I live here sense 2011 I own my home when I bought my home from a friend park it was ok. But now the park is getting worse looks trashy and they keep raising the lot rent with the promise there were going to fix it. Its so hard to of hold of the manager if you can call her that never in the office or will return your call. If I had the money to move my home I would have done it a long time ago.

Was looking to move by a deadline so i can give my current residence a notice, i’ve called and left messages weeks ago that hasnt been returned in regards to a certain home & i’ve went by twice within the office hours and the door was not answered. I think its a reason why i wont be moving from my current residence now. I guess business here isn’t valued.

It dont have a lot to offer children. The swing set is always thrown around the top pole and the parks trash receptacles are always out.

Its a mobile home park, where the trailer park girls go round the outside

The park has really been cleaned up in the last 6 months. Very quiet area and a great school for my kids!
