Cool small town movie theater vibe! Love that you can order food and drinks, havent tried any food so cant speak to that, but drinks were good. Drinks were a bit expensive, but I did feel the ticket price for the movie was lower than average these days. Great ambiance and I would definitely go again.

I Loved the concept!I love the Cinebarre concept. The place has the indie feel although is affiliated with Regal, very local bar feeling as you enter the premises. You don’t get that weird Bar smell in the usual drinking locations. It was refreshing to find this type business in Louisville, Co. and the movie (Knives Out) was awesome by the way.The settings are kept in great shape. The movie theater was comfortable, and what I did not like so much initially was the height of the counter in front of the seats. It’s obvious the profits cone from drinks and food. Beer selection was very good, choose one Beer and a Float. Was not impressed by the size of the float vs its price. In comparison to market the float is NOT a good value.Service was ok after walking to the bar. Got the impression of understaffing as no one was in the theater movie space in arrival, so placed my order at the bar. Other around my seat that pressed the button had to go outside and ask for service.Overall the experience was good! I would visit again!

First time we went, it was a perfect experience. We ordered two orders of the pretzel bites with cheese and they were fantastic! Also got popcorn and a soda. Popcorn was easily some of the best Ive ever had and it was mixed perfectly. The seats are the perfect distance from the table, so you have a lot of leg room but dont have to get up to snag something you ordered. Speaking of ordering, its extremely convenient. You press this red button to summon a staff member, then you hand them this sheet of paper where you filled out what you want. You can pay on the spot or after. The atmosphere is what youd expect from movie buffs and has classic posters from the 1920s all the way up to 2000. Its super inviting and its not loaded with people left and right, despite being such an amazing establishment. The theaters are super close and its not an endless maze of doors. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive tipped well both times Ive went, since giving great customer service while in a dark theater with explosions and murder behind you without disturbing anyone, is a feat Ill never master, but Cinebarre certainly has.Second time we went, was a tad different though. There was one poor guy who had to service the ENTIRE room. We made sure to tip him well. Because of this, our drinks were pretty late and the cheese for our pretzel bites had cooled off enough that it was more of a paste which made dunking the pretzel bites rather difficult. However the beer I got was cold and tasted delicious. I ended up getting the Regal pass. 21 dollars a month, unlimited movies and my sister and I plan on going here every time. Its also right off the diagonal so its super easy to get to!Love this place!!!

My husband and I went on a much needed date on Friday night. We got to the theater and bought our tickets. We then had them scanned by the young lady at the front and she said theater 11 to the right. We went into the theater and got great seats. The movie started and we watched the previews. Then when the movie that started we realized it was not the movie we came to see. We went out and spoke with the attendant who looked at our tickets. He said the entire theater is called Boulder 11, you are supposed to be in theater 1. When looking at the ticket, the theater number was much smaller than the Boulder 11 at the top. It was a small black box with a gray number. Also, the girl at the front guided us to theater 11! We went to theater 1 and all the seats were taken. :0( This was such a bummer!! We spoke with the manager, who was obviously frustrated as he says this happens all the time since the company changed the look of the tickets a few months ago. He refunded the tickets and gave us comp tickets, which was great, but it did ruin our evening. Also when we left building, there were NO lights on outside. I have attached a picture to show how dark it was. Someone could have gotten seriously hurt (and not to mention the company being sued) because it was PITCH black. Also there was NO toilet paper in either bathroom both times we went. What is going on at this theater?? Although it is the cheapest ticket in the area, its almost worth paying more for a better customer experience. They need to get their poop in a group!

Cool little theatre. The walls are lined with vintage movie posters. You are able to order your food from your seat and have it delivered. There is a small table that runs the length of each row to set your delicious food and drink on. Prices are similar to what you would pay at a fast cause restaurant. Free popcorn refills, but not soda unfortunately. Overall a great experience. Well be back.

Cinnebarre is AWESOME! A cool vintage movie theater experience- the walls are covered in classic movies posters that are a sure bet to bring back great memories . As you enter you can pull up to a full service bar then hang out on a comfy couch to play an oversized game of Connect Four or Jenga, or play some pool & classic arcade games as you await your movie. The movie theaters are kept clean with comfortable chairs... best part- press the service button for delivery of food from a full service, reasonably priced and very witty menu. Wait staff is polite and unobtrusive to preserve the movie experience. Being the one who has to typically go get the family popcorn... I’m a big fan!

Walk back into time and this is how I imagine the movie theatres were in the “old” days! You are first greeted with oversized movie posters of King Kong, Jaws and other retro movie posters. The friendly and courteous staff members are welcoming. Then you see the bonus of games placed around the theater, just in case you get there early, like a pool table, arcade games, a huge Connect Four and Jenga games. Then in the middle of the movie theatre you see a large wrap around bar where you can just pull up a chair and talk about life or the movie you just watched! Next you find your theater and choose one of many relaxing and comfy movie seats with a little table in front of you. You decide what you want to eat and/or drink then press a button and voila .... food and drinks are brought to you! All inconspicuously done during the movie without interruption! I have been there several times and will be back soon again!

This place is so bad, its actually impressive. First, we were able to buy tickets online, listed for that day, for a movie that wasnt actually showing. A fact we realized only after we were checked in, given tickets, and sent to the theater where we realized it was the wrong movie after 20 minutes of previews. We spoke to the manager, and realized a garden variety of errors happened. So, we laughed it off and took the offer to come back two days later to see the movie we asked for. Cool right?Evidently no. Not cool, because we showed up, checked in, and sat in our theater to endure 35 minutes of previews for the reward of finding out the wrong movie was showing. Again? Yep, again. The manager decided to move the showing to the different theater, but neglected to tell everyone who ordered online. But wait, you might say. Wasnt he the one who checked you in 35 delightful minutes earlier? Yup, the very same. This isnt mentioning the other bits where no server came for half an hour or the fact that the bathrooms look like they belong in a truck stop, but Ill let that go so you can focus on how absurdly bad this place is. Please ignore the fact that its cheap. Youre worth more than this.

This is unlike any theater I have been to. Tickets are sold at the bar and you can play pool or games if you are early. The servers bring drinks and food to you for you in the theater. You just have to press a button to call the waitress. I have never experienced this before and even though I had just eaten, I ordered a pizza just for the novelty of it. I could imagine that this could be annoying if you share a theater with a group of loud drunk people, but that was not the case. I will definitely be back here. It was a weird experience for me. When you walk in, no one helps you find your theatre, and there’s no signs above each theatre. If your ticket has the wrong auditorium, there’s no way to know its wrong. When the movie started, over half the people there left because they realized they weren’t in the right place. If you get food, you have to sit way at the edge of your seat to reach the very short and inconveniently placed “table.” All of the chairs were super squeaky and it was very distracting during the movie. The food was pretty good, though!

The service deteriorates with every visit. They seem to operate the place on a skeleton crew, as if its on its last legs. A long time complaint is that the seats are probably the least comfortable and overall worst seats out of all the theatres in the region. Whats up with arm rests that only go up 3/4 of the way? Its pointless, you cant share the seat with your SO because you have a midair barrier, so you might as well just keep the arm rest down.

I love this place, and I go here multiple times a month. But, recently they have been using disposable materials for their food. Such as the popcorn which was once a silver REUSABLE bowl and a tall glass old fashion cup for your milkshakes...which are no longer there and have been replaced with cups and bags to be thrown away. I loved feeling like this place was environmentally conscious and I hope this gets some recognition. Thanks for the awesome service and food!

Tickets are very inexpensive too, which makes it a no-brained choice for each week’s blockbuster. The staff is always polite and friendly, but a bit hit-or-miss in terms of personality compared to other food-serving venues. Nothing worth losing rating stars though.Where this theater could improve is its seating. It’s comfortable enough, but the chair look and feel dated. There’s no need for the ultra-fancy, reclining chairs of expensive theaters; but something about half-way there would be welcomed.

Server Shania is rude. Never put our order in. Understand that they maybe understaffed, but communicate with your customers. Shouldn’t have to wait 55 minutes for drinks and food. Also, when splitting a payment which we have done multiple times, don’t lie to your customer saying we can’t do it when it can happen. The smirks and Fake gigging was not appreciated. Also, if “educating” customers on “procedures” take the time to take a better approach on talking to them vs shutting them down and being rude. I let her know that we’ve never had this problem before and she goes “well, I’ve been here the longest and I would know” WOW. The fact a card was swiped and she NEVER put in an order is disturbing. I will be following up with higher management. More happened, but google only gives me limited space to write. I do not recommend this location. Shania is should not be working with the public.

Typically, I love this movie theater. Its small, has great service, and good food. However, when I went about 3 hours ago, the server charged me for someone elses meal! They were sitting right next to me and ordered about $27 worth of food and drink, which is now being charged on MY account. If the server made an error as a mistake (my assumption), thats fine, but she did not tell me anything. Now that Im trying to contact the theater to see if they have fixed this, or even know about the error, there is seemingly no way of contacting them. Regals corporate line directs you to Cinebarres number, which they do not answer and the mailbox is full. There is no other contact information, which makes me worried about addressing this issue.Im mostly writing this review, hoping it puts me in contact with someone from the theater so I can fix this.

Great concept. The theatre is nice and seats are comfortable. The service was not great though, I had to ask for paper towels 3 times, and never got them. I get they have a lot of people to service, but it does make the service slow and poor. They need more people to get initial orders out. The ticket prices are really cheap compared to other theaters. Obviously they expect you to buy food, which is a little bit more than at a restaurant, but collectively I felt it evened out for a dinner + movie night. I thought the drinks and food was pretty good as well. Despite the poor service, it was a good time and I would recommend it and go again.

A novel idea, but oddly implemented. Its very unclear what to do when you first walk in, as there is no box office and nobody taking tickets. The marquees above each theater dont say which movie is showing in each of them. I had bought my tickets online and there was no one to scan my QR code, so I went into the theater with the long line (was seeing Star Wars, after all). Went back out after saving seats to check that it was indeed the right theater but the only way to do that was by asking someone behind the bar. Who then chased me down demanding my ticket. If its that important, maybe you shouldnt let people just walk into the theater in the first place. So she scanned my ticket behind the bar and printed me some standard movie tickets. The service inside the theater was nice enough, but no matter how polite the wait staff Im still not a huge fan of people talking to me while Im trying to watch a movie. Food is expensive of course. I think Ill stick to traditional cinemas.

The Cinebarre aspect was lackluster - food options were either fried stuff or burgers, none of which looked appetizing. Ordered a strawberry shake and not only was it about half the size I expected, it also tasted extremely unnatural. The stadium seating arrangement has aged poorly. The wobbly rocking chair seats were more annoying than a fixed seat; I could never find a comfortable spot. Furthermore, the armrest is fixed so it completely gets in the way of the two seats if you want to put it up and snuggle with your partner (unless youre sitting completely upright). Service tonight was horrible! My family and I are frequent customers at cinnebarre and I’ve never been inclined to leave a comment about their inconsistent service till now.Came to watch “Harriet” in theater 4 and enjoy a beer.I was advised to write the order down on the paper for future reference but my server took my order anyways and didn’t ID. I gave her a heads up that my sister would be back and would most likely order the same thing. Easy enough, right?Wrong! .. My sister came back from the bathroom and asked for the same order as she met the server in the hallway (to facilitate efficiency for the server). She was advised to go back to her seat, push the button and order on paper (order was never put in).Sister came back confused and pushed the button. When our server came to take our order, she looked at the paper, ignored us completely and told us nothing was written and sternly told us to write the order down. All we wanted was one single beer, and she had the means to order it on her handheld system. Our server, Shanea ignored our vocalized order and attempt to show ID and a card then immediately walked out of the theater. At this point, we realized the only way to order a drink at this venue was to leave the theater and order it our self at the bar with a manager. We come to this venue to enjoy a movie and what we thought was efficient service turned into us missing the beginning of our flick. If we can’t vocalize orders before the start of a movie I’m not sure what the point of service is at this venue? I don’t think servers should be trained to only take orders from written requests, it seemed as though the only way she was trained or wanted to operate was passing notes on a notepad and without any warm dialogue. I’ve been a server for ten years and know the value and importance of efficiency. I’m not sure how it serves for a enjoyable experience on both ends (server/customer) if both parties aren’t expected to verbally communicate.I don’t feel inclined to come back to this venue after tonight’s rigmarole procedures.

It can be overpriced at times, but I enjoy all of the options and the appetizers present.

Im not sure if it was an off night or they have gone down in quality, but my most recent experience is not up to the quality I expect. Food was very slow to come out and it was cold. Our order was accurate but they were processing many refunds by the end of the movie.

Id like to preface this review by saying that the staff is doing a great job. They are in no way to blame for the problems I experienced. Im not seeking a refund or bribe coupons. I want to say my piece and be heard.Quick version:Food was awful, drink was awful, drinks were all served in non compostable disposable cups, and there were WAY too many commercials.Long version:I used to really like Cinebarre. It had good drinks and good food and an all around terrific movie experience. However, Cinebarre has gone very far downhill, I believe since it was bought out by Regal. Im not exactly sure when this acquisition took place, but I think sometime between Pet Sematary and Joker.Every problem I experienced can almost definitely be traced back to cost cutting measures put in place by the ownership. When I saw Joker a few weeks back and my milkshake was given to me in a paper cup and not a glass I thought it might be a fluke. Tonight, I realized it wasnt. Both our waters and my bourbon based beverage were served in disposable plastic cups. Not even compostable cups! Tiny, flimsy cups for the water, and a bizzare fake plastic Mason jar for my adult beverage.Sometime in the last few months Cinebarre has apparently opted to fill landfills with plastic garbage rather than to pay a dish washer! Though my salad was served in a reusable bowl that I assume was washed, so I am utterly baffled by the cup situation.Speaking of my drink! The drink looked strong on the menu, just what I look for so I can get a pleasant buzz and not have to order a second drink during the movie. There was more grenadine than liquor in it. If Im paying more than $10 for a drink, I rightfully expect it to contain at least one serving of alcohol. I hardly tasted any alcohol, experienced no intoxication, and it was too sickly sweet for me to even finish. And this is coming from someone who likes sweet drinks and hates to let things go to waste. But when I realized there was no hidden pocket of alcohol to be found, even with stirring, I gave up.Again, I do not blame the staff for this in any way at all, Im sure theyre being coerced by their superiors to pour lightly on the drinks to save money. Now on to my salad! Ive had good salads at Cinebarre prior to tonight. This was not one. There seemed to be hardly any lettuce, over salted toppings, and ranch that tasted like some Hidden Valley garbage. At one point I took a bite of something the texture of which I did not expect or recognize. It was almost like a thick apple sauce, but not sweet, almost flavorless. Upon spitting it out and examining it, I found it was theoretically a bit of avocado! At least based on color, but Ive never had such a strange, bland, mushy avocado in my life. This salad was also so revolting I couldnt finish it, and I am almost always in the clean plate club. One further note on the food, Ive had good fries at Cinebarre before, but apparently they have since been replaced with some crinkle cut nonsense I think I could find frozen at the grocery store. As for the movie experience itself: I expect to see ads for things that arent movies before showtime itself. But tonight, after the listed start time and after the lights were dimmed, we were still subjected to ads for big box stores, cars, and soft drinks. I come to the movies on time because I want to see movie trailers. They did eventually show a few trailers, after what I think was 10-15 minutes of other advertisements. The movie itself didnt start until after 30 mins of that nonsense! I expect and can tolerate 15-20 minutes of pre-movie trailers and turn off your phone warnings. But when a showtime is listed at 630 and the lights go out at 630, I expect the movie to start before 7. Which it didnt.Im really disappointed with how the Cinebarre experience has degraded, and unless I hear meaningful changes have been made in regard to my complaints I will more than likely see future movies elsewhere.Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 are that our server was lovely, and Knives Out was great!

The first time my family and I went here we had a great time. Service was good and the food was decent. However, that has been our only positive experience. The last few times we have been to the theater it hasn’t been pleasurable. We went during the week and they were out of toilet paper and paper towels. When I asked one of the servers to grab some they went into a closet and said they didn’t have any. I told the server my 5-year-old son needed to use the bathroom and must use toilet paper. He proceeded into the men’s bathroom and came out with maybe 1/8 of a roll and said it was all they had. That is simply unacceptable. Not to mention the AC wasn’t working and it was over 90 degrees outside. After repeatedly asking about the AC my server just disappeared. It was brutally hot in the theater and if it wasn’t for my son I would have left.Furthermore, the service has gotten increasingly worse. We usually have to wait to get service at our seats until after the movie has started. It then takes almost half the movie to even get popcorn. The last time we went on a Sunday night an hour into our movie we still hadn’t received our popcorn or meals. I had to go out and find my server (Shanea) chit chatting with the female manager. I explained we hadn’t received our food and our server said she would check on it. She came back and said it would be out shortly. Fifteen minutes later still no popcorn. Finally, twenty minutes before the movie ended we got our food and had to scarf it down. My husband and I agreed we will not be coming back to this theater. The manager comped our drinks, $10 dollars worth, while we spent about $40 on food that we had twenty minutes to eat. Not cool. Wouldn’t recommend this theater to any friends or family. Management is obviously not effective at their job.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. like most movie theatres it’s pricey, but in this case it’s so much more worth it! you order your food as the movie starts, they make it fresh and hot, and bring it to you. very tasty and comfortable seats too.

I loved the atmosphere. There is a lot of nostalgic movie posters up there which are fun to look at. Stadium seating really nice especially with the tables. The tables do seem a tad bit too high but a great place to rest your drink or food. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back and their popcorn with butter was delicious!

Im kind of sad how much this place has changed, especially in their menu. Ive been going to cinebarre before it was bought out by regal and it was one of my favorite theaters. Regal did change a lot menu wise and if course Im going to rate heavily on the menu items since it is a dining theater. Now, they no longer serve chicken tenders which is the biggest mistake they could have made. Apparently liquor is now in plastic cups and you no longer get a waffle with your wings despite it being on the menu. Fries also no longer come with the wings, you have to pay extra? 3 whole dollars for like...10 fries. Its so bad. The bbq wing sauce tastes so horrible, I couldnt even finish my food. The popcorn is no longer served in a bowl but a bag which Is fine for those who do or dont care. Workers are nice but the food I feel has gone downhill.

Food was not that great. I got a rasberry iced tea that didnt taste like there was any flavoring in it at all. When I pointed this out to the waitress she said she saw them put it in there and if I wanted extra it would cost more. Expected a bit more from a cinabarre. I remember it being a lot better and it seems like they are getting cheap with their food/service.

To whom it may concern; I’d like to share an experience that I had at your theater dated November 20th at 6:50p. I attended Harriet. While viewing the previews with my family about 10 minutes in, I needed to run to the bathroom so I asked for my sister to order for me if she could. She tried to order me a beer however Shanea (the server) needed an ID. Understandable and totally expected. On my way back into the theater I asked her if she was the server on the top row. She said yes and was already placing my families order. I told her I would like to order if my family hadn’t already placed it for me. She refused and said I needed to push the button and write it down. Her tone and manner was perceived by me and others as cold and dismissive and seemed inconvenienced by this sheer request. So I conceded and went to my seat as requested. Not thinking much of it, I noticed time had went by, there I waited 15 - 20 minutes when she had returned. I had my ID and credit card ready for her and told her what I would like to make it speedy. Shanea refused to take the order because I didn’t write it down on the notepad and walked away. I protested and asked why she couldn’t place my order as I spoke it to her seeing as I’ve never had folks ask me to write it down before. She again said “yea you can write it down here” pointed with her finger then walked away. So I decided to go to the bar myself and order as I was already waiting for 30mins ( movie already rolling). Having confirmed with my party that our server was rude and unprofessional I decided to place my order with another person and speak to a manger. Upon speaking with the manager, Kieth, and placing my order with him. I shared with him what had happened. He seemed completely unphased by my complaint about this server, shrugged and said “yea I don’t know, she’s like that” then he served my beer. It really made it even more uncomfortable as I went to him for some understanding about it all. It really begs the question how frequently this level of flagrant disregard is permitted? In the long history of my family frequently coming to the theater I’ve never had such an uncomfortable and unfriendly experience. This is the antithesis of what I’ve always known your customer service to be. I myself am a business owner and appreciate the insight of reviews, that being said it’s with a heavy heart that I have to do this but I feel that my community should be aware of the experience they should expect.

Very clean, quit classy, and an incredible staff to leave a lasting impression. Some business you just do business with and leave. Other business give you that one of a kind experience because of their incredible staff that leaves a lasting impression, that was my experience here with Cedric.Talk about above and beyond service.I showed up with 5 of my nephews screaming, running, and doing Lord knows what 5 year olds do.I know this is inconvenient for companies and other people so we showed up when no one else was present.Cedric was excited to help us in every way from proving 5 bowls for popcorn without asking, help me find one of the kids that ran off, and smiled whole doing it. This guy deserves 10 stars. The theater is a very well taken care of, with a not your typical theater feel and more of a home resting feel.Large bar selection for drinks, table tops in the theater for popcorn and other commodities, and even call buttons so you dont have to leave your movie to refill your popcorn.Ps, I also never got the floor is sticky impression which is surprising for movie theaters.Great place!
