Disgusting, run down, rotting mobile homes that are reconditioned. Nothing but lies, no title when u rent to own. Cats, rats, and god knows what all over the place. I wouldnt bury my dead pet there. BEWARE!!!

After management changed a couple of years ago, there has been noticeable activity in new homes being brought in. Its a work in progress and Im appreciative of the effort to build the community. There is a definite force looking to further grow & look after those who live here.
