Great place if you want to spend relaxing days in the sun by the ocean or in the swimming pools! Luxury hotel, with very good service! All staff with courtesy and good mood, will be happy to serve you. Beautiful spaces, comfortable clean rooms, with balconies overlooking the vast ocean! The wonderful view from above, towards the south beach will reward you... There is parking right next to the hotel. We came from Greece,we stayed here 2 times, with the best impressions and we look forward to coming again!

Great place, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and well designed. The ocean view rooms are an excellent relaxing manner to enjoy the place. The pools are with almost transparent water and enough places to take a sit around them. The personal is always with a smile (behind the mask) and giving a great service. For sure, a place to come back.

This is not a 4 star hotel. They always try to cheat customers of refund or check you into a lower room type than you booked. Their security deposit is outrageous $200/day plus silly high resort fees, the valet try to convince you to pay double for vip parking on top of paying $50/day for valet. Also no refrigerators in room & some of the staff can be rude but some are very nice. I wouldnt recommend this hotel especially the ridiculous pricing. You can get better for your money.

My suite was amazing the photos on the hotels website does not give this suite justice. I was quite disappointed with the Eden Rocs website not being forthcoming with Covid-19 restrictions in their entirety. So, heres what I was not informed about: 1) No Room Service 2) No Housekeeping 3) No in room stocked snacks or fridge; only coffee. Lastly, there was this terrible smell of sewage throughout the area towards the Eden Roc elevators into the main lobby. The hotel had experienced a water issue in the basement earlier prior to my stay 12 - 15 November 2020. I was not made aware of until I inquired at checkout. I suggest letting clients know of issues upon checking in because it is highly unlikely guests would have enough time to reconsider staying elsewhere. I understand things happen, so be honest with guests because its your reputation why your hotel was chosen in the first place.

I had the worst hotel experience in my life here. We’ve stayed for 8 nights, and the only good thing in this hotel - is a view (if you have ocean front or ocean view room) and the coffee machine. Ocean is the same for free, you can access it from the nearby parking lot.Room:The fridge was dirty (see pictures). The wooden ice box had a huge colony of colorful MOLD inside (see more pictures). When I complained to the lobby person, they answered - yes, it is very dangerous. And they just gave me an iron bucket with ice. That’s it. Okay then. They weren’t even sorry.Room service:Room service is limited due to COVID-19, and per my stay I should have 2 room cleanings. I had 0. You can call lobby many times, but no one will answer, maybe they are too busy, I don’t know.I asked to do cleaning for 3 times by phone, then came over - still got nothing but apologizes. There is no microwave and no cattle in the rooms. For some reason I found tea bags in my room, but no hot water. Service told me to get hot water in the cafe, which works until 6 PM. Okay… it was 6:15 PM already. No tea for me.You can call the lobby, ask them to bring toiletries and water, but they’ll bring you coffee, creamer and shower gel + shower cup. Then you need to go down to the lobby, because you can’t reach them by phone.Beach service:Overall it’s not that bad as a room service, but they can easily forgot that you’ve asked to get you towels, so you can sit and wait on the beach chair forever. I had to go back and remind them twice during my stay. Remember - you will pay $35 per day for this.Parking:Valet parking is $52 per 24 hrs. They will park your car for you on the city parking lot in 50 feet from the main hotel entrance. City parking cost $20 per 24 hrs.Person on the lobby told me that you need to pay $20 every time you leave and return to the parking lot (tried to make me use valet, probably), but it’s not true. You just pay with Parkmobile application for 24 hrs by your license plate.Summary:No idea why I can see all these rich people in the lobby, all these Lambos and even Rolls Royses. They had the same rooms and service that I have. Maybe they have low expectations for some reason. I’ll never stay here again, 2 stars for the view.

I just left today - stayed for 3 nights. The location is great, we stayed in an Oceanfront Jr Suite - the view from the bed was incredible and made up for a lot.I chose this hotel because of the big jetted tub. I was so excited to take a luxurious bath - filled it up, got in, turned on the jets and black stuff came out, including some type of bug larvae. So I got out, but the tub wouldnt drain, the dial to raise stopper was broken, fell off into my hand. I had to pry the stopper out of the tub by hand - difficult to do with a full tub!The shower also had a leak, so using it led to water ALL OVER the floor, which ran out into the hall and under the desk. The beach was great, the staff were helpful. The COVID-19 measures are not too impactful. The pools were open, lots of chairs, easy access to towels and staff. The cafe serves delicious coffee drinks and very overpriced everything else. Food and drink in general at this hotel are very expensive, they know theyve got a captive audience with the pandemic. I ordered two drinks (doubles, mind you) and my total bill was over $100! Never in my life have I paid so much.Malibu Farm was wayyyy overrated. Staff was not attentive at all, the hostess was downright rude, items were ordered and never brought to the table, asking for anything was like pulling teeth. Food is basic, and bland. We had a large cockroach on our balcony. I get it, its Florida but we were also 14 floors up.The bed is hard and uncomfortable, the linens non-existent. There was no top sheet between you and the duvetBasically, the room is about as nice as a Holiday Inn. Youre paying for the location and they know it. I wouldnt stay there again, there are too many other beach front options, the lack of attention to detail did not impress.

I fell in love with this place! We had an issue upon checking into the hotel but Liyah, Victor, and Sherene were able to resolve the issues. The rooms were nice and the balcony view was EVERYTHING! I love that the hotel is a beachfront! If you want to save some money bring a personal beach tent because the chairs and cabanas cost! Theres jetskiiing near the beach entrance. Also, if youre traveling from out of state Miami is on a 10PM curfew...which is BS so just make sure you plan your day accordingly.

We’ve really enjoyed working at the Eden Roc! It’s a beautiful and luxurious hotel that has elevated every wedding we’ve worked at. It has a gorgeous courtyard ceremony area that receives the loveliest sunlight during a sunset. It’s only a few steps away from the beach, so portrait sessions are literally and figuratively a breeze! Not to mention, one of their ballrooms gives you the option to open or close the curtains to allow natural light in or to have to have the room artificially lit. We highly recommend the Eden Roc to our couples!

We had the worst experience ever!!! I stayed in the eden roc 6 times before! Always recommending this hotel to all my friends and family....Never recommending again and also told my family that had booked for next week for 8 night stay to cancel their reservation and they did!!Firstly our room was not what we expected...wasnt clean to perfection!Secondly there was no fridge in the room so we asked for one at 3pm and got it only at 11pm. Same was with hot water for the baby....we asked so many times and noone bought it until 9 hours later! Baby started not feeling well from having no bottles and was vomiting all evening! We called the front desk probably 15 times in a row and noone answered till we had to go down with the baby 19 flights and see noone was at the front desk!! What kind of service is that?? I called the number from the eden roc on google and the lady didn’t know how to help me! She tried calling the hotel herself and she was shocked by the service...she told me I should better ask for refund!!!Finally LEA the manager made her appearance and sent the hot water and fridge after another 20 minutes of waiting! We had asked for a new crib for the baby because it was full of vomit and NO!! They didn’t wanna give me new one only change the sheet....how disgusting is that???Started the morning at the pool there wasn’t even a worker to he found until 1 pm to ask for water to drink or towels...finally we saw someone and asked about 30 times for water and never even got it....we left the pool and Didn’t go back there for the rest of our stay! The next morning we were woken up at about 8:30 am by some construction drilling on top of our heads! WE WERE ON VACATION!!!!!! Noo we did not want our babies to wake up at 8:30 am!! We wanted to sleep till 10:00 am!!!! So obviously we tried calling the front desk for about 20 minutes until someone answered the phone! She sent over security to hear the noise and he was sorry and said he will find where its coming from....she calls me back that they found where it came from and they stopped and by the way theyre allowed to make noise from 9 am....i mean seriously??? I called you before 9 am!! (Which i have proof on video) Shes like “oh!” How professional??So shes like we apologize and will let you check out whenever you want...I told her we’ll check out at 7 pm and she said she will refund me the resort fee for the night! But thats when I went downstairs to talk to NASTY manager LEA and ask for a full refund for our stay since we had one bad thing happening after the next after the next!! She told me I need to talk to Expedia since i booked thru them however she will give me full refund...ok no problem. I call Expedia they put in the request and told me within 2 hours I will get a response! It never came! I call them and they told me yeah LEA said shes busy!! What a liar!!! I was standing right near her at the time and she was talking to a client about wifi passcodes!! Asked her why shes ignoring shes like because I’m not giving you full refund! It went on and on with arguing until she said ok will give you refund for 1 night! I mean come on??? I didnt complain enough!? For that one night you’re doing this?? You wanted this bad google review....YOU GOT IT!!LEA YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!! Ignoring expeidas emails....telling them you have me late checkout!!! Really nowww???? Thats because of the f*****ing construction that was going on!! I didn’t even need the late checkout!!!!! Expedia tells me oh the manager said you checked out 8:22pm so you cannot get any refunds!! Well my flight home was at 8:50 and i was at the aiport at 7:25 so how is that even possible???? Just comes to show you proof of what a liar Lea is!!!We were all super disappointed at the Eden Roc....I absolutely do not recommend staying here if you want 5 star service....at least if my experience was this bad where is my refund?? Worst experience and worst customer service!!-disappointed customer

Beautiful hotel on the beach. I didn’t encounter anyone on the staff who didn’t have a problem understanding English though and that was a bit frustrating at times. If you speak Spanish, book the ocean view suite. It can’t be beat! The balcony is almost as big as the room and the views from that balcony?!?! OMG it’s breathtaking! There was a steamer, hair straightener and a hair dryer in the closet and the toiletries they supply are top notch. I loved the shower/hot tub combo, too. The AC didn’t get as cool as I would have liked but it was tolerable. There aren’t any vending machines that I could find to get a soda. The room had a well-stocked mini-fridge but I’d prefer not to pay $5 for a can of Pepsi myself. The food there was scrumptious! All in all, I would have enjoyed myself more had there not been a language barrier but I enjoyed my stay plenty that’s for sure!!

Day 3 of a horrid experience and unfortunately we still have 2 to go......We were first put into a room (We splurged for a nice room) where the AC was broke. Staff was nice and moved us to the Nobu side...... what do you know. Once again very little AC/ broken. Maintenance man came and confirmed the room was at 77 degree air temperature. He stated since hotel is at partial capacity, the bosses don’t have all the systems running.Spoke with a total of 7 other couples at the pool about their rooms. They are all dealing with rooms they can’t sleep in due to heat also..... every single on of them stated how miserable they were and front desk can’t do anything for them. ........speaking of the pool, one frozen drink in a solo cup is 23$. That’s right.... a drink with barely any liquor in it is 23$.......We’ve talked to the front desk multiple times about the heat and we were told, “it will be fixed later.” I have never complained about being on a vacation in my entire life..... with that said, I will NEVER be back to this hotel and will make sure nobody I know even considers it.I hope the next 2 days of vacation go by quickly because I’d rather be at my house than this sweat box.

I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels around the world and have never written a review until now. My fiancé and I stayed for 4 nights at Eden Roc as part of a long-awaited vacation. While the quality of the room, cleanliness and overall atmosphere at Eden Roc was great, the service we experienced was beyond terrible, especially for a hotel of this tier and price.First of all, Eden Roc does not make guests aware that a $200 PER NIGHT security deposit is required upon check in. Secondly, the front desk was constantly understaffed and seemed to have very few workers who spoke proficient English. Whenever we called the front desk from our room, we were on hold for at least 3-4 minutes before reaching someone, even for something as simple as requesting a new supply of shampoo or coffee. When housekeeping came to our rooms for cleaning in the morning, they would often just swing our door open 5-10 seconds after nothing but a barely audible, light knock, barging in on us while we were still sleeping.Thirdly, I think guests should be aware that Eden Roc and the adjacent hotel (in the same building), offer day passes to their pools and private beach for people who are not guests of the hotel. This causes the pool and beach area to be almost constantly crowded. As such, everyone needs a new paper wristband everyday in order to be allowed into the pool or beach area, including guests of the hotel. Because of the popularity of their day passes, guests often need to wait in long lines for their understaffed front desk to provide these wristbands whenever they want to go to the pool or beach.Lastly, there are some serious cost discrepancies for food and drink items provided by their restaurants. While at the beach, my fiancé and I order two drinks, each listed at $16 on the menu (which is ridiculously expensive to begin with). When we received the bill, the drinks were listed as $23 each and an AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity was added (this is apparently added to anything you purchase from the poolside restaurants). When I asked about this, the server told me their menus were outdated and were part of their “special Fourth of July menu” and shrugged off the discrepancy.Earlier today, I was on the phone with my bank about an unknown cost discrepancy for over $1,000 on my hotel bill. When I called the hotel’s contact number to speak with someone about this, I again reached someone whose English I could barely understand, and was told to wait for a callback from someone else.Considering all of this, I think it’s fair to say that Eden Roc does not even come close to delivering the level of service that should be provided, considering their cost.

If you’re looking for excellent service, stunning views, unforgettable smells, yes I said smells, this place checks all the boxes. We reserved our room directly over the phone with the hotel and received a better rate than any website was offering. Our ocean front, not ocean facing, junior suite rocked! Minimalist decor, comfy king size bed and delicious views wooed us into staycation mode in seconds. Furthermore, when we arrived our room wasn’t ready at 4 pm as promised and David the manager gave us free valet and 100 dollar credit towards our bill! David and his staff were super attentive to detail and went out of their way to make sure our stay met all the Eden Roc standards. This is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing, yet trendy vibe only a 10 dollar Uber from Lincoln road. My only criticism is that the air conditioning would not drop below 76 even though we had it set on cool, 66 degrees and fan on level 3. We slept naked and embodied the natural feel! Like I can add more, but this has already put me in a bad place writing this. Like, I am on vacation! We paid too much money for all these issues.Leann and Carlos were absolutely amazing!! The only reason I changed the stars from one to two was due to Leanns amazing customer service. She is pleasant & caring. Although all the things we experienced were outside of her control...she took ownership and tried to fix it. The hotel is blessed to have her. The issues we experienced had nothing to do with COVID-19. The attitude from housekeeping and the items not working in the room has nothing to do with Covid.

Watch out at this hotel, many things not explained. First of all, there is one adults only pool on the property however if you are not staying at the Nobu hotel, connected to Eden Roc, you are not permitted to use the pool. Also, this is another typically resort where they allow people to come out early and claim every chair around the pool simply by placing a towel on it. You will find most of the chairs unoccupied all day, however that towel placed on it at 9am is still there. Poor management! Regarding the beach, you cannot simply go to the beach and grab a chair. The chairs are locked up and you have to check in with an attendant who then unlocks the chairs and places them in the sand....for a tip. Finally, the resort places a 22% “service fee” on all food and beverage bought around the pool areas. I am normally a very good tipper, 20% minimum plus, but I want that option to be given to me so that I can expect good service and choose to reward those servers that enhance my experience with a 25-30% tip. In the case of Eden Roc, we received very poor and inattentive service because the 22% is already added. We definitely need experienced an “I don’t care” attitude each day. With so many choices along Miami Beach, I’m not sure that I would return here. That said, Malibu Farms on site outdoor restaurant, had very good food and live entertainment.

Not recommend the daycation at the hotel! We paid more than us$400 to buy a cabana for 2 plus 2 chairs on the beach with umbrella on daycation app... It didn’t worth it! Nobody on the pool or beach was aware about our reservation, a little bit desorganized. The cabana was very small for 2. The beach service was poor, the complimentary bottle and fruits weren’t offered. For much less than that you can have the chairs on the beach and rent the umbrellas for example. The umbrellas rent was us$30 on the day. We had lunch at Malibu Farm, we paid us$ 300 for 4 people. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary for the price. Besides this, the hostess was so rude. The service in the pool was good and the spa was great! They have jacuzzi, great showers and service!!

Eden Roc never ceased to amaze me. From the comforting hospitality, to the beautiful amenities, it made the trip all the more better. I am celebrating my sons recent graduation from undergrad and the managers, Brian and Siren made this celebration everything and more. All the staff was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great time including the pool staff, the beach staff, the restaurant employees, and house keeping. My family is in healthcare so I appreciate all the preventative measures during COVID-19.Huge thanks from the Mack Family!!

Checked into the hotel on 08/30 yill 09/2, at check in was informed I needed to leave a deposit of $600. Which took me by surprise, snyways to start no room service, requested clean linen and nothing. ThenWe asked for toilt paper and nothing. On my grandmos grave swear we ended up using paper towel that I brought sine I had my grandson who was a 8th month old and took it just in case. At check out was informed the were not going to refund me the $690. As they deducted calet parking, $ 50 x day and they charged so much taxes that at the end my refund was goibg to be less than $300. Long story short as of 10/09/20 still to receive my refund back. And everytime I call the same answer, next timr dont use a debut xard use credit. And you need to contact you bank. Never againg. Now lets see if I get a call fron then after this review

We booked an ocean front suite and were told upon arrival that our room had been overbooked. After waiting for about 45 minutes for the manager to find us another room, we were switched to a suite at Nobu. The room was comparable in size to the room we booked, but not ocean front like we were expecting. The staff in the pool area were great during our stay, but the front desk is obviously understaffed and customer service is nonexistent. We were then surprised by an extra $570 charge to our credit card that was not authorized. I have called and emailed the hotel several times and cannot get any response. Overall a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service and its safe to say I will not be visiting this hotel again.

Visited for a wedding. The place is beautiful and the staff was very professional and courteous. I love the different dimensions off the place. The wedding was rooftop. The reception was super roomy and very nice. Outside of the planned event you can enjoy the vibe of lobby bar. The ocean sits right behind the hotel if you want to take a stroll. I give it 4 stars for the simple fact that if you were going to Eden Roc for an event or to enjoy its various amenities it becomes a nightmare due to limited parking because of beachgoers using the same parking lot and leaving no space for people actually visiting the hotel and we did not see a place for overflow parking. Other than it is very nice and I would visit again.

Our room looked just like the pictures on their website. We had a one bedroom corner suit. It was amazing! The only thing we didnt like was the food, it was very expensive (2 burgers and 2 sodas ) was 68.02. We started to order uber eats. Highly recommend this place!

My stay at Eden Roc was wonderful. As you walk inside it’s a beautiful scenery with views of the pool and Miami Beach.Vitor and Leah st front desk are fabulous they both made my stay comfortable.i stayed during a tropical storm so beach and pool were closed but Vitor gave me other options to stay safe and make me feel at home.By far the customer service and warm friendly smiles made up for the pool being closed.I definitely will stay here again!

Extremely dissapointed! Let me start with the noise in the other rooms until 3 am, 3 nights in a row! We complained a couple of times and the noise and loud music continued. The beach umbrellas were a rip off! Paying an additional $40 even through we already paid the resort fee. Will NOT visit again!!!!

Very cool, hip hotel right on the beach. The grounds are beautiful, with three pools of varying depth, lots of pool and deck chairs, and a lounge area with soft chairs and couches to lay on. The hotel also has direct access to the boardwalk and beach, with beach chairs and cabanas. The one thing I will say, though, is that the room service is subpar. It takes FOREVER for food to arrive (like 1:15) which seems crazy since they do catering on site. It also takes lots of tries to even get someone on the phone to take your order. Other than that our stay was great.

Overall it was a nice experience but we will not be going back. The valets, desk staff and restaurant servers were all wonderful and kind. The property is well maintained and when we noticed we were missing a bathrobe they sent one right up. Providing chairs on the beach is always a nice touch, as was numerous staff presence on the beach with you. The part of our experience that soured me was when we returned from the beach, we waited in line to be assigned 2 lounge chairs for the pool. We had no problem waiting, they actually got to us quickly. The older man was very pushy and told us we had to sit on the bed shaped lounge cushion, which by the way was molding in many spots. After asking him multiple more times in this same moment for actual lounge chairs like everyone else, the man told us we should take it because it is free... seriously.. we spent so over a thousand there in just 2 days and this person had the lack of respect to assume what we could or couldnt afford. He proceeded to go to some patio near by and get us two dinner chairs and put the next to the bed, and he even acknowledged a few times we were not happy with his decision. He did not listen to us, and made us feel ostracized. To top off the experience, the three people waiting after us, got three chairs together, not even 30 seconds after. It was a simple moment like this that made us leave a day early no matter we had already paid for another night. One person does not make a hotel experience, but one person can ruin a hotel experience.

My wife and I never got to go too the Eden Roc at Miami Beach due to the Pandemic. But the Eden Roc charged my credit card anyway for a reservation that I tried to cancel with them. They told me I had to call Expedia, who I could not get in touch with for weeks because they were so busy. Besides this horrible Pandemic, in the midst of everything my wifes father passed away. They are horrible people for charging my credit card under the circumstances. I really do see that its probably a nice place to stay, but I wont be staying there when this is all over and, all please beware of this when you book with the Eden Roc Hotel or Expedia. Every one else I was booked with in the Miami area like the Versace Mansion, car rental, airline cancelled and refunded my money c completely.

Excellent hotel in a desirable location, beachfront, wonderful view of the ocean, efficient staff. We have an upgraded room on the 14th floor, it is very quiet and relaxing, super clean, but it needs few touch ups from the maintenance (shower faucet) that you would not expect from this level of hotel. The restaurant Malibu Farm, by the swimming pools, has a very good pizza.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel itself is gorgeous. Huge magnificent lobby area with a bar and lots of night life. An inviting pool area along with pool side seating for the hotel restaurant, which has amazing food. Beautiful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the warm sunshine. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and smell wonderful. Very comfortable beds, great views. The hotel sits right next to the beach so you have beach access along with towel service and chairs from the hotel. There is access to the free trolly or any other form of transportation to take you throughout the miami area. Close to shopping, beach, nightlife, and food.

The hotel is outdated, very expensive, even if you want to keep bottle of water in small fridge witch is locked by default, you have to pay 45$ fee! This is insane!!!, all 5 days We stayed in it I did not have room service. you pay a resort fee of $ 35 per day, and if you go to the beach you have to pay Extra $ 25 for the umbrella, + 22% gratuity + tax, which adds even more than $ 32 to the daily bill. In general, the way to impose 22% gratuity is a total scam! I will never come back here again.

Let me describe each point in few words:- Front desk: indifferent and rude- Bell man: hard to find- Food (room service and restaurant) - sodium overload- Room service: over an hour to bring bucket with ice- Beach service: slow and I wasnt even sure if the towels were clean- The ONLY server on the beach was the ONLY human at this hotel that seem to be not a sleep and working hard. And oh, boy, did he has to! - Over 100 hungry patrons to serve...- Rooms: if you book direct ocean view DO NOT settle for floors under 7, otherwise you will have a direct rooftop view instead.- Was anything good about this hotel? - Yes: the beds and the pillows were quite nice. If you booked a balcony room with direct ocean view facing south - it is quite a delight (yet aim for floors 12 and up)- Lobby bar: even if you would want to get a drink - you are not going to. Although it is fully stocked and prepped, we never saw a bartender.- Lobby lounge: dead.- Will I visit again? - highly unlikely

Each and every time we stay in Miami, it really feels like home. Great service, great environment. Everyone is friendly, from the car valet, to the very professional men and women at the Nobu breakfast, to our friend James at the concierge. The new rooms are really fresh and modern. It’s a great place to stay!
