Chuck keeps denying my mom Everytime she puts in a request to do stuff that other people are doing such as extend the driveway or whatever. He also keeps telling everyone that comes to this house personal business that they dont need to know about. He also keeps threatening eviction over stuff that he apparently aint messing with other tenants doing the same thing and over stuff that has been the same since my grandparents lived here and he is harassing everyone here over way too many things. For instance the grass gets mowed but if it starts growing even just a little bit we get a notice on that when we are at work. If this doesnt stop or if he doesnt start telling others the same things he is telling us as well as the visitors we have occasionally (which is illegal). Im going to point out to my mom the correct place to file a complaint and maybe seek legal action. Have a nice day and the renovations will start as soon as we get the roofers out here whenever that may be we do not know when they are coming in yet so stop bugging us Chuck. If you want an idea when the roof is getting done. Ask God when he is going to make it good weather for a week or so and there is your answer

Owner doesnt know the law in regards to the ADA in regards to service animals. My family went to see and check the community out but when Chuck walked out of the back office and saw my wifes service dog. He immediately told her that the dog needed to placed outside on the porch tied up. We tried to explain the law and he said this is a family owned business and he COULD refuse to allow the service dog entry. We left and left him a ADA card stating the law.

Owner or person that answers the phone, is extremely rude and un-accomdating and apparently thinks he is selling multi billion dollar properties with extensive rules (49 pages of rules to be exact per his quote). Sir this is a mobile home park and a not kept up one at that with nothing to offer to the community. Please come down off your high horse and stop being so rude.

Run away from this trailer park!! Apparently management LIES and then the owner guilably believes them. A customer is never wrong in customer service!!! That is the rule you need to follow rather than discriminating against service animals. Apparently education is needed at this trailer park because service animals are guided through extensive training and they are smart enough to know where to urinate and where not to urinate. I think it’s funny how management claims she (the service animal) peed on furniture when #1 she never squatted to pee #2 we were not in there long enough for her to pee #3 in the chance that a service animal would pee in an unrighteous place (which is very unlikely) there is a higher percentage of a male urinating than a female. To the owner, instead of taking up for your filthy, heartless and conniving management, how about you educate yourself upon the science of animals and service animals then fire that guy because he is deserving of it, or you could let him prolong in ruining your business. To potential buyers, you don’t need a liar for management, because when you do, he will be lying about paying your bills and you and your family will be stuck. Take my advice and run.Our Previous Review:Owner doesnt know the law in regards to the ADA in regards to service animals. Management reported the dog urinated on the furniture in the office and no action was taken by the dog’s owner. Oak Hill Village is fully aware of ADA and HUD rules regarding service animals and comfort animals.Americans with Disabilities Act Title II Regulations§ 35.136 Service animals(a) General. Generally, a public entity shall modify its policies, practices, or procedures to permit the use of a service animal by an individual with a disability.(b) Exceptions. A public entity may ask an individual with a disability to remove a service animal from the premises if— (1) The animal is out of control and the animals handler does not take effective action to control it; or(2) The animal is not housebroken.
