and outdated as well. I was disgusted! Its a NO for me! Dont let the beautiful pictures they display fool you because the hotel itself is a DUMP! I will never return here.

Didn’t receive room I requested during booking. Place was somewhat clean. Old furnishings. Tenants above sounded like they were renovating during the night. Oceanfront view was wonderful. Patio chairs were very flimsy and the small table leg on the balcony was broken. Washer looked broken. Didn’t attempt to use it.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and the view was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful. Great location to walk everywhere we wanted.

For a short time I cleaned some rooms here for a guy who owned two condos.. Beautiful views of the ocean from the Master bedroom and living room. Bathrooms were not as updated as you would expect them to be for how updated the rest of the place was. But all in all he had two very nice condos...

Perfect stay in the right spot

DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the WORSE. None of the resort amenities are available and its not mentioned anywhere prior to booking or once checking in. They gave me the a smaller room than I paid for. Once in the correct room it was NASTY. There wasnt enough bedding in the room and one of the beds was only made up with sheets. The bathroom was disgusting. I had to wait until the following morning to get s new shower curtain amongst many other things. I told the front desk I was highly dissatisfied and was told there was nothing they could do and to think all if the issues are not even listed here. This trip was for my sons birthday and he has no pool or anything which is suppose to be available and is not. This was a complete rip off and the management should be ashamed. I will never stay here again and advise anyone and everyone to NOT stay in this abomination of a resort.

My stay was terrible! Hotel was smelly and outdated. The room i booked on Hotels.com was bot the room I received at checkin. Some of my family members had to sleep on the floor for the weekend. I was very upset that my room was given away. I will never book here again!

Room was very dirty, the complementary shampoo and body wash were halfway empty, it was like nobody cleaned the room before we checked in. The shower curtains were moldy, and even the walls were greasy! Customer service was very rude at check in, felt like they just wanted to go home as quick as possible. I do not recommend staying here.

Our weekend at Atlantic Resort was a mess at the beginning. Room phone didn’t work, pools closed, ice machine wasn’t working had to walk to the other building to get ice, broken couch the room it was just a hot MESS with a nasty smell to it. The lady down stairs was a great help can’t remember her name but she upgraded our room and it smell better! Room was much cleaner but I will not be staying here again!!!!

Pool was not open at all during our stay . By second day kiddie pool and lazy river was opened . Hot tub was never heated and smelled bad . Elevators worked well and moved fast . Views were gorgeous from balcony ! Balconies are not really private though . The beautiful design of the beachfront side of the hotel unfortunately allowed for people to look into the front of our bedroom so curtains stayed closed the whole time . Access to the beach is easy and quick . The washer and dryer in the room was a BONUS !!! Fridge was cold and made ice . Not top of the line but would stay here again . Also walking distance to boardwalk, sky wheel and many stores which includes a grocery store .

This place was dirty. There was old soap in the shower. Towels had stains on them. The bed was missing the blanket. There was no iron. Floor needed to be vaccum. I only stayed 1 of my 2 nights.

There was so much dust on furniture that I wrote “clean me” in the dust. The couches and walls were dirty and stained. Our feet stayed black from dirty carpet.They changed the code to the door entering the building and didn’t even inform us. We were standing outside with our arms full putting the code that we had been using in repeatedly, and another guest told us it had been changed and told us what it was. The sliding glass door to the balcony is out of adjustment and is extremely hard to open ( the track is full of sand and debris) and has the handle broke which makes the sliding door to the balcony even more difficult to open. . Their wasn’t hardly any outlets that worked. There was a coffee table that was so wobbly that we had to move it because we were afraid it would fall apart on our 14 month old baby. The air conditioning didn’t cool very well and it was so hot Inside! we found that the air filter was so full of dust that no air was passing through it. We had to call for maintenance to come change it. Pieces of food in the kitchen floor in the corners of cabinets, and when I went to clean it up with a Lysol wipe, a big ball of hair came out from underneath the cabinet. We had 4 adults and 2 children on our stay. We called to ask for clean towels and was informed that I’d have to pay $15 for each bathroom per day for clean towels. There is no laundry facility here. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

This was a he worst stay i have ever had . We had to supply our own toilet paper trash bags had to wash our own towels they didnt clean our room at all. Broken glass in the room kids got cut. Washing machine only filled 6 inches both bath tubs didnt drain.. no pool even though all the hotels around us was open and icing on the cake was we was charged $215.00 for cleaning tge room that we let cleaner than we got it..

Room was not ready! Absolutely no toiletries posing to be a challenge for our kids who endured a 11 hour drive. The toilet kept clogging. The shower head pressure was low barely water came out. The pool was close other hotels next door pool was open .

My lady booked this place as a surprised and we had a good time. Check in was fast and easy, people were nice. Room was clean and we were happy.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms are invested with roaches. There is no housekeeper to clean, change linens or pulled trash. You have to do it all yourself & I was overcharged. The lazy pool is filthy & the inside pool looked like they were doing construction. The sad part is the room did have a great veiw but you cant enjoy because all the other negative things.

The place we stayed at (through Air BNB) was dirty and didnt seem to be well taken care of. For the price, youd expect things to be taken care of. When you have a cleaning fee and walk into paint chips missing all over, dust on fridge, microwave and cabinets, you tend to wonder where your cleaning money is going. Scrapes and dents all over walls, tiles chipped, light bulbs out, hair dryer plug busted, phone RJ45 connector broken, mismatched light bulbs in fixtures. Elevator needs attention, lights out, panels cracked, etc. Keypad to exterior lock code did not work half the time.The beach and Ocean Blvd were nice when it wasnt raining. Overall it was a fair experience for the price. I will definitely pay more for a better known hotel establishment and not go through Air BNB moving forward.

This is the absolute worst place i ever stayed. My family and I drove four hours just to get here and our room had been given away. We was given another room with less beds, some of my family members had to sleep on the floor. Room was smelly, outdated, and nothing like the pictures. Do not waste your time or money booking in yhis dump. I am very upset and disappointed. I hat suppose to have been a fun filled weekend turn into a mess with this hotel.

Miserable. Depressing. Badly outdated. Poorly maintained. Were booked in for three nights but stayed none after seeing the place.. Front desk was closed and it was only 5pm. Would NOT recommend this.

Awesome room. Very clean facility. Family friendly. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are convenient. Outdoor pool, jacuzzi and lazy river are wonderful addition. The free in house movie rental makes this place even more amazing. We had a fireplace in our condo. Perfect place for a honeymoon, or family vacation! Will most definitely be staying here again.

Beds not provided what I rented managers didnt help with no options not willing to assist in anyway. Room had big cockroaches, it smelled, no housekeeping provided even though lots of other resorts were providing service as well as pools. parking was not at resort had to park not across the street but further down.

Called before booking to make sure the pools were open, was told that they were. I have 4 kids, so I always book with a pool. Get there and the pools were NOT open. The only hotel in the area with pools closed. Front desk was no help at all since we did not book directly with them. Microwave did not work, elevators hardly worked and we had roaches. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and so much help tho. Will not book again!!

Didnt get to check IN til after 6pm!! room was still dirty, hair on the sheets and tub/sink was sandy. The elevator stunk so bad too. There wasnt any cooking skillets, plates were dirty. 2nd TV wasnt working along with the remote. The only thing I enjoyed was the balcony, Ill never stay in these condos again. Ended up checking out early because this stay was terrible.

Beds are way to small. If you need more towels and wash rags you have to pay $15. The out of the wall mattress was filthy and sleeps like two box springs. Refrigerator is hard to close. No curtains over the bedroom windows. You get one roll of toliet paper. A.c. is not cold at all. But the view is beautiful.

Loved it! the girls at the front desk were so nice the whole time and even helped us with dinner suggestions.

Stayed 09/24 -09/28. Stayed in Atlantica I floor 701.Theres two atlantica, Atlantica I and main so when you book make sure you ask which building youre at.The place is great. Beachfront is definitely delightful. The security is a plus doors are coded so no need to worry about demagnetizing keys when got close to credit cards or phones which has always been my problem but in this case, i didnt have that problem.Suite 701: 2 rooms and 2 baths. We got a clean, nice, and well equipped suite. Just as how it was described.Convenience to this place:Close to pier 14 walking distance. Walking distance to boardwalk, a convenient store, restaurants, and souvenir shops. 5 min drive to walmart and alongside of that are restaurants that are a must try.

Glass shards were scattered over the room floors. Hot tub was cold and dirty.The pool guy sanitized one chair then took a picture of that chair as if he cleaned them all...

My Wife disinfected the place because of Covid. This caused a cockroach to run out. So big that when I hit it it splattered over half the living room but kept going. We left immediately. Still waiting on my refund.

This hotel is by far the worst if looking here keep looking!! First off the room are not update front desk over charges you for what supposed to be resort fee!! Also when checking in paid for a 2 bed room received a different room and it was a mess dirty and old. This hotel should be closed!

Parking is terrible. Not close enough to bldg. Had to change rooms. First one was a little weared. Second room was better. Fan in 1 bathroom was very loud and hanging out of ceiling. Balcony sliding door windows was dirty. Lock broke as well. Could not lock it at night. Weve stayed there a couple years ago. Loved it. Had no issues. I think with the Covid-19 going on, that had a lot to do with it. Went to check out about 8 AM that morning. Office was not open. I like to check out in person just to make sure everything is clear.

Nastiest hotel ever been to .no one tries to help you we had to clean our own hotel room before we decided to leave because there was blood on the cushions there was hair on the bed dirty towels very dirty place I do not recommend you go there. Especially during the covid-19 we were very surprised to find what we found. We filed complaints with DHEC in consumer affairs. I repeat you do not want to come save your family

Great resort. Close to everything, great electronic locks, and very clean.

We got a good deal on a condo style room for our sports tournament. (Off season ) The indoor pool and whirlpool was nice. Parking is a bit of a walk, room was clean, but a little dated. Big room for the $$$ tho. You can hear your neighbors pretty well for some reason! Good rating because of the deal and they answer the phone at the desk when you call.

This place is DIRTY! My in-laws booked a few days here and as soon as they walked into their room and saw how filthy it was they left. The rooms are gross, the common area bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in days and the pool was foggy and dirty. We’ve stayed at many oceanfront resorts/hotels in Myrtle Beach and this is by far the grossest one we’ve ever seen. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly either.

They first put us in a room that was dirty and had dead roaches on the ground and in-between the sheets then we was switched to a bigger and better room dont git me wrong it was way nicer and better but walked into smelly room because of leak from ac unit and it was cleaner then the first but still wasnt the cleanest specially for paying over 3 grand to stay figured it would be just a little nicer also was told pools would be open and the whole 2 weeks we stayed they was closed but still had a great time other then its just not that clean of a hotel/condo

This was honestly the worst place I have ever stayed. As soon as we entered our room it was evident that we were not given the room that we saw online. We were very disappointed because they are false advertising. There was trash on the kitchen table and the stove was dirty. The tile floors were disgusting. I had on a pair of white socks and they were black just from walking around for 5 mins while putting our things away. Our refrigerator was broken and stayed that way the entire time. We lost several groceries. I called a week before our arrival and asked if they had pots, pans, etc. so that I could gather anything I may need. I was assured that they had everything I was inquiring about. When we arrived they only had two pots and we had already gotten our groceries. Also, apparently it is a rule that you have to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. They do not provide them for you. I was never informed of this and it was never in any of my confirmation emails or on the site where I booked the room. The pool wasn’t open as well, but all the other pools on the strip were. The staff was very unhelpful and some of them seemed incompetent of doing their job. During our stay there were countless guests trying to get a refund for their rooms because they were so bad. I definitely do not recommend the Atlantica.

Big rooms stayed there for a week one of the best weeks I have had in a long time

I liked that the rooms were big and nice. I didnt like the fact that we didnt get any house keeping or fresh towels. There was no sheets for the pull out bed.

The condo we were given was garbage. We booked through Atlantica, btw. Nasty, frayed carpet, greasy floors, ripped lampshades, sticky countertops, unpainted drywall patches, dirty air vents, stinky and sticky elevator lobby in the building we were in, cheap mattresses, delaminating cabinets and counters, broken and worn-out furniture, no hot water, half size fridges, Avoid!

If I could give negative stars I would give 10 million ....I have never felt so ripped off by a hotel in more than 25 years of travel. I had to cancel my room due to covid 19. The hotel refuses to refund my deposit. When I cancelled by phone the 1st person said it did not matter that all the restaurants were closed. That they had a restaurant on site... she did not care that the event I was attending was canceled....did not care that the CDC the state and federal governments were all asking people not to travel. The 2and person a few days later said he understood and that you had received many request to cancel and understood... but then he never took care of it. I understand you like all business need to make money....but to ask me to still come to your dirty hotel...(many reviews say yours rooms are dirty) that would put me at even more risk of catching covid 19... your crazy. Now your going to force me to file action with the courts to get my money back. So instead of doing the right thing during a pandemic and refund my money ....like thousands of other hotels had to do. You want to keep my money......

My wife, and I stayed in unit 302 North Towerabsolutely beautiful unit, stayed here before.Owners are very meticulous in this condo. This unit looks right over the pool,and directly and ocean front condo. This unit has 2 queen beds plus a queen sofa bed. Appears to be newly painted, and renovated.

Upon check in windows were so dirty you could write on them. Previous tenants dirty towels from home laying around and thick cob webs on bedside lamps. Room smelled like generic purple fabulouso and I paid mandatory $98 extra for COVID professional cleaningI got a refund otw in 4-5 days

My family and I Would NEVER stay here AGAIN, the room was not completely clean,TVs didn’t work upon arrival, Room came with washer and dryer and the dryer didn’t work, told front desk/Maintence and they told me my dryer needed a part and they didn’t know or could tell me when part for dryer would arrive, the tub was stopped up water would rain down tub properly, and the list goes on!! Ended up having to get another room, that roomWas a LITTLE better, still wasn’t properly cleaned, sheets and stainsOn them, instead ofBathtub being stopped up and water draining down slow, The bathroom sink was stopped up, I’ve stayed at way better resorts than this this wouldBe our First and LAST timeStaying here spend your money somewhere else!

Our condo was comfortable and roomy. The parking was our reason we will not choose Atlantica again. The parking lot for people staying at Atlantica is 2 streets over. Which poses a problem for disabled people or people with a lot of small children. My mom is disabled and she cant walk far so she didnt enjoy herself to the fullest. Also there is some kind of construction going on right now so you will get woken up early in the morning by some sort of drilling sound.

Its close to the beach and there are several eaterys and stores within walking distance. We love it here.

One bedroom suite. Checked in, or room was ready over an hr later. We have stacked washer & dryer, dishwasher, 4 full? beds. Were in the main building, 1st floor up. Elevator is slow, we take the stairs. Lazy river, hot tubs and indoor pool are easily accessible here - larger (outdoor)pool at additional building. No smoking on resorts. Provided basic set of stainless steel pans, kitchen utensils, 1pc of each silverware & dish per person. Daily towels & garbage(not cleaning). Overall I like it over the suites in the additional building they have less space & smaller appliances. Some front desk ppl could be more friendly. Coupon books should be offered to everyone & maps for stores etc.

Poor front desk Service, took us over 30 minutes to find our room and no one answers the office phone! The TV in living room didn’t work, no batteries in one of the bedrooms tv controller and the lamps didn’t work! Almost broke my neck in the bathroom the toilet seat came apart! The ceiling in living room is leaking...The ice machine was broke and they told us to go to the other hotel to get ice when I have 2 children and a infant ummm no! ALSO all pools were closed besides the lazy river and it was dirty and nasty looking! They never cleaned it and they had all the chairs put up and the umbrellas were all broken it was ridiculous I tried to call and talk to the manager but of course I get no one I definitely will not ever come here again!

I would have rated better but they are doing construction on the outside and cant even enjoy sitting on the balcony because people on a scaffolding outside our room since early this morning and all day. Room is 3 out of 5 stars. Just sucks not being able to enjoy the ocean from our balcony.

Pools closed, no maid services, had to provide our own toilet paper, no shower to wash sand off... huge disappointment and I’m not hard to please

They lied that the pools were opened, they lied that they will give you toilet paper. They elevator stopped because someone pushed the fire alarm and they said it would be fixed in a hour it was much more which caused us to go up the stairs.

The first room had roaches. We were moved to a much nicer room and no bugs! The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Loved the hot tubs. I would return.

Common areas were dirty. Front desk only open 9AM-5PM the lobby is locked during off hours. There was a homeless guy inside the building off hours trying to hustle tips for carrying luggage. Not well staffed.

Didn’t make it to check in, numbers disconnected, number on Facebook is to another hotel. Finally got someone to give me a number from Facebook messenger the staff was rude. Waited almost 20 minutes to talk to someone best $1600 I didn’t spend. Reading most of the reviews I would suggest another place. I did book directly thru the site so please don’t comment that back.

This hotel seemed nice but turned out to be a horrible stay. The only good thing I can say is the staff is friendly. However, getting to our room. When I first went in i noticed trash still in the trash can. Which shows they don’t take cleaning the room serious. I also had issues with my water. The water smelled like sewage water. They instructed me to let it run because due to Covid the building has been empty for awhile. After doing so the water still had not changed in smell. So my fiance and I used bottled water to wash our hands etc. Next There were roaches in the bathroom the front desk tried to name another bug. Regardless I shouldn’t be seeing bugs. Next the TVs shorted and we couldn’t not watch anything at all. After all that I wanted to leave esp b/c of the smell of the water. But we decided to use our bottled water for our needs. Now later that night while sleeping I awoke in the middle of the night b/c I felt myself getting bit. The next day I tell the front desk staff. She tried to suggest I was getting bit by sand flees and wasn’t sure if they were bed bugs but she wasn’t sure and would have someone check the room. I told her I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. She stated she would refund me for one night and some resort fees. I requested a full refund b/c none of this is my fault. She would not fully refund me until she found out if they had bed bugs or sand flees. Regardless I feel I’m entitled to a full refund. I have taken pictures of which I have been bitting at least 6 times from my arm to my back and they hurt like hell. I have not received any information since leaving the hotel. I will never stay here again. If I have not heard anything about the room and it’s infestation soon I will seek other outside parties. Just stay away from this place it’s filthy. Spend a lil more money to avoid these type of situations.

Check in was at 4. Our room wasnt ready until almost 6. When it was the kids bedtime and we pulled the murphy bed down there wasnt any linens or pillows for them and the staff had left for the night. Our key cards were replaced 3 times for not working until they just had to replace the entire lock. A leak or just a faulty seal at the sliding glass door ended up soaking the entire corner of the room and wet the kids clothes in their bag. It just kept spreading in the carpet until you had to walk on squishy carpet to sit on the couch. The path down to the beach had a open manhole the entire time and it was not taped or barricaded off. We did have a pretty nice time outside of the room but I would not stay there again. This was our first family vacation and I just had hoped for better.

We got a family suite since there was 6 of us. Wonderful front desk service. My father in-law was driving to Myrtle Beach and we ran into traffic which caused for us to be later than the check in time. He called up and they were not only understanding but kind as well. Once we arrived we received great front desk service.Im giving this a 3 star Because we were told that the second bedroom had 2 full sized beds, and there were 2 single sized beds in the bedroom.In addition to, on the wall there was a bathing suit liner on the wall...which then made me question how thoroughly the place was cleaned. The rest of the place seemed very clean and well kept.No bed bugs or dust mites.We had a beautiful Ocean front View!I would recommend this hotel if you are wanting to save some money but know that you arent entering a run down hotel.

Worst experience ever. They said they had pool, but it wasnt, I was reading review and someone had same issue 2 weeks ago. They kept telling its gonna open today, but it didnt. Didnt even provided extra blanket for sofa bed, said you book through Airbnb, call host. I was fed up with this.

First of all Mrs penny or whaTever her name is in the front office is veryyy rude she was being nice to who ever she liked!! Answered us in a bad way the whole time she needs to either do her job right or goooo home! Tv didnt work we told them they never fixed it!Stayed for 3 nights Housekeeping Never came!Our room keys stopped working and so on.Never coming back! Tbh is not the place is the people that work there!Dont do it!!!!!

We stayed at this building about 9 years ago and I gotta say, the hotel was pretty good. It was clean, spacious, and the view we had was superb. I would go back.

Second tower is not right next to the main building. Strange smell upon walking into second tower of baby powder and cleaning supplies. Room was ok. Last day found a cockroach on the bathroom hand towel! Pools were ok. The one with the second tower had a strange smell that was not chlorine. I probably would not stay here again.

We stayed the week of 15 - 21 July. Lovely 2 bedroom oceanfront room. Room was clean and extremely comfortable for 2 families of 4. Didnt see bugs until 4 days into the trip. Its the beach! Water attracks bugs! Yes the furniture is slightly worn but nice... Great week stay.

Me and my wife and our boys and their wives come to spend the week. All the wives are happy, I’m happy. Plenty of room in the 2 bedrooms for the 6 of us. I don’t know if they all have a full kitchen, but this one does. It’s just like a little house.

I loved the view from the front room. I didnt like broken fridge or running toilet. There are no bathrooms near the pool. You have to go back to your room. They do not have breakfast even though they list a price for one. There is no safe in the room.

Several friends reccommended this place as one of the best hotels and I must say it lives up to its name.

Liked the location. Didnt like the parking distance. The reservation made wasnt the room offered upin arrival. I had to complain in order to receive the roon i reseeved. Initially i was told that there were no orher rooms available.

Bad service, information to get in was sent to me late, sitting outside of the place trying to call someone, the lady was rude, and blocked the calls,

When I arrived to check in I was told I had to pay an additional $100 in fees plus a $100 deposit on top of the charge I was quoted in my email. I think an additional $200 required at check in is a very important part of my vacation budget. The hotel could have sent an email in advance instead of waiting until check in to tell me this. Nevertheless I checked in and went to my room. Unfortunately I could not stay. I called the front desk. Because the room was too small. It was tiny. The smallest hotel room I have ever been in, in all of the 15 years I have visited Myrtle Beach. They told me there were no other rooms available. I asked to speak with a manager. They said there was no manager there. It was 15 minutes after check in time so obviously the management knows there will be issues at check in and they leave for the day. But I could not stay in that room even for 1 night. I am claustrophobic and the room was simply tiny. Maybe fit for 1 slim person as I could not fit through the bathroom door. Because it would not open all the way due to not enough space. I was back in the front office in less than 20 minutes and told them I could not stay in the room. But she called a manager and charged me $134 for one night even though she says the hotel was completely booked. She still needed to charge me for a night that I could not even spend at the hotel. I did speak with Sarah the general manager over the phone and she said she could not help me. So very sad

Awesome condos!! Close to local attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Loved that it was right at the beach but the room needed much attention. The carpet on the balcony was coming up and had large holes. Sliding glass doors very dirty and curtain in room facing hallway was missing. The staff was friendly especially housekeeping. Oh and the elevators very slow. Lol take the stairs down :) View from the room amazing!!

The first room was HORRIBLE. The room was completely dated. The Murphy bed was dirty, the pull out was the same. Stains on the bed. We were given a second room on the first floor right next to the entrance.....HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Didn’t get any sleep due to people coming and going ALL night long. Second night I assume someone locked their drunk spouse out. He asked us to let him in (which we didn’t), but someone did. He beat and kicked on the door ALL night. We attempted to call the front desk only to find out that the phone in our room didn’t work. My children were afraid thinking something was going to happen. Now the view of the beach was absolutely beautiful and that was it. I recommend having someone patrol the building. All in all I wouldn’t recommend it....too many negatives

We’ve enjoyed the Atlantica for many years. We used to stay at the Palmetto Shores and decided to try the Atlantica several years ago. We recommend it to all of our friends and family. We’ve never had a problem. Love our Atlantica family!

The staff & maintenance staff were very friendly & helpful! The view was AMAZING! Ocean front. Pools & Spa were well maintained. Very clean . The room was so Beautifully decorated & Clean. A nice place for the price

This place is complete trash. As soon as we got here, our toilet was not flushing and the shower handle was somehow missing. The staff was able to come over and get it fixed in a timely manner. We soon discovered cockroaches in the kitchen and were told they would have someone come clean it and they would get us a new room. Apparently the people that came to exterminate couldn’t find them (have pictures of them on my phone) and we were told they couldn’t get us another room. So we are stuck here for the next 4 days staying in this dump, which has ruined our vacation. Do not stay here!!
