Nothing done in response to other tenants walking through yards and you can never get ahold of anyone

I previously lived here.The park is ran poorly.The crime rate is going up within the park.Although there are many wonderful people living within the park I would not recommend moving into this mobile home park.The management plays favorites and all residents are not treated equally or made to follow by the same rules.

The photos depicted do not represent the park! Its actually very nice and inspected yearly for any needed work or clean ups! The new work at the pool is very nice. I would be willing to donate to help get a nice patio set with umbrella. My only problem is the lamp posts are almost all out on my street and the roads get really broken up by weather and patching only lasts a short time. The owner, Michelle is very easy to work with when theres a concern or problem. And YES, CHILDREN SHOULD ALWAYS USE THE REST ROOM AT HOME BEFORE GOING TO THE POOL!!

The following will be a list of things pertaining to this mobile home park to clarify what has been stated in some of the other comments.-Michelle is not the owner-the pool is neither cleaned properly or working properly-there, by law, is to be public restrooms at the pool and there are not-what the consider a childrens play ground is dangerous and not suitable for children-the potholes in the roads are so bad that you can hardly navigate through the park; they have caused damage to numerous vehicles-the water is BROWN and unsanitary; it brings dirt and rocks through the faucets and drains and when they say they fixed it its basically just filled with bleach or chlorine or something and smells of such for days then goes back to brown; you cant even let your pets drink it.-management does not do their job properly and has on more than one occasion threatened different residents when a resident has tried to address a problem within the park-back to the roads; if it snows or ices you may as well not plan on going anywhere because they do not address the roads and properly plow or salt-the office is rarely open during the hours it is said to be-the rules are not enforced the same for each resident; certain residents get away with what they want while other residents are held accountable for all they should be-there are drugs being sold and traded for services within the park and its managementThis is just of the top of my head.This park needs attention and for the owner to be aware of what is going on-- but the poor management wont provide contact info for the owner so that hasnt been accomplished.

When you can not drive on the roads with out huge potholes. And the whole community looks run down not taken care of. Cant use the pool during summer. Many houses are run down. The water is a very nasty color. Management does nothing when you bring this up to them. They have no issue spending our money on themseves and nothing on the park. The bigger picture is raising rent and nothing has been done for the huge jump increase. This community needs new management who will take care of the needs and find where the money has gone

I had previously shared an online petition on here for residents and visitors to look over and sign if they felt it was for a good cause. For some reason that comment was deleted so I am going to leave a review this time and if you would like to know more or sign the petition feel free to contact me.As many who live here know this mobile home park has been going down hill over the last few years. There are many things being overlooked and flat out ignored. The management and other staff refuse to give contact information to residents to reach the owner with their complaints. So, long periods of time trying to resolve issues within the park residents have reach out to the courts and the mobile home board of Ohio for help. A couple issues within the park are the brown water, damaged roads, office hours, and rules not being implemented among many others.I would not recommend living here at this time but as a community we are hoping change comes soon and this community becomes a healthy, sustainable living community again.Also, Michelle is NOT the owner of this park. The owner is W Partners LLC.

Decent prices, family-like community, and great owners!

Management does not do their job well they have favorites and friends in the park and treat them as they have no rules to follow and they are trying to make people they arent friends with get evicted from the park with many uncalled for notices and threats of eviction. they also throw parties with drinking and are very loud disturbing other residents

New manager doesnt do well by the residents! Doesnt open the pool until June instead of memorial day weekend. Half the time- the pool side restroom is closed. Small children then have had to use the pool because they cant wait to go potty!

The management is very rude an nosey they are very special

The pool is for residents only. It was opened on Memorial Day weekend this year. As all of our residents know we remodeled the pool and the area surrounding, along with adding picnic tables for the enjoyment of our tenants. Rhonda Hicks does not even live .

Management is hard to get a hold Of! Why dont they ever answer their phone? Pure craziness
