This place had a very nice beach! It was eco-friendly and refreshing. The sand was white and the water was very clear. The staff made sure to maintain cleanliness. Before entering this place, they educate us with the dos and donts. The surrounding was very nice to visit.

We enjoyed the Bentley Beach Club. Prices for the Cabana rentals were extremely reasonable vs. Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. Beach side service was okay. The guy driving the beach cart going back and forth seemed to spend more time with e at the bar by the pool that taking peoples orders at the beach. The beach here was very clean, and the initial welcome service to set up your Cabana and check you in was great too.

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of January of this year. We booked this hotel being Hilton Honors members, thinking it would be up to Hilton standards. It is sub par at best. In my opinion not only is the hotel run down, the management is poor as well and unaware of where to even start fixing the problem. For the price we paid for a week we could have gone on a cruise with money left over, gone to one of the islands, with money left over or gone to Europe. Attaching pictures of examples of how poor the hotel really is, more like a college dorm than the high end hotel its advertised to be.

Place was nice, clean, but we were not told ahead of time that there was an extra $40 per day for parking.

Nice, large room. Good wifi. Great views all around; even city views are good. The path to the pool leads through the restaurant, resulting in you being asked whether you need a table every time you pass, which is annoying. Nice beach amenities.

Modern hotel, with a very friendly staff located on a beautiful beach at the quiet end of South Beach. The only drawback and the reason for my 4 star rating, is the breakfast, which is below the overall standard of this hotel. The buffet had limited choices of mediocre food. In Florida one would expect fresh-squeezed orange juice. No such thing here. Even the coffee was bad. We did not return the second day for our free breakfast, it was that bad. The servers and bartenders were quite friendly and helpful, just the food was lacking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Miami beach. It is away from the noise, traffic and hustle. You can easily walk to that when you need. Only a 5 minute walk to Joes Stone Crab restaurant. We had a city-view room, which afforded a nice view of the South Beach area. There are ocean and partial ocean-view rooms also. Our room was a large junior suite with kitchen area and a massive bathroom with big soaking tub, shower and even a bidet. There is a pool and resort fees cover towels at the pool and lounge chairs, umbrella and beach towels at the beach. Did I say the beach is lovely with beautiful blue water, soft white sand and swimmable water with life guards.

Everything was very nice in this hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, the restaurant downstairs is amazing. Also the beachfront they have is very nice I wish we had more time there, especially when you can wash up by the pool on your way in. Nice location too. The balcony is nice to have your breakfast in the morning. Cons: rooms were a tad small. The lobby is almost non existent but not a concern. The pool is too small but who needs that with Miami South Beach, and the valet/parking was expensive. But again loved it, would stay again maybe in an upgraded room.

Surprised my active duty brother with the $1,700/night Penthouse Suite before he left for Afghanistan, but we sat in the lobby bar for 6 hours because our room wasn’t ready, literally didn’t get the room key till 7pm for the best room in the house, very disappointed and will not be coming back to another Hilton brand hotel anywhere in the world. Customer service could care less about it as well, they ended up giving us free drink vouchers. We were finally told that the hotel couldn’t remove the previous nights occupants, but why was I charged for this? It seems to me, those people should’ve been billed for an extra night!

Beautiful property. Excellent location. Super friendly and accomodating staff. When my girlfriend and I arrived we had to wait for them to finish cleaning our room before they let us go up. When they were done they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite with an oceanfront view !!!

We stayed in a room on the 10th floor with a city view. The view and location are incredible, but the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and you could also see where the shelf in the shower was hastily repaired. Additionally, while there were curtains you could see where the privacy shades had been at one point and never replaced leaving an ugly empty bracket. If this was a Hampton Inn at the airport I would not have cared but given that this property is located in South Beach I expected more. The reasons why the hotel retains a 3 star rating are #1 the view #2 the attentive staff and #3 the location.

Down towards the south end of south beach. It is not crazy and loud like the areas around Lincoln road. The beach is beautiful and the Santorini restaurant is great here. Very nice staff at both.

Rooms are nice. Service is great. Having beach access is wonderful. And a few minutes from all the hustle and bustle of thats what you like.

Pre-cruise over nighter. Very classic decor and a spacious room especially the bathroom. Partial ocean view from the side of the spacious and well furnished balcony. The Greek restaurant is perfect when the weathers finicky. Theres also a Starbucks counter.

2 bedroom penthouse was nice. Second floor pool can be heated. Only complaint was the onsite Greek restaurant was slow for our breakfast. Direct Beach access. Far from South Beach attractions (not walking distance) but that may suit you wants/needs. Valet was very speedy and pleasant. Would recommend.

The hotel Bentley is along a beautiful path that takes you to the beach and many attractions. It is easy to walk to dinning, entertainment, and relaxing getaways. Love it!

Customer service was exceptional. Everyone from the bellman to the cleaning staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The manager (Debbie) went above and beyond when we arrived, despite our early arrival. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location right on the beach & Ocean Dr., fantastic Greek restaurant on site offering a nice happy hour with decent prices. I wish it had a shuttle from the airport - parking is expensive and Uber charges a crazy amount,. We rented a car, but didnt need to... Everything was very convenient. The suite was amazing! Loved it.

Location at the end of Ocean Drive and right on South Beach is amazing. Room is stunning, from the balcony had a view of downtown Miami and also the beach around the pier. Was amazing watching the cruise liners come in all lit up in the dark. Pool area is very relaxed.

Great hotel, they deserve 5 star, but they should get rid of the parking company. The attendant made a 1,345.00 damage on our black Escalade, happened on January 1st or 2nd and they still did not pay for it! This is a disgrace, it definitely ruins the reputation of the hotel!

Beautiful Hotel right on the beach!! Everybody is so helpful and happy. The scenery is breath taking and you can see the cruise ships coming in and out of Biscayne Bay. Super quiet end of South Beach, my favorite part of my stay. Highly recommend

AC was set at 76 when we got to the room. Nothing like being blasted by hot air when you walk in your room. And you cant set it lower than 69. (cheap)Decor looks like a 1970s $25 a night motel.The Hotel restaurant is B minus Greek food at best..We had to call down to the front desk because the in-room movies etc were not working, they said theyd send someone up, no one ever showed up.I ordered room service, unfortunately they didnt bring any silverware. When we called down to have silverware brought up, guess what... No one ever came.Tried to call the valet the next morning to bring our car up. I tried several times over the next 30 minutes, no one ever even answered the phone.Oh yeah, and did I mention we found a used condom on the floor when checking in?

My husband and I just stayed here for 5 nights and we LOVED it. We had the best time at this hotel. The staff was great, especially Virginia who works by the pool. The Greek restaurant was AMAZING and the drinks at the bar were perfect every time. The only thing Id say to improve is cleaning the floors in the room. But they did provide slippers so I took advantage of that and my feet stayed clean. The view we had was looking directly down at Prime One Twelve and we saw so many awesome cars and we loved the people watching experience. There were palm trees everywhere and the day/night view there was amazing. It was super relaxing and so much fun. Id highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Premium everything, but the pool areas are rather underwhelming; loved the experience, it was my 40th or so Hilton hotel I have stayed with, definitely one of the nicer ones though. The king deluxe room came with a nice living room/kitchen, you can see some wear here and there, for $500 a night you could expect a little bit more ;-) location and the beach is perfect, thats the main perk though.

The staff is accommodating, our suite was really nice!

Splendid getaway/ vacation destination

We had a nice stay at the Hilton Bentley but it was not what we expected. The hotel is definitely showing its age, Im sure 10 years ago this property would have been a lot nicer.Ive stayed at many different Hilton properties over the years, this did not feel like a Hilton property.

Went for a quick spa day. Loved it! Got a great deal for a couples massage and felt so relaxed afterwards. You also get access to the pool and jacuzzi and get 20% off the restaurant. Plus, you can get your valet parking validated. Overall, loved the experience!

I had an amazing experience at the spa for the couples massage! The happy hour was lots of fun!! BUT after spending a lot of money in the hotel the next day FREDDY the manager didn’t allow my boy friend use the lobby bathroom because we were no longer a guest of the hotel.This is after a few hours of spending a lot of money using the ammenities of the hotel.They shouldn’t have a person like him in the front of the hotel.We went from having a great weekend to it being ruined by this rude person.This hotel is great, but upper management needs to do something about putting the best in the front as a representation of what they have to offer.

Hotel was awesome for us! Stayed for 5 days. We are still here! Great location, not too close to the crazy south-beach party scene however within very close reach to it. Hotel staff really good to us. Everything was clean and spectacular. Direct beach access was icing on the cherry too..had an awesome time!

Our stay here was a treat. Wonderfully located in South Beach, it was quiet, elegant, and had superior service. Learning how access to rooms and lobies worked across buildings took a few runs, but I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are fine. The location is awesome (on the beach and across the street from prime 112). The amenities in the room are dissapointing. The service is typical of Miami, poor.

Reasonable nice, very modern decor. Loved the large balconies on the rooms. Only downside is that very few rooms are ocean front or ocean view.

We stayed at the Bentley for one night on our honeymoon and I wish we had been able to stay all week. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean - the whole hotel was clean and smelled great. My husband wanted to know what cleaning products or air freshener they use because everything smelled so nice. The beach is right out the back door and everything you could need is a quick walk or $5 Uber ride away.

Nice Hotel the people that work r great. The Santoris Greek Restaurant is one of the Best. The amenities Beach, swimming pool, gym is great. This is the only Hotel in Miami Beach that I will always stay.

The rooms are great, but. I think Hilton is misleading everyone and the Hilton is not what it used to be. What these guys (Hilton)are doing is selling condos, then the owners can rent them out under the Hilton name when they are not using them. This place and the one in Fort Lauderdale are the same. There is no real lobby to speak of and very little atmosphere. They rent out the restaurant to a private company so they are not the quality youd historically expect under the Hilton name. So if all you care about is the room then they are great. If your looking for a hotel with nice lobby, restaurants, stores, etc then dont go to Hilton in Florida. As well expensive for what you get...

We used our HH points for this stay and we are glad we did not pay the $300+ a night it typically costs. So heres our story in a nutshell:1. Valet was a little difficult to get to as it was located at a dead end street with a lot of traffic. Upon Check-in the staff was friendly and great but we did not get a room upgrade(we are gold status) but overheard the couple next to us get their room upgraded.2. So not the end of the world without the room upgrade but as we entered the room you can hear the AC roaring and asked if the noisy unit was normal which they bellhop said it was. Listening to other rooms this is not the case. The room itself was gorgeous with marble floors, upscale decor and spacious bathroom.3. Along with the loud AC the walls were paper thin. The neighbor next door, which looked to be a permanent resident in this hotel, has their TV on at night at a reasonable volume if you were in their room but to hear the program they were watching clearly in our room was driving us nuts!!!! Not to mention all the outdoor partys and traffic. I know its Miami Beach but all the insulation on all the walls are nonexistent.4. To top things off the shower door was not sealed properly so after every shower not only was the towel floor mat soaking wet but the water made a mini pool on the nice marble floor.Overall the staff was friendly and has a great attitude but a luxury hotel is supposed to be an escape from the noise and daily problems where you can rest and relax. This hotel was far from that.....

We have been coming here for years since Giorgio and Catalina have taken over the restaurant and pool. You really can’t have two people who care more about the customers. It extends down to the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel like part of the extended Greek family!We love the food, especially the Lavraki, the Souvlaki, Lamb, and the authentic Greek Salad. It’s like you are in The Greek Islands.While there are so many places to stay in South Beach, we keep finding ourselves back here, close enough to all the action, yet away from all the craziness.

The best service at any Hilton Ive ever been to, and I travel all the time. While we were relaxing in the cabana we were brought frozen grapes and cold towels to cool off.But the best thing about it is the ocean views

Its an older building so dont expect much from some of the older units that havent been renovated. I was servicing a client in one of the units here that recently had water damage. I could barely breathe from the smell of mildew.

Pros: room was good! Clean and beautiful decor! The view and location is amazing!Cons: the service was worse than a motel 6! As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by no one, forcing us to get out and searching for The Valley and bellhop. Once we found someone, the guy was on his phone paying no attention to incoming guests. Furthermore, when he say us he made no attempt to greet us either go to the car, he just stood there. Upon entering the hotel nobody was at the front desk! A 4 star hotel on NYE and nobody at the front desk?My boyfriends Hilton diamond status was rewarded by the gift of cheap Walmart water.Also, two voucher for breakfast was provided which it comes into play in the following morning. Going down to the breakfast was one of the worst experiences that we ever had. We were not sitted, we sat ourselves and nobody came to us for 15 minutes, until we get up and ask the manager for some service (diamond breakfast voucher, right?) Our diamond tear breakfast consisted of dry out fruit, room temperature yogurt, cereal with no milk and nothing with actual breakfast food! Not even eggs and NO COFFEE! Instead we were up sold this breakfast for 9 dollars to get runny eggs and potatoes.

Resort hotel. With everything you’d expect.(I gave 4/5 start for several reasons: spa lacks proper manicure/pedicure set up; the massages and skincare they have is fantastic. As well as the spa itself, everything you’d expect. But it’s really a convenience thing, if you’re going to the spa before a date, for instance, you really want to be able to have your nails properly done. And they do offer very basic nail services, but it’s really really really basic.)The other negative, is we had a lot of trouble with the TV setup. We were there 2 weeks. And it kept getting all messed up with the reception, the settings, the channel line up, the sound - sometimes there wasn’t any, the language (some channels were in Spanish even though they shouldn’t have been, and the menu was in Spanish the entire time and nobody could change it to English including the hotel tech people). Overall the situation with the tv was an annoying persistent hassle.But it’s a great place and I’d likely consider staying there again. It was certainly convenient, and not having any recommendations otherwise, at least you know what to expect of a Hilton hotel, especially a resort one.And the hotel restaurant/pool restaurant has happy hour from 3-7pm everyday. In addition to half price cocktails they also have a $5 appetizer/snack portion foods.And it’s really pleasant to spend a lazy afternoon lounging by the pool. We did an early happy hour by the pool a few times in lieu of lunch.

Beautuful setting on Miami Beach. The services provided on the beach are wonderful and the staff is top notch. The location along Ocean Drive is perfect...an easy walk to everything, yet at the quieter south end of the street. The rooms are spacious and everthing you would expect from a 1st class hotel.

One of the better hotels for the price and the location. Very nice hotels with modern common areas, and rooms and suites to match. Best thing is the location - a stones throw away from the beach, including beach lounges for guests of the hotel and spa. Only negative is that there is no self parking and youll probably have to find street parking to save money rather than paying for valet.

Great location and service. But expensive

Nice facility. Clean. The only downfall is the hideous elevator issue. 1) you have to scan your card in order to move between floors and 2) we stayed on the 5th floor, so we had to go to the 4th & walk across the sky tower then either take 1 flight of stairs up OR hop back on the elevator to floor 5.

Hotel Was Nice we want for Ultra Weekend Hotel is older but nice. The service sucked!!!! I book at one rate and checked 3 times to make sure it was correct. The front desk said it was a 3rd party Reservation so did not have the price but when it came time to pay would not honor my booked rate said Travel agency made a mistake. I had to pay about $1K extra for 3 nights on top of my $2K for 3 nights crazy!!!!!! Room service sucked Super slow and incorrect everytime

The Hilton Bentley Miami is not a real hotel, its a timeshare condo operation peddled at higher hotel room rates. This relatively newcondo-tel is a real estate investment, redecorating doesnt pay dividends folks. One of many in Miami, dont pay hotel rates, pay half price or less on Home Away or VRBO for the exact same room, search for condos Miami South Beach.This explains the outdated decor, dusty rooms, broken plastic lamp shade & bathroom tiles, lack luster amenities, stale minibar cookies, incorrect incomprehensible invoice, sub par forgettable experience.Search under condo and timeshare rentals starting at $179/night to pay half price for this hotel. Dont pay hotel rates here. All around a big disappointment, way below Hilton standard & expectation.

Customer service needs to be improved. I contacted Hilton Bentley 6 different times to inquire about my reservation and have yet been able to speak with a responsible party. Each time the operator transferred me, I was hung up on!!!!!!!

Excellent hotel in a nice quiet section of southern South Beach. Great complimentary poolside breakfast for HHONORS Gold/Diamond members. Upgraded to 1 br suite but didnt realize it didnt have a balcony. Hotel switched my room the next day. Got a king studio instead of King studio deluxe like I originally booked, but at least I have a nice little balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on at night, next door to my originally booked deluxe room with notably larger balcony. All in all good hotel.

Simply the best:Have to agree with previous reviewer...some peeps must be quite confused about where they stayed. We stayed on 6th floor, had an amazing marble-floor room with wrap-around windows. Service was amazing. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Anybody complaining about this awesome boutique hotel has some other issue going on.
