The bed was to hard and the hotel was not the same pic I see on here
It was truly an unpleasant stay. Security guard is awful and extremely rude. We were a large group (we had 3 apartments rented) he tried to deny us all access to the property because we had food and he considered that a party. If you want to feel like you are in prison and have a security guard pick on you, this is the place! If you are planning on having a good time DO NOT STAY HERE. The property is old and beds are so hard, you might as well sleep on the floor. Its sad because the location is awesome and right across from the beach.
The photos are a bit deceiving the location is good. But the building needs to be rebuilt. The staff was very short handed and did need more customer service training. They said anything to get me away from the front desk. The furniture in the rooms showed more than wear and tear. Alot of items had rust on them. There is a $40 a night parking fee that I didnt here of until I got there and a $32 a night resort fee. The restaurant is open 3 days a week and has 2 people working. A cook and a waitress. We waited 20 min for a drink order to be taken and left. No food options in close walking distance.
This was the best stay weve ever had in Key West! 5 start for 4 star prices! Quiet and since there are residences, pool closes at night and no loud commotion/partying which was fine by us! Go out to party and come back to a place to relax. Pool was perfect with a deep end for once, ledge for seating around the pool. Place has its own library! Sauna, showers, etc. Beautiful view. The whole place was very well maintained, clean. Abundance of hangers, towels, beach gear, etc. Use Last Key Realty! Even had the best Key West Key Lime Pie waiting for us!
The pictures are so deceiving it’s not even funny! The location is everything. The room smelled moldy, the couch was filthy( I have pictures) and half the outlets did not work. I went to the front desk and complained and she told me I booked the room after housekeeping left. She gave me keys to another room to see if that would be ok for myself and family and soon as we opened the bathroom door we immediately saw roaches on the sink( I have pictures). I told her no thank you we kept the room we had and checked out 1st thing the next morning. When I explained everything to her again that morning her had no compassion.. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Especially for almost 300 a night.
After there was a major water main break in Ft. Lauderdale that forced us out of our original accommodations, we found this hidden jewel in Miami. The Seacoast Suites appear to be an older apartment building that was converted into a hotel. The two bedroom unit was spacious and easily able to accommodate five people. The exterior of the property is dated, but the interior of the rooms have been updated and modernized. This is a beach front hotel with direct access to the ocean. With certain deals, you can get a continental breakfast included. The breakfast isnt fancy, but it it is convenient and free. The hotel charges $40/night for parking. But, it is in a great location just a short distance from everything in Miami.
Location location location! I think this resort was in an excellent location on Collins. The 2 bedroom corner ocean view was very spacious, it obviously had been rehabbed at some point and was not the newest but really for what we paid, on the ocean and the huge room, it was a good value as well. Because of the time of year there were always chairs at the pool and the beach. The little restaurant was kind of dismal but had an awesome Cuban sandwich and fries. Bellhops were friendly and helpful front desk staff answered any questions WiFi was good. Housekeeping came very quickly with additional towels and amenities. Elevators were fine, but we were on the third floor. The elevator testing on our last day was deafening, blasting every 10-15 minutes. Would have been horrifying if we hadn’t seen the signs. Luckily it was on our last day and we were checking out. Beds were comfy, couch was ready to be replaced. The proximity to the beach made it worth it, the little sand area between the pool and the beach was so quant!
Yes happy with the room and view and enjoy my time there
Good service and clean facilities . Courteous staff . Lots of amenities.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! THE SECURITY GUARD CHASED US AROUND THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE HERE. He informed us that he was a EX prison guard. This place is ran just like a Prison. The security guard harassed the whole building! The security guard was also caught sneaking in women’s rooms! Please do not waste your money here
Horrible. Hotel is nothing as advertised very old and customer service is horrible they also charge a $40 fee PER night. Filled with roaches and air vent leaks.
The hotel was nothing like the photos. The photos must have been taken when the property was built. Very poor customer service! Every time I called they would put me on hold for a very long time even when I would call from the hotel room phone. They wanted to charge a full day for 4 extra hours and double for 8 hours! One of the front desk guys was arguing with a guest and even cussed her out! AVOID this place! Not worth it. They also double charged me!
Great suites especially for the price, but it’s not as fancy as you might think/ expect. Spend the few extra $ on the ocean view suite, because the bay/ city few side is very noisy, Collins Avenue is a busy road 24/7.The market store on the Lobby level has almost anything you could want and need. The restaurant is good but closes at 2pm and there are only very few other options within walking distance. You don’t need to spend $40/day for parking at the hotel as there is a cheaper parking lot 2min north on Collins, for a max of $12/day (they charge $1/h from 6am to 6pm only). Had no issues or concerns in regards to vehicle safety.
Very clean place,Im so happy enjoying my vacations.
Enjoyed the hotel and all the amenities. The entire site was very clean and organized. Felt more like home than away. Didn’t feel pestered by the staff but could call on them when needed without delay. Beautiful, breath taking views. Thumbs up to Miami and the Seacoast.
Not worth the money! I started having concerns when I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for 48 straight hours before even checking in.. I have extensive photos which include water damage/ black mold and more within our unit. The furniture was dirty, the beds were super hard, and we found trash under one of the beds and the nightstand. We didn’t see housekeeping one time during our entire stay. We had to call right after check in for towels. One of the nights we shared a genuine safety concern with the security officer who completely disregarded us and actually ended up threatening us. There were no chairs or umbrellas available for the beach, not even an ice water from the bar. After 20 minutes we finally got 3 beach towels. Overall, your smile fades quicker then the sunset when you see what you actually paid for.
Great place to spend a weekend or even longer periods of time
The kitchen was poorly stocked with pots pans silverware plates cups glasses there was no communication about what was going on in Miami Beach I called the desk asked if the beach was open they said yes no problem I got to the beach 5 minutes later and it was closed in addition to the fact that when I tried to talk to the beach patrols all they would say is get off the beach it’s closed I wasn’t even on the beach I just want to ask him if they could find a way to communicate with local hotels and resorts about closures the resort isn’t going to refund me my resort fees for us and we couldn’t even use all the amenities I understand the whole Covid 19 out break but instead of shutting things down why couldn’t authorities communicate with people and enforce the CDC guidelines all these closures really put people at a panic And with restaurants closed for takeout only having a kitchen that was equipped properly would’ve made things a lot easier and safer it was very disappointing not sure I would recommend this hotel to anyone else
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY!!!!!To begin with, upon arrival, there is no valet as advertised (no big deal!), but just false advertisement. From there...we arrived in our room. It was clean and nice...then we found a clogged toilet. This toilet clogged three times more over the next 2 1/2 days. There was no toilet paper...must have all been in the toilet. There were no towels in the bathrooms. There were very very few dishes in the “kitchen.”After calling the front desk, the toilet was fixed (for the first time), towels and tp were brought up.The next morning my bride got up to cook breakfast. When she went to the kitchen there was a pot noticeably left out of cabinetry and left on the stove...thinking this was odd she moved it to discover the stove was damaged. Having a glass top of our own, we could see whoever had tried to clean it before our stay had damaged the top coat making it unsafe for use on that burner. Immediately we went down to front desk and explained the situation. The front desk lady was polite. We asked her if she wanted to come to our room to inspect for herself. She said, “no sir. It’s fine. Don’t worry about it.” I insisted she let housekeeping know. She said she would.Fast forward two days...we are ending the second leg of our trip when I pulled up my bank statement. Imagine my horror when I saw that not only had the original security deposit not been dropped, but the hotel was charging a second one (the two now totaled $600).Needless to say, I immediately called and was told there was nothing they could do, instead I would just have to call back tomorrow.I can’t say this loud enough - RUN AWAY! DO NOT STAY HERE!When they get this situation resolved, I’ll be glad to update. But I haven’t even posted the fact they made us carry our own chairs and umbrella to the beach, for which I was charged $18 for the privilege of using. Further, even though we were basically there by ourselves (because of covid I presume), there were never beach towels available. The on-site bar was closed for all but one day, so getting even a cup of water required us to walk back to our room.I am giving management 24 hours to start resolving these and then I will start working through legal remedies to resolve this. WHATEVER YOU DO...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Nice place, and not so extensive for the square feet. The lobby has nothing compare with the appartements. The lobby is dark while the appartements are lights. In the bedroom the beds are quite old. I am not sure that the breakfast is a good deal for 18$. Impossible to have a late checkout after 12.00. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly. And the location is ok close to south beach, and not to far from the bridge to go to the other islands and downtown. If you can afford it, take a room with ocean view, it worth it
Terrible elevators. Feel unsafe and very slow. Overcrowded. Ocean view suite is actualy a partial ocean view. Misleading. Someone unauthorized was in our suite while we were away. I cannot prove it but I know it. Things were moved
Hotel lobby and public areas are very nice but the apparent we were in seemed like a cheep renovation and had pealing paint in areas. I wouldn’t stay again.
Its a nice place for family, feels like an apartment(has kitchen)Open access to the beach, nice pool entertainment games available. All it needs is a good remodel, literally lots of thing are just braking from overuse like slide doors shower looks terrible and dirty. But if you want a good and affordable place to just stay overnight and explore during a day it would be a good spot, but for longer stays grab some extra tools from home to fix stuff;)
This was our first trip to Miami, but we will definitely return to Seacoast Suites. The customer service was A1, the front desk manager was so willing to help with a smile and made sure to make our stay the best ever! We had a slight issue since we arrived late at night, we were too late to get our cribs, they heard what we had to say and made us happy right away! The suite was extremely spacious with a large living area and full kitchen. The porch had a gorgeous view where we were able to watch sun rise. The beach was quiet and clean. I would definitely come again and recommend to all my friends and family!
No overnight maintenance. The safe in our room stopped working at 1am, my friends passport and other important documents were in there and his flight was at 5am. Staff at front desk didnt work at the hotel so he didnt know what to do other than wait until 7am when maintenance would come. I now have all of my friends documents and have to mail them out to him at my own cost.
The fact that you have people outside as if its valet but then they tell us that we have to park our car is so pointless. If that’s the case, then lower the cost for parking. $40 and have them park it as valet is worth it but to make us park it. Charge half that and you won’t have anyone complaining. requested ocean view and saw buildings. The hall ways smelled like marijuana. Just bad.
Very rundown and overpriced. Hurricane damage is extensive and the pool is closed. The room is not stocked and the reception was minimally helpful. I have stayed in better motel 6 before. Hidden fees everywhere, not worth the money. Stay elsewhere unless the view and proximity to the beach is all that you are looking for. Also the elevator is overdue for inspection and makes scary noises. I would not stay here again.
Feel in love with the suite. Friendly staff
Great location near Miami but get ready to pay $30 a day for underground parking or $45/day for valet on top of $22/day property fee. The apartment had very basic amenities and lacks room service. I wish they had washed their windows more frequently and replaced carpet but overall cleanliness was OK. Great pool and great beach access!
My first experience staying at Seacoast was in May 2017 and Ive been going back every year since then. Not only was this the perfect place to celebrate my moms 66th birthday, but Ive also hosted my book club, mother/ daughter vacay and celebrated 3 birthdays. Seacoast is a little dated, but the upgraded rooms are beautifully furnished, clean, bright and either bay or ocean views are amazing!! We always get the 2 bedrooms and they will accommodate 4-6 comfortably. Even the 1 bedrooms are spacious. Check-in is always a breeze and everyone at the front desk is pleasant and very helpful. Grace is an absolute sweetheart and because of her, I will continue to be a returning guest. The location is PERFECT and just a short (free) trolley ride to anything you may need i.e. restaurants, stores, banks etc. and Ocean Drive is a short uber/lyft ride away. Im a thalassophile (lover of the ocean)...so the beach (and the access) is always the highlight of our stay. Also, love the new boardwalk between the property and the beach!! The ocean side pool is beautiful with a tiki bar. I reside in Ohio but I call Seacoast my 2nd home. Thanks to Grace and the entire Seacoast staff (especially Monica & Hernan) for always making my stay special! Im already looking at dates for my next beach getaway!
The view was great. Absolutely. And there is no question about it. And walks on the beach awesome. Very nice lobby. And thats it.But distance of Over 5 miles away from main streets of Miami Beach should be one of the factors of price drop. Every single time we would like to go eat or had need for basic shopping we have to drive. And yes. There is little store located in the lobby but everything is way overpriced. It was 5 of us for Miami Marathon so we decided to stay longer and have sort of travel destination experience. But the weather wasnt so great that particular time and we were forced to stay at the hotel.Everything was Very very outdated. Quality of pots for cooking was really bad. Only 4 sets of dishes even tho we asked for more. I got literally 1 plate.(You can buy everything at local Marshals or Ross for less than $50)Ice and water in refrigerator Not connected therefore we end up buying ice and plastic cups and plates. Tv size was ridiculous. Todays computer monitors are bigger than that.Kitchen. Bathroom. And balcony need a little touch.Lots of noise on hallways. Mostly Fridays and Saturdays.Despite all of this we do had good time. But location has very little to do with it.Please please put some touches around and Im sure ratings go up. Good luck.
This is an excellent hotel with great guest services. Since the moment we arrived, the front desk attendants were really helpful and kind. The environment is very clean, peaceful and relaxing. A huge shout out to Monica and Grace, whom made our vacation wonderful. Thank you!
Old but clean. Didnt spend time at the hotel to much to see. Nice hotell People. The pics from our room in 14 th floor
I wish there is lower rating that I can give according to my experienceLet me start with the hotel atmosphere, the construction starts at 7:30am so if you are tiered or you didn’t sleep last night its your problemNo room service so you have to clean your room yourself unless you pay $100 or staying more than 7 daysNo free towels but on the arrival you will pay $38 per night to get clean towels and you have to ask for it otherwise you will never get itBe ready for $500 deposit on the arrival.Do you wan the ocean view no problems $60 per nightDo you have your own vehicle no problems $40 per nightThey can open and close the pool anytime and they will kick you out of the pool the time they want, timing says 7:30am-9:00pm but if the pool attendant busy with other appointment you will be kickedOcean access door will be looked all the time unless someone will hold it with bag of soil or someone will open the door for youUmbrellas for $20 extra chair for $10Receptionist attendants different story they will treat you like you are invited to their house and you are not welcomed, from the first moment (they will give that dirty look why are you coming here you MF.....)Conclusion if you are paying such amount to stay in Miami just pay it for prober hotel that provides you with full service and healthier stay
Great space and family friendly. Large open concept, spacious, beautiful views on Bayside corner. Close to beach and pool area was clean.
Poor customer service, suite had dempy smell, bathroom was kind clean but needed a lift up. This is just a regular rental building not hotel as it was presented to us by the website. Building requires some work and friendly faces wouldnt hurt either. Breakfast was supposed to be included with our stay it turned out it wasnt, we had to pay for a terrible breakfast at the cafe they have in the building, with service fee included in changes. Guests are being charged $40 daily parking fee. Huge building only got 2 elevators, which are outdated. The view is spectacular, if you get ocean side.Guests are not being charged for the chairs, surprisingly... pool can only be used during certain hours, which is really sad, Im sure quests and tenants would love to have extended hours. This place require different management.
My family and I stayed for 2 nights before our cruise; we booked a 2 bedroom oceanview suite. Check-in is typically at 4pm (check-out is 11am) and we arrived shortly after 5pm. Our room wasnt ready yet and were asked to wait for 30 minutes. We wandered around by the pool and the beach, sat in the lobby, etc. At 6 our room still wasnt ready; the gentleman at the desk called up to the room and asked housekeeping how much longer, give or take, and were told the room was almost ready. He gave us our room keys and we sent up our luggage. Housekeeping was still there, cleaning out the fridge and stripping the sheets off one of the beds - it was after 6 at that point, almost 6:30 - so my dad went back down and asked them to amend the situation. They gave us a different room one floor up with a better ocean view, which was nice, and I understand that sometimes places are shorthanded, but the situation should have been amended upon check-in. The suite was nice, but I wouldnt stay again.
If I could I would give this hotel a 0/5 stars. I paid $1,400 for 3 nights and the room smelled like pee. I went to the front desk to cancel 2 nights but they didn’t let me do it. After a long argument with the manager they finally moved me rooms. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Worse hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Great views, clean rooms, lobby, and pool.
This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The property is outdated, staff is not helpful at all. Basic amenities are missing; we couldn’t even get our room cleaned or new towels without a surcharge (75 dollars!). Expedia needs to change that “4-star” rating ASAP. Don’t waste your money on this one.
Very old. Not anything like in the pictures. Smoking forbidden all over the hotel, even at the balcony. We had the two bedroom master suite with ocean view, not worth the money at all. Its absolutely nothing nearby this hotel, you have to walk for at least 30 minutes to even find a convinience store. Theres no pool bar. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone except maybe for people that doesnt care about having to take a taxi everywhere. Nah, not good. We wont be back.
Since Im not coming here again, Im giving this terrible place 1 star. For the price I paid per night this place isnt worth it at all. The sheets are gross, you will wait for the elevator for no less than 30 minutes in the morning. They cut off the lights in the lobby at night time, killing the ambiance of this place. They charge you for the cards to enter the room, if you dont bring them back, like come on those are pieces of plastic. Anyways never again.
Do NOT Book!!!!Worst customer service ever! Please use your money elsewhere! You would think with a national emergency in place, a PANDEMIC, and Miami about to go into a shelter in place order, this hotel would adjust its policies given the gravity of the situation on refunding bookings or crediting your reservation for a later date.Nope, come stay at our beach front hotel when the beaches are closed and you can’t go anywhere. It’s absolutely disgusting this hotel’s behavior during this time.
Its on the beach so thats a plus. The place seems understaffed and feels like it was all set up too quick. I Emailer in the fridge dont work so you have to buy ice at the market on the lobby floor. Views are nice though. Dont expect five star treatment at this place
Good large condo type rooms.
Stayed with three other guys. Nice view of the ocean. Steps away from the ocean.Restaurant was ok. Sub average food.
First the pros:good price. Located between the bay and beach between North and south Miami. Views of both the bay and ocean are beautiful. Suites are a nice idea, full kitchen and separate bedrooms with various configurations. Beds were comfortable and rooms/ kitchens are decorated with Ikea streamlined furniture and appliances. We were 9 people all together with a one bedroom suite and a three bedroom suite.Cons:. $32 per PERSON per DAY mandatory fee for beach and pool access which is not mentioned on website. This cost WAS AN ADDITIONAL $322 DAILY not advertised. This gets you one towel pp and 3 beach chairs per room. It doesnt matter if you have 2 or 10 people in your party so we had 6 chairs for 9 people. Beach chair guy will not budge and is quite rude about it. An umbrella will cost you an extra $18. The sun (in Nov/December) is behind the hotel by 2 so there is only shade after that time by the pool.Refrigerator ice makers are not hooked up. If you want ice, yup, it will cost you. If you want to do your laundry is only $1.40 per load but you need to purchase a $15 access card first. The one restaurant they have closes at 2 pm along with any other food service in the hotel( no room service at all and no beach/pool food after 2. Pool bar will open and close at will, hit or miss.No maid service but if you need your trash emptied or fresh towels you can get them replaced as long as you speak Spanish. We showed them a picture on our phone. They were very nice but communication is not easy.Elevators have not been inspected in 2 years according to the certificate posted, the hold door button doesnt work well so dont linger in the entry and make sure youre an early riser because hammering and other maintenance starts at 7:30 am.We will come back to Miami, just not this hotel.
Worst place ever! I booked a room for 4 people which was luxury ocean view at the corner that was supposed to be H rooms. They gave us another corner room which was next to another hotel. When we went down to the the reception and asked for the room that we supposed to have, the guy who was in charge that night said it was a false commercial and if we want to stay in the room that ocean view and at that corner we had to pay extra 35$. We already paid for it when we book. We gave up because it was 12 am we were so tired to do anything else. Anyway. This place sucks. I would give -5* if they have it.
This is ABSOLUTELY NOT a 4 or even a 3.5 star hotel! I honestly do not know where to begin with this place, all I can say is we are filing a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with our CC company. I wish I could leave my contact information in this review, so I could give you all the details, but I just dont have the time right now. I will say their customer service was the WORST I have EVER experienced and we had to call the MIAMI police department to act as a mediator, so Alex and Michael would begin telling us the truth. Do NOT stay at this hotel! You have been warned!
The hotel staff could not have been less accommodating or rude if they tried. They made everything close to impossible. The rooms are dirty, not updated and are not cleaned while you are there. Don’t be alarmed by the duvet comforter without a cover, that is apparently standard. So are dirty sheets and towels. The WiFi does NOT work.
The hotel was packed while we were there and the elevators took forever. Our room was suppose to be an “ocean view suite”. It was on the lowest floor and to see the ocean you had to look past a wire fence and the rusted garbage that was just being stored outside the window. The room had not been cleaned well and there was a great deal of hair all over the bathroom floor and food under the table and in the sink upon arrival. We asked for a different room or to have ours cleaned. Our concerns were not taken seriously and we told them we wouldn’t stay in a dirty room. We asked to speak to the manager. None available. We were told we would not be refunded our money and to call the manager the following day. After countless (honestly over 20) phone calls we never did get though to the manager (we were lucky if the front desk answered) and we never received our refund. Worst customer service we have ever experienced at a hotel.
On April 10th at 11:00am I was doing insta cart since my job is currently closed because of the Corona virus. The Hispanic guy with the a lot of product in his hair, at the front desk was extremely rude because i needed a cart to bring to my customers . MY customer was very nice and was trying to tell him to unlock a cart to let me use he refused became very aggressive starting yelling and saying how I’m not important I’m just a shopping girl and name calling even more very unprofessional and rude the valet guy had to help me bring up the bags since he would let me get a shopping cart as well saying I should walk up and down and I don’t DESERVE a shopping cart since I was delivery terrible customer service
This time of year its exciting to find anything that is affordable, much less what amounts to a decent apartment on the oceanfront. We loved the space, but there was so much stuff to do nearby I didnt spend hardly any time in our suite other than to sleep.
I stayed here back in 2018 and the service was excellent. So i decided to came back January 2020. The experience was not the SAME. Rooms were dirty, sheets not cleaned or changed. Hallway smells are very foul. Front desk service was not good at all. Only thing about the hotel is the space the rooms provides other than that i would highly recommend to seek other options before making this your option.
Excellent service from pool attendant jessie she was friendly, fair prices on the suites.
Spacious, full kitchen in units, and right on the ocean.
Horrible experience. There is no room service, you can’t get internet access over the phone and have to go down to the reception area to obtain the password, the elevator sounds like it’s going to break, the gym closes at 10 pm (so no late workout) the pool area is super dark after 9 pm (very poor lighting). The bedsheets and pillows are super cheap. The parking lot is creepy and dirty. Just terrible
Nice hotel with poor customer service. Employees need to attend a guest services training. Pool closes to early. I left my room nice and clean. Cleaned up and and striped ready for the Room Attendant just to pick up and put in her cart. I paid the extra fees taxes along with parking. I called them and left them messages never had anyone call me back regarding my $200 deposit. This must be this hotels common practice! Take everyones deposit. Maybe they better quit calling it a deposit and call it another fee. Lol, As I am in the Hotel business and like to stay at different hotel and resorts around the county.
Affordable and luxury at the same time. Our suite was fabulous. Located on Collins Avenue close to everything. Atlantic Ocean right outside our balcony, where the seagulls meet the most off beautiful whitecaps. The outdoor pool is wonderful if one chooses to not swim in the ocean. Grounds are meticulous. Staff friendly and accommodating. The little Market on the main floor is open daily, with lots of goodies for sale. Family friendly atmosphere. And theres a free trolley running up and down Collins all the time so one can really see sights without driving. Cant wait to return to Miami Beach and stay at Seacoast Suites once again. From now on, its my go to place for any type of getaway.
Spacious suite, bathrooms outdated. Great view of the ocean, but quite expensive for what it provides.
Good location. Old building. No amenities. The pool, towel service, beach chairs and drinks service close close 4:30-5pm.
Fairly clean and sharp looking. Sadly one of the showers only had cold water. Otherwise a good stay.
I’m really indifferent about my experience.. no room service or house keeping. Pool closes at 8 pm and they also close the gate to access the beach. We did not have enough towels or toilet paper. The elevator takes a really long time. They charge you for parking although they advertise free parking. The people that greet you when you first get there are amazing. They bring your bags up to the room, they also delivered our groceries. The pool area was nice, and it’s located in a very decent area. I think overall I would probably stay again.
The workers never refund my money to my card please do not book here they will have will over charge you and would not fix it
You will not get what you pay for here Rude customer service Overcharged my card Never Again
Outstanding! We enjoyed staying here very much. The room had a full kitchen which was very nice. The sunsets were beautiful every night. The Amazon parrots were fun to watch in the trees. The sunrises on the beach were great. Although, the beaches had too much seaweed washed up on them. The water was too cold for me to go in. The pool was nice.
Stayed here with an Airbnb, pretty pricey and the hotel is super dated in the lobby. The restaurant is pretty dumpy as well and there are no options nearby. Rooms were freshly painted and the pool / beach we pretty great.
It is as advertised also the concierge is f**** awesome.
To expensive for a crappy ass old building.cop always watching every move you do
Super nice place I really like this one I recommend
Exhorbitant fees, no washclots, icemaker broken, no ocean view nor balcony, low floor, evil staff
The pictures that they advertise are all fake. In reality there is nothing nice about the hotel. Everything is old and dirty. The pool is not swimmable as it is freezing, did not see one person use the pool our whole stay. There are so many nicer hotels for cheaper then this one. All the staff at the hotel are rude and unpleasant people.
Great Locatoon!, one of the Best Beaches of Miami. Service and acommodations are very good. Recommended.
Went there for breakfast in their coffee shop. Awesome food & service. The Omelette was delicious.
Terrible service the room we paid for wasnt the same room. We were over charged for many things im.never coming again
So magical views by both sides. You can have a gorgeus seaview or an espectacular lake view with the downtown included.
So so, the suit is not that great
Location was good --- property is old and requires a remake with some cash injected ???
Make sure to check your credit card statement when cancel a reservation because they will not refund your money if you dont call. Their excuse was that they didnt get the notification and mine was not refunded until I called them after 3 weeks from the date of cancellation. BE CAREFUL!!!
Best place for family to stay. Service appartment with kitchen on the beach . Give special access to the beach from the tower. You can call them for change of towels everyday and ask for trash to clear.6 can easily stay in one apartment.
Great view of the ocean! View definitely makes up for the parking which is pretty sketchy & super slow elevators
Excellent location. clean rooms. perfect large suites.
The Seacoast is an antiquated hotel, i stayed there because the Maimi Ambassadors property manager dropped my original booking at the Monte Carlo nd offered this place that I relucently accepted in the middle of the night. I dont recommend staying here or some of the other aging properties in the area. Beware where you book in this aging city.
Terrible service at the front desk. Loud students on every floor. The sea air destroyed the furniture. The AC was old and smelled of damp. The wifi and telephone reception is 2 out of 10. Very disappointing
The suite we stayed in was beautiful. Spacious and accommodating for our group size. However day one we saw a roach which was uninviting and disturbing. I understand this is a warm climate but where Im from pests mean something different. We called to have someone come kill it he asked for one of our shoes and then left the dead roach on the floor. I work in hospitality and this experience was a joke. I suggest they take advantage of pest control. Also it was frustrating having to call and ask for towels everyday. And when we did sometimes they answered and said they were coming and 45min went by and they never came, other times they said they didnt have any, and other times the phone just kept ringing with no answer from room service or front desk. Staff seemed friendly. Amenities were nice. But services were definitely limited and this location is a bit of a stretch from south beach if thats where you are frequently going!
The place has amazing view. Room are spacious.Service only basic not a luxury hotel amenity extremely old not a top rated hotel but in a top rated area if they demolish this place and make it from the scratch then turns perfectIt is not cheap as well 550$ a night with 3 month in advance booking is not cheap40$ self parking fee is outrageous to me not to be valet as well at the top of all of these you need to pay resort fee!!!!!!!!!!!For what resort for an out dated ready to be demolish hotel,
Great view of the ocean. Easy to get to the free trolley. Attentive service.
A peaceful and relaxing stay! The people that receive at the entrance were very nice. They greeted in a kindly way and offered to carried our baggage to the room. The resort is big and comfortable.
For what it cost to stay there it’s not a great value. It’s clean and the front desk staff was fine but there are a lot of cons. The breakfast was very average. What resort doesn’t allow you in the pool after 7:00PM and not until 9:00AM in August??? The pool is lighted so they should allow you to be in until at least 11:00.You can’t access the beach at night from the resort because they lock the gate. So much for a evening stroll on the beach.Didn’t clean our room while we were there either. We had to ask for trash pickup and clean towels. They charge you for beach chairs and umbrella.AC was loud and ran nonstop.Room smelled of mildew is some areas. They had a corn hole set with just one bag.Blinds on the balcony door wouldn’t close so morning sun really heated up living room in the morning.Understand this was our first visit to Miami so maybe this is common practice but for what we paid we were very disappointed and doubt if we would stay there again.
Very outdated hotel for the price they charge. Flies in the lights dirty walls light switches and showers. Very nice view.
Very helpful staff, was able to get us into our room early. Room was supplied with dishes, paper towel, dishwasher pods and was very clean. Housekeeping was very helpful as well.Only downside was only given 2 towels per bathroom, (housekeeping doesnt come by to restock) and only given 1 decaf coffee pack, had to call for more and then only given 2 packs of coffee, even tho I asked for 4 (the amount of my days there.)Also no close restaurants near by, besides the hotel restaurant, that doesnt serve alcohol.Overall amazing experience, would defiently reccomend.
Some of the rooms are outdated. The elevators are super slow. The garage closes early, so its an inconvenience having to go inside for access. The doors from the outdated rooms dont have good access. No card or code to get in. They still provide a key. Thats old school. Some of the electrical outlets didnt work. The air conditioner system was old as well. Only an on or off setting. We couldnt control the room temperature. The food at the pool is pricey and the mini store by the lobby is expensive too. The location is great, the beach and view was fantastic.
