Second year for us to visit The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at Iroquois Amphitheater. We loved it the first year so, being new grandparents, we had to come back again this year. Love the sounds, all of the lights and the detailed pumpkin displays. Just a feel-good walk through. Its a must see at least once. Im not sure exactly how many pumpkins, but theyre as far as the eye can see. You will enjoy.

Went to the Jack OLantern Spectacular and it was great! There is a wait but if you prepare for it (its drive through so youll be in your comfy car) the wait is well worth it.

We were very impressed at the detail of both the carvings and the overall setup. It was an amazing time out with my family. The path was clean and spacious enough for everyone to move along (we went during the week not the weekend). Recommend this out for anyone. Thank you for this.

The Pumpkin Spectacular was really good, except the driver didnt really get to see much.

Drove the pumpkin carving show back in October, long wait, but worth it! Amazing talent and great set up!

Awesome! Although the drive thru takes a little longer once you get to the pumpkins it is just as breathtaking as the walk thru.

We visited this location for the Jack-o-lantern Spectacular. This was the second year I attended. The park was clean and the event very well organized. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience. Their pumpkin walk is beautiful, but the hot chocolate makes you feel like youve been robbed. Very expensive!

Had a good time going to the jack-o-lantern festival. Was a long line but it was a holiday. There were several benches to take breaks and sit down which we need. cant speak for the park a lot because it was dark but it look like a very nice park. But the pumpkin festival was very neat

Went to the Halloween Jack-o-lantern Spectacular walk. Amazing artistry! Theme was the 4 seasons. Well worth the drive! Tip: went on a tuesday at 930pm. Easy parking. Very little crowds. Was able to take our time and look at the displays. Took about 1 hour to waa alk through.

The pumpkin walk is always a lot of fun. They had a big crowd and at some of the carved pumpkins people just stopped and lingered. I look forward to going back next year and taking the grand babies again.

Went to the Winter Woods Spectacular. It is well worth the money and time. You drive thru a half mile at a very slow place. Need to go slow to be able to take in all scenery. Lots of lights, winter themed wonderland and mans best friends.

Great venue! Needs more visible security during shows/sets, though. Two drunk & roughhousing dudes almost ruined our concert and we couldnt find security. The venue itself is beautiful!

Spectacular Jack-o-lantern!! Amazing artistry, and fun for the whole family! They even have food booths and drinks!

I actually visited Iroquois park, I like that there walking and hiking trails, depending on you comfort level and how much of a workout you want to get in.

We had a wonderful time. It was worth the time and money all the pumpkins were stunning pieces of art. If anyone is thinking of going to visit its highly recommended.

This pumpkin spectacular was more like a nightmare very unorganized all the workers there shouldnt have been there because they were rude and didnt know what was going on .

Iroquois Amphitheatre is THE PLACE for spring/summer concerts in Louisville. Theres really no bad seating and they finally put in another bar so theres less of a wait for drinks. They also serve snacks and quick food items. If you can, try to get a seat further back but right behind the wall for a built in foot rest!They have great bands that perform there and they also do a summer movie series. Love, love, love this place!

I came here for the jack-o-lantern spectacular and it didnt disappoint. It was amazing to see 5,000 hand carved pumpkins all in one place. Parking can be a challenge though so go early.

Did the Pumpkin Spectacular. It was beautiful and well worth it. The guy at the end talked about the great pumpkin and gave us a good history lesson. Loved it, would go again.

The amphitheater is awesome! I am still kicking myself for the time I missed a Modest Mouse concert there...it was so close to home. They host free movies here on a regular basis each summer, it’s a fun spot for hangouts, dates, or family stuff.

A weirdly wonderful architectural treasure. Created during the WPA. Great location for outdoor concerts. Bring your bug repellant!

Very neat seeing jackolantern spooktacular. Price was high. Lines was long. They offered free shuttle to and from cars if u r lucky enough to catch 1. Had handicap parking up close

Located in a large park it has many wonderful events there throughout the year.

Iroquois park and amphitheater have always been a diamond in the rough of the south end. The park is expansive, well maintained, and beautiful. We like that it houses one of a small handful of disc golf courses!

This is my favorite local venue. The structure itself is beautiful, the acoustics are great, and the facilities are clean. Been here many times, and Iroquois always delivers an excellent event experience.

Awesome venue for shows. A little pricey for tickets but Kenny Wayne Shepherd & Buddy Guy both were awesome last night.

Tha Jack-o-Lantern Spectacular was spectacular. As awesome as the thousands of Jack-o-Lanterns were, the queuing was almost as good. Very well organized. A 45 minute wait flew by because of the multiple vendor stations for food, beverage (including adult), & merch. Had no trouble keeping our 2 year old entertained and engaged close to bed time when she typically gets crabby.

Awesome place to see events in a more intimate setting than the larger amphitheaters or arenas... Often gets big name talent!

I really enjoyed myself. My wife and I were treated first class. The people running the program knew what they were doing and handled themselves very professionally. Great job.

We visited the annual jackolantern exhibit...more than 5000 carves pumpkins. Really spectacular!

Drove from Indy for this and a few other events in the area and this was alone was worth the drive! Have dinner across the road at the taco place, amazing! Very cool experience and the creativity of the artist and the folks who put this on, are impressive. Be sure to have a full charge on your phone, you will need it.

Excellent place to enjoy a concert, you can see GOOD from every seat in the place. Great sound and cover from the weather.

Louisville Orchestra concert on a beautiful night. Iroquois is perfect for any type of performance.

Great venue, no bad seats.I would like to see some kid friendly healthy snacks available. There was corn dogs, hamburgers, etc. however we came to a show after dinner. Just saying if an apple or baby carrots was for sale we would have made that purchase.

Great atmosphere.

A little pricey. Very crowded, even on the less-busy nights. Have gone many times. Even when there is no line, the paths are packed with people once you get to the pumpkins. Not enough is done year to year to keep things fresh. The most well done pumpkins are not carved, just drawn on with sharpie.

Well organized.

Fantastic outdoor venue! The sound is perfect and the food and drink vendors are great. The bathrooms are a little gross, but with a few thousand people in one area that shouldnt be too surprising.

Went down to Louisville specifically to come to the Jackolantern Spectacular at Iroquois Park. It was incredible. Never seen anything like it. Pictures cannot do it justice. Will definitely be going back next year.

The jack o lantern spectacular here is a must see. I was blown away by the the designs of the pumpkins, and the skill in the artists who created them. Kids young and old will love it

Went to the park to see the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. Was very cool to see the many thousands of sculptures lit up in the night. I give 4 stars for the price of the event. $20 per person is a bit much, considering the vendor costs, and lack of much else to do besides walk and view.

I went there during the Jack-o-lantern Spectacular and it was a site to see! It was better than I was expecting. Check it out next year if you can!

Lots of history in this place . Great place to work for as well. And i love the shows . Wish i could tell you the name of these bands, just cant remember. BUT THEY WAS ALL AWESOME. Great music, could have listened to them all night . And the first band was JUST OFF THE CHAIN . I loved them they was funny as all get out . five claps. Bravo all you guys and girls up there singing and playing youre hearts out . YOU GUYS AND LADIES KICKED A$$ .

Absolutely huge park with trails to get lost on for hours. Much more natural feeling that Cherokee with much more wildlife. The field at the top is a lovely oasis. Halloween pumpkin event is absolutely amazing.

My sons graduation was there it is a very very very nice place. Up-to-date and all the new additions they have put on to it is made it just a great place to go to in have any type of event

Iroquois Amphitheater is one of my all time favorite venues ever! It is a covered open air theater. There are so many different events held there, from high school award ceremonies to great music acts, and movies under the stars! Parking is plentiful, easy, and accessible. The restrooms are accessible and always very clean and well equipped.

A really great outdoor venue. Plenty of space and seating with relatively clean bathrooms.

Great venue. Lots of shows and events here. Check their calendar for Free movies and other bookings. Great for summer nights out. Headliners you know. This is a cant miss . Put it on your bucket list.

We walked through on the way to the Jack-o-latern festival. However, the amphitheater was impressive. It has chair seating, an ample stage multiple restrooms, and concessions area. It was also partially covered.

I love this place! Except for the walk from the mile away parking! Wear very comfy shoes! Or get there early, some close parking!

Really like the summer movies. I saw Grease, and The greatest showman, this year.

Went here for the pumpkin glow. Cant say much about the actual amphitheatre, but the trail and annual pumpkin glow were amazing.

Beautiful venue, got to see Coheed and Cambria, Every Time I Die, and Mastodon in support of the Unheavenly Skye Tour. Sound quality was top notch, seating has a clear line of sight. Only recommendation to the venue is to better prepare for meet and greets. The upper area is pretty cool, provided its not too crowded. 10/10 would see a show here again.

Drove all the way out there for the tour bus ride at $5/individual. Theres no such thing! Only $25/car for one person.

I cant say enough about what a wonderful asset Iroquois is for the Louisville music scene. My wife and I try to get there to see anyone were even remotely interested in and weve never come away disappointed. As a big fan of live music I have to say that this is truly a gem.With a typically relaxed atmosphere, incredible sound and solid choices of libations its hard to go wrong.

Huge venue with great shows. Worth the cost but the drinks are way too expensive. Pregame and get a dd for sure
