My daughter and her husband and their 2 small children live in this community. It is absolutely wonderful and it is quiet and peaceful and has a beautiful swimming pool! Also a nice playground for the children. The manager Daisy, is awesome as well. She is there to meet the needs of the community members. She has helped my daughter and her husband get their first home. They are so happy. I would recommend this community to everyone!

My family and I recently moved into Breezy Oaks. We love our beautiful home. It is a peaceful, clean, quiet neighborhood. Daisy, the manager, has been very honest, nice, and extremely helpful to us while we have been here. I would highly recommend this neighborhood.

If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would!! Do NOT recommend living here. Worst decision I’ve ever made and unfortunately stuck in a contract unless I sell my house and honestly would feel horrible for doing that to someone. I’ve given the office and corporate in California 3 weeks to respond to my concerns and nothing! They are money hungry and do not care about their residents in the slightest. All they are worried about is moving in more houses so we can continue to pay for the Owners out of the country vacations. (That’s what he was doing when I asked to speak to the owner) since he personally told them to put a house in my backyard that I’m paying for I asked to speak to him personally but of course they don’t know when he will return! Lot rent goes up supposedly for repairs obviously they’re repairing their own homes in California not at the homesites. Roads are horrible! Upon seeing other reviews since 2016 as far back I went they are still working on bids for repair of the roads, but no problem squeezing in new homes. I’m sure at $500 a pop for just room enough for you to slip out your front door they could afford to fix the roads! Lot rent still goes up for “repairs”!!!!(what a joke) I could go on and on but my last words....DO NOT torture yourself stay far away from this place!!!

Use to be amazing. NOW.....Rules always changing. 24 hour emergency maintenance is gone, everything waits till the office is open. The office is not always open during the hours of operation. Lived here since 2003. No problems from move in to 2010.

Terrible management. Terrible property. Terrible water system.Management is very shady. They lie to you to get you to move in, after your in, they change everything. They make you sign a lease for so many years, and give you a lower rent price. They put a loop hole in the contract that allows them cancel your lease at any time and raise your rent. I heard of this happening to almost everyone I have spoken to. They will put a notice on your door stating that your lease is being canceled and your lot rent is increasing. The notice also says if you are not happy with the rent increase, you can give 30-60 days notice and move out. They know that no one can leave because you they just financed a brand new mobile home 6 months to a year ago and have no way of moving it, so youre stuck paying the higher rate. They say they are raising the rent to make updates to the property. The updates never happen. They will put up a few signs around the property saying drive slow or something and that is all. Management is completely apathetic to anything you need. They give you the run around and never do what say they are going to. You have to keep on them for weeks to get anything done. They turn off your water for anywhere from five to twelve hours almost every week without warning. All they care about is packing as many mobile homes on to the property as possible. You will see addresses with A and B after the street number on trailers because they have started putting two trailers per lot. The property is dirty, trash is everywhere. The management has even had their family members put fake reviews on their Facebook page to try and offset the negative reviews from residents. Trash is everywhere. The dumpsters are overflowing half of the time. There is so much more to complain about. Just read the other real reviews. If a review has more than 2 starsstars, dont trust it. I have yet to speak to a happy resident.

Somewhat nice just way to high lot rent and they seem to have different rules for different people

Roads up front are really nice and paved.. get into it a little further and its MURDER on your vehicle to drive through from about midway in all the way to the back and then around to the back side of the pool area.. HUGE pot holes that just eat your car up..

I dont like this place. Lived close by for almost a decade and I know the place is full of theives and meth heads.

Just turn off the water without telling the tenants anything. I know a lot of ppl that live there with little children huge inconvience.

Roads are terrible and manegement are very bitchy they worry on nonsense stuff than worring on the real things that matter example they painted the basketball court that no one uses and they havent fix the roads fill with pot holes oh but they put speed bumps

Never had a noise complaint...were pretty loud.

Streets are terrible, water system unreliable, parking is bad. They keep bringing in new homes and dont make improvements but the rates keep increasing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Should be zero stars, this property is a joke, so called staff is horrible and unprofessional in the office, always someone new, they dont know anything, dont return calls, they will lie to get you in, hot water runs out,holes everywhere in the streets they refuse to fix, trash everywhere as well!Drive through !They dont fix anything but will raise lot rent, why the park is not full, keep driving !
