Hotel staff are great, very friendly and helpful!! The hotel itself is a little older. Not many rooms with a view and we could hear people above us quite often. The roof is currently under construction so nothing fun up there. The location is perfect. Within a very short walk to the beach. Located next to multiple restaurants with great food. At the beginning of Ocean Drive so its not extremely loud and within a short walk from more of the party.

Loved the apartment. Great location! 2 minute walk to South beach and to the restaurants! Spoilt for choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were really friendly too! :)

The place has no air conditioning in Miami. Crazy? The hotel remains me of a upscale hostel. The place is clean and serviceable nothing more. I was in a one bedroom lock off. There was a 2 gap under the door. I could everything the people next door said and they could hear me Im sure. The staff at night consisted of one very young looking woman. This meant no service other than check on and out. The hotel is on Ocean Dr.in the heart of South Beach so, if all you want to is party and you are young this may work for you. The nest thing about the place was the picture in the bedroom. Good luck.

The staff was friendly and helpful during every interaction. I stayed here for my wedding, and they surprised me with a celebratory cake and bottle of champagne! The rooms were very clean. The location is right across from the beach and many stores are within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

I booked a stay using groupon and was carged twice. I spoke with groupon customerservice abour canceling my reservations. They talked to the company and the company basically told them that it was too late for me to cancel my resevations even though it was the next day. They said something about making an exception but I only received a refund for one of the charges.

The location is great; the one bedroom suite spacious & generally clean. There was good water pressure in the shower, etc. There was basically no soundproofing to adjoining room, and lots of noise coming from the street outside. Also the only locking mechanism on the door was a deadbolt. Many hotels have an extra hasp for security.

Perfect for our little family. If you go up to the terrace you can see the boardwalk and ocean as well. Beautiful place. Especially with little ones all we had to do was cross the ocean blvd and we were at the beach. Great atmospheres well! Will definitely come again.

Great quick getaway spot on Ocean drive.

Located right in the center of the things. Easy walk to most areas and the bus and free trolley system is not hard to navigate.Rooms are comfortable and basic kitchen necessities are there. My second stay here, looking forward to coming back.Staff very helpful.

The property was a perfect location across the street from a beautiful park and ocean beach. It was also surrounded by excellent restaurants and great night life for dining.

My first time here in South Beach. I literally walk out the front door and boom right across the street is the beach amazing location. Then its tons of resturants and shopping within walking distance.

I cant say enough but I will say all I can! The rooms come with everything!!!! The bed felt like I was sleeping on heavens cloth. The staff, manager, the clean up crew they all make you feel like home. I didnt want to leave my room. It was just a total and complete setting of comfort. I will only book to stay there when Im in Miami. 1000% satisfaction

This is such a nice place to stay when we visit South Beach. The rooms are comfortable and the beds/linens are very nice. Everything you could want is within walking distance, or close enough to swoop to!

From their very cozy terrace you can actually see the ocean and have some wine! Not a regular hotel but a condo instead you have your kitchen, living room and separate rooms! ️

Basic but very clean rooms in the Art Deco section of South beach. Excellent restaurants close by. Staff is friendly and the go out of their way to be helpful. Nice seating area on roof to relax and look at the ocean. Great location.

1. We came late, the front door was locked and No one in front desk. We knocked the door many times...finally a man came, but he couldnt make a room key.2.BUG infested rooms and towels..etc.( I found the cockroach and spider every night.)3. Unprofessional attitude staff4. location is convenient

A room for 3 people and you can only connect 2 devices to the restorts wifi? It also took them 30 mins to get our car back

This place is amazing! The rooms are clean and the entire facility is organized and clean.The staff was awesome and very very accommodating! We were in Miami to get married on the beach (8/18/18) and chose this place through a friend who recommended it to us! They went absolutely out of their way and surprised us with a cake and a few bottles of champagne, balloons, flowers/roses, and a personalized greeting card signed by the entire staff! They presented the cake to us up on the roof top and we took pics with the entire staff for that day! The next day the new manager for the weekend knocked on our door and introduced himself and congratulated us! What amazing service! Only 4 days in into our 9 day vacation and we absolutely love this place! Kudos to the entire management team and the entire staff! You guys are terrific! Because of your service our special day and special stay will be even more precious as we look back on the memories we have there!

This was the worst place I ever stay. My house looked better than this place. Not relaxing at all. The room was so small and very basic. The only thing that was nice was the view. Save your money and go stay somewhere else

The location can’t be beat and the apartments are well appointed. I’ve stayed in the 1 and 2 bedroom units and really enjoyed it.

Stayed here for three nights for Art Basel. They are currently doing renovations on the outside but I knew that when I booked. It didn’t disrupt my stay, just some noise during the day. Room was clean and comfortable. I’m not into the nightlife and I slept well with ear plugs. Very convenient location across the street from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was also well equipped. My room was HUGE and could easily accommodate a family of four. Amenities are minimal but I didn’t mind because my needs were simple. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay.

Stayed at the Crescent 4 days. As of right now the patio is closed to guest as they are doing some construction. My only complaint is that this location does not have an onsite gym. The staff are excellent and helpful and make great suggestions for nearby food. They could use some help in recommending entertainment for guest. The place is very relaxed.

Location is everything!!! Great location but both times I was there it was under renovation. Will have to check it out when they are done.

Had to double park to check in valet is off site. Was told they would arrive in 5-7 minutes But my car was ok double parked. 17 minutes later a tow truck pulled up to tow my car I ran out drive around the block which took another 7 minutes still no valet So I went in again. They said valet will be here in 5 minutes. Soi told them to cancel my room. She said ok. But of course since I booked through hotels.com I was charged anyway I woill Never stay at this property again I will NEVER use hotels.com again

Very nice property. The bed was very, very comfortable. All staff were helpful and went out of their way to make it stay pleasant. Having a separate and spacious living area and kitchenette added to the comfort. The hotel was in an awesome location. Easy to walk everywhere: museums, restaurants, beach. I hesitate to mention any downsides, because they really didnt affect our marvelous stay, but the only windows in the unit looked out on a very close white wall. No view at all. The building next door had a very bright entry door light that shines right into the bedroom all night long. But seriously, from the wonderful staff to the location and comfort, we were able to easily overlook those issues.

Right across the street from the beach in the Art Deco district in South Beach, one could not ask for a better location. Well done restoration of a classic old small hotel. Small rooms, but most of the amenities for comfort. Roof top deck was great spot for 4th of July fireworks. Walking distance to huge array of restaurants and clubs for the lively life style of this area. Great people watching from front deck.

Booked a room here just for a weekend and I have no complaints. The staff were all very friendly especially the manager Simone who used to reside in my homestate of New York. The room was very clean and spacious. I will definitely be booking a room here again next time I visit Miami.

We went here for a timeshare things : So we were lied to about what we were going to receive, we were lied to about being able to stay in places we already visit. We were lied to about going to these places to spend points to sample the package, by not being told we have to attend a presentation at every stay. We were lied to about going to Miami and touring a location, this location, we were told the rooms were not available for viewing, the elevators didnt work we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. We were lied to about the ability to cancel because the salesperson avoided us until the cancellation period was gone and also did not send us the products or contract information until after the dates were passed.

Great Location on Ocean Drive.There are renovations on going so first impressions are not ideal.But once inside the Hotel is typical art decor.The suite was large and clean with everything we needed.The staff were friendly and very helpful.Parking is on the street or a multi storey two streets down.

We loved our time at the Crescent Resort. There was an issue with the room and the staff handled it by moving us to another suite. This one was perfect. The location was fantastic and the staff at the resort was awesome. Great time. We will be back.

The place was under renovation during our stay. Since we were out most of the day we did hear the work going on. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again

Large rooms, kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge, privacy door between living room and bedroom. Friendly desk, checked us in SUPER early. Practically on the beach. Diamond owners will like it.

We have stayed here many times as the location is excellent.We didn’t like not being able to use the roof because of repairs.There is no sound proofing between the rooms so we could hear our neighbours speaking very loudly.No breakfast provided compared to a lot of other hotels but we had a hob, microwave and fridge.

Such a great location! You stay here for the location not necessarily the room quality or service. Rooms are decent, have full kitchens, sleep four. Fun roofdeck that overlooks the ocean, nice place to bring back your own drinks and hang out. Service is okay, front desk person always seems to be on break, but other than that good experience. If youre a diamond owner its a nice place for little points!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is right on the main drag so in the thick of the action and opposite the beach, wonderful!

Great location, interesting art deco atmosphere. Spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Pocket doors separate the rooms but some dont glide well. Most rooms dont have very good views (buildings next door). Air conditioning works well in the living room but not in the bedroom. Rooftop terrace just finished, the rest of the hotel is still under refurbishment as of September 2017.

I had a great experience at the Crescent Resort. When we first arrived to check-in, the hostess was very welcoming and helpful. I had other people checking in a day later and that process was very simple and easy. Even though housekeeping only comes every 4 days, they were great with bring us extra towels and coffee and sugars. The roof top part was a great addition.

Time share. They gave us a room facing the alley. Street lights, at night, made the whole studio suite light up. Noisy! Construction right outside the windows (cement trucks) could hear the people upstairs walking around. Awesome location! Great views! Nice staff!

We chose this hotel for the relaxing part of our trip through Florida. Rooms are very spacious. The view from the rooftop is lovely. The hotel staff were really friendly and patient with us high maintenance London chicks and they all had a really good sense of humour. Our room must have been cleaned by a blind maid.

Shopping district it has all the upscale shopping and restaurants that you would expect to find. We got a great rate and were told that when we come back they will give us 30%% off our next reservations. I cant say a lot of bad about the hotel but for the money I would stay somewhere with a little more amenties and a view.

The Crescent is well worth it and a perfect location. Directly across from the beach and close to the outdoor mall and some amazing restaraunts. Walked up to Lincoln Road for nice variety of shops, cafes,etc. The blinds did not work so we had no privacy at night.

My sister and I checked in yesterday and we were greeted with a smile and professionalism from Jacques at the front desk. I was in room 3307 and whoever the housekeeper is for that room did a great job. The rooms are spacious and we had the ocean view facing the road and lummus park. I cant think of a bad thing to say about this hotel.

Rooms are clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with kitchen minus a stove. It is comfortable to stay here since it is right on the strip. If you plan on drinking a lot, stay at these strip hotels.

Very nice place to get away to during the cold dark months of the winter in Denmark. The room was very spacious with a kitchen/living room area. We thought the suites were a great size. All the staff was very friendly. Any request that were made staff followed through immediately.

Beautifully renovated Art Deco property with an amazing location right on Ocean Drive; a brief stroll to the beach, restaurants and bars. The service was excellent. The staff at reception were always helpful and even loaned us beach mats and umbrella. De and all of us very enormously surprised about the value we got for our money.

The hotel room was fabulous. The BEST part of all is the owner and staff. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and answered or found the answers to all our questions. The staff was friendly and was helpful about what clubs and things to do on the beach. We will return on our next visit to SoBe.

Nice rooms with kitchen, 1 block to the beach, restaurants and clubs all near by, great vacation spot.

The Crescent hired really good photographers. I felt totally safe leaving my belongings with the staff. Had to go out on the roof patio to get connected poorly. Amazing how we got the high-pressure $75,000 sales pitch to upgrade our membership after a wake-up of the back alley dumpster banging and yelling.

The hotel is not absolutely horrible per say, but we will never stay there again. It is an old building that they tried to do the best with. The room we stayed in fit 4 according to the booking agent, when it really was a room for 2. There was 1 bed and 1 couch that was a pull out. The bathroom was accessible through the bedroom only. Also, they did not have enough towels for the number of guest staying at the hotel and left only a hand towel in our room while telling us we had to wait on them to finish laundry to get any towels...

Perfect for a couple stay. Had to wait 20mins to check in because the front desk clerk was not at the desk. Street parking $4 per hour or garage on Collins $20 daily. Good location..

We just spent a week at Crescent Resort and loved it Perfect location, when you dont have a car. What wasnt expected was how the staff went out of there way to take care of us during our stay. Sliding frosted glass doors separate the bedroom from the living area.

The staff at this resort is what makes it special. At the end of the trip I had a late flight, and without hesitation Jack again offered to store my luggage in the office while I enjoyed my last afternoon in Miami. The building itself is beautiful Art Deco.

This 50s styled hotel is a real beaut. Its right on ocean drive and across the street from the beach. Room is clean anf has all of the necessities you could need for a stay. Well worth the visit and will be coming back soon!
