Nice organized rv park good streets and old trees

Have only lived here for 2 weeks. The manager answers any questions in a timely manner and is nice. The maintenance guy has fixed issues fast so far. Took my 8 year old son to the pool a couple times already, and the neighborhood kids seemed to treat him well and seemed nice. Havent had any complaints so far! Happy I made the decision to move here.

Theres a lot of people who blare there music and its very annoying and it a horrible place to live

Really 0 stars but u have give one it wasn’t by choice i can see why they only have 3 stars WOW THE UGLY LADY THAT RUNS THE Office IS VERY VERY RUDE and the bad part i know a it of good people that live in there poor them

I lived here for about two years and the entire time we lived there we had issues with the services. The first receptionist that we had was April and she was honestly terrible. She never answered the phone even before we moved in and needed to contact her. We had some issues with the trailer and she never got them fixed. We had to be on top of her and the maintenance man (which was our front door neighbor) all the time and things always took long to get taken care of. She was later replaced and the person who took over was much better to work with and nicer so I really hope people who live there now don’t have the same experience.

Such a great neighborhood. But there is a new lady living by my uncles house and she wont stop complaining aput EVERYTHING EVERYONE DOES! this has never had happened until she got there! She’s crazy! She really be up all night watching through her CAMERAS to see if anyone walks by or parks near her so she can go outside and yell at them! This has to stop .

Terrible place to live the people at 116 are always blasting music after calling the police on them multiple times and yet they have not got the messege.

Last rent bill was $1221. Paid a total of over $42,000 on a 3 bed/2 bath and after almost 4 years of living here I was still charged almost $1000 for wear and tear ( patch and paint and small misc.). After 12 years of renting I have always received my full deposit, but not from this place. It didnt matter that i paid a total of about $1200 in pet deposits or how much I cleaned the place up. I still had to pay for their cleaning crew. Oh and dont get me started on the GOLD KEY STANDARD SERVICE BS... Not only is That an invasion of privacy altogether but I got charged for what they fixed because I moved!!! So there you have it... Move here If you want to get screwed out of you hard earned money. Im just glad to be done with them. Good luck

Very helpful with our move. Small issues with home but they have been great on taking care of it.

Perfectly well,I love this place..

Neighbors would not turn down radio, loud base 24 hrs a day.

They never answer the phone and they are very strict on what you can have Im your yard. No childrens toys and now they dont allow bounce houses. If you dont have kids, this is a place for you, but they do have a lot of stray cats. The manager they have now is great, but they are always changing. So be prepared to see a new face every other month or so.

Homes are packed tight like sardines. Parking is very limited. We had to park 2 street down and walk over 5 mins in rain just to have dinner with family.

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!When you come and visit, you may notice how strange it is that there are no people out and no children playing. Listen to your better instinct, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!!! Silverleaf does not cater to a child friendly environment. They donnot allow kiddie pools, swing sets, trampolines, and you will be FINED if someone thinks your children are bothering them. It a dictatorship meant for old people to live in. they dont like for you to have pets. If its fun to a child you most likely cant do it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Wish I could give zero. Stray cats and dogs, drainage issues (streets would flood all the time), if something was broke or not working it took months for maintenance to get to it. Water would be turned off without notice ( drainage), good luck in someone to pick up phone in office. Noisy.
