Needs cleaned up but overall a quiet place.

Pretty trashy place. Didnt like the fact you had to go to a separate building to get your mail. Hard for senior citizens, especially in the winter.

Used to be an okay place now the potholes are ridiculous, the speed bumps are so deep they rip your car up, theft is rampant, the maintenance man who replaced delaney is worthless! He rides around on the kaboda doing nothing mows little then uses the park equipment to mow for a person across the street that has nothing to do with the park, charges for repairs which is fine but take advantage of elderly that dont know the rules of what is the parks responsibility to repair or the owner of the trailer and he goes around gossiping to others about other people in the park and is a nark as well. Raises lot rent every year, then charges for the applications each person and pockets the money!

Bad bad place . trash and used tires in everyones yard .manager is the problem people he hired to fix up trailers rob everyone n rumor is the manager is in on it .he knows there thieves n does nothing owner of the park needs to do somthing before its completly destroyed at night u can c rats running all ove the streets bad bad bad

We will rate and review on this, upon our return this week, after visiting it to look at a couple of the homes they have to offer. Of which we seen advertised online recently. We are a family who are very serious in our inquiries. So we are hoping these people at this establishment, are also serious in their offer(s), and the homes they have up to offer, with reasonable and affordable prices! Again, we will rate and review upon our return after viewing. We are also hoping to return with an outright purchase in hand! As we will be paying in cash up front, if what they offered is still open as they said! :) Heres to fingers crossed!Had to rate Ok, otherwise, I couldnt post this! BUT there will be a better rate as I mentioned previously.

They are very rude and uncooperative. They refuse to give owers names which is federal law. They do not have electrical boxes up to code. Had to call PUCO to get ours fixed and codes & permits.
