Was going to buy a fixer up tralier from park had cash to buy it, we recently had a house fire and lost everything and are 7 yr.old has been staying with our daughter being homeschooled.we ARE all missing each other terribly,we also lost our little chiwawha in the fire! My husband told office all of this and a few other private things that might keep us from being able to stay in park.the lady told my husband it wouldnt be a problem knowing we couldnt afford to throw away$35. the non refundable application fee! We were denied and told she didnt know why that we would receive a letter in mail.I figure it was my past due utility bills that were just that in my past because nobody has those! We had full amount for trailer and 1st months rent and deposit.I just want my family back together, I could say more but I wont other then nobody has a heart anymore ! I still have nightmares and cry over my dog.I wish everyone well and hope u are experiencing more kindness then our family.god bless

Homeless people live under the skirts of the trailers. I guess thats nice they have a place to stay just kind of creepy.

I bought a place Ive lived here for almost 2 years turnover and management is a lot not happy with them this last winter when they did not plow the snow like they should and could not get to my home but where my home is its nice and quiet and thats what I wanted

Totally a questionable place. When you see so many vacent trailers. To top it off person selling one wanted more than its worth and had major issues.

Park manager Amanda is very rude & disrespectful. People there are all 2 faced and some major hypocrites

Other than my neighbors selling and using illicit drugs its really not too bad of a place.

They dont answer their emergency phone. We had no heat, then carbon monoxide, and our pipes froze. They NEVER once answered the phone and each time they used the excuse they never got any of or voicemails. Maintenance doesnt know what they are doing. We pay over 600 dollars a month for a run down small 2 bedroom trailer with plexiglass windows that doesnt hold heat. They dont care about anybody in here. My advice is do not move into this park. Its nothing but a joke and a waste of money.

I think if they paved all the roads there it would be an awesome place to visit or live!

Rent is far too high for the poor quality of the drives and standing water. Needs improvement.

This is a horrible place. Dont even think about moving here.
