This place is awesome the seats are heated if you prefer and they recline back they are so comfortable there are adjustable tables that you can put in front of you and push them away when your not using them. Very clean nice atmosphere.

I love going to this movie theater. Its amazing inside and they are super fast on service and always clean. Been going since I was a kid and now I take my kids and it has upgrading tremendously over the years and the prices are affordable to just sit back and relax and enjoy the movie with friends and family.

Visited this location today. I was happy to see them open. The concession stand was closed, which was a bummer. I asked one of the managers what was going on and they explained that the Health Department visited the previous night and said they had to closed down concessions until further notice. They are classifying them as a restaurant. It was unfortunate, but you can tell management was doing what they could to keep spirits up. COVID is to blame, not the employees. Wear your mask!

Its always clean and staff is friendly. I love the heated seats. I do not like the online booking fees unless you pay to be a monthly fee to be a member of some club. I just want to watch a movie for a reasonable price. Nickel and diming people wont keep them coming back and I dont want to be in a club.

Every time I go here everything is always great except one thing.... Its ALWAYS freezing cold in the theater!!!! Im sorry but if its 32° outside, it MOST DEFINITELY DOES NOT need to be like 45°-55° inside the theater.... The little strip of heat that we get on the chairs is not enough to keep warm AT ALL!!! Ky daughter has gotten to the point where she doesnt like going to the movies anymore because of that.... She absolutely refuses to leave the house without a blanket now just in case we decide to go to the movies. I feel like if they get the temperature in the theaters under control, then everything will be great!

This theater really has raised the bar as far as improvements over the years. I used to drive across town to go to another theater, but now they have heated reclining seats. They also allow you to rent an entire theater out for private viewings for a reasonable price. I went and saw Jurassic Park 1 for the first time in almost 30 years with some friends and it was fantastic.

It was fine except the popcorn tasted off and the butter may not have been fresh as if it was sitting there for months without being switched out. Its possible that was an oversight after being closed temporarily because of Covid-19.

The theatre is always nice with later movie play time options than most. Prices are similar to the other theatres and food and drink is crazy priced of course. They do serve wine and beer and maybe a few other adult options as well as food hot and cold and candy. They have Icee brand Icees in more than one flavor that include blue so I love that! But tonight there were two rows of super rude and annoying teens who talked through the entire movie and left a big mess behind. So someone to come in and check to keep order throughout the movie would have been very helpful. Or maybe posted rules before entering each theatre threating consequences like being kicked out if disruption is reported or observed. Other than that its a really nice theater, but that was a huge problem and ruined our first date night alone with no kids in years. And at approx 24 for two tickets we deserved quiet with our movie free of charge. Management please find a way to do better in this area.

Seats tables, and cup holders were filthy!! Seats and floors were sticky! Had to clean everything off myself! Also there was a man in the theater hacking his lungs out with no mask on when we asked staff to at least ask the man to put his mask on they completely blew us off and when given our refund the manager decided to get a nasty attitude with us and told us to “GET OUT” so sad, have never had a bad experience at this cinemark but the place is really going down hill, I will definitely not be going back, get it together Cinemark.

I really love this place, good service, a place to disappear for a few hours.

The cashier at the counter was very kind during checkout and was really moved when I told him to have a nice day. He expressed how much he appreciated the gesture and I was happy to brighten his day because he was so nice and cheerful. He quickly checked to see if the movie was still in previews and helped us get our tickets as soon as possible. I also love that they employ people of many different capabilities and instead of refusing to hire people with certain restriction the movie theater finds jobs they are able to do.

I’m giving only a three star rating because my husband and I paid @ $20 for a large popcorn combo with two large drinks that included a free refill. My husband came out during the movie to get a refill and was told to wait in the long line for the refill... which he would have missed 20 minutes of the movie. than I came out later in the movie to get our refill that he didn’t wait for and was told the same thing. So again no refill. When the movie ended we decided to take our free refill home and was told to wait in the long line again. So we threw the bucket away and left angry. Why offer a free refill deal if you expect your guest to wait in a long line twice! That is bad customer service. So don’t waste your money on the big popcorn deal.

Staff is friendly and the seats are comfy. My only complaints are if staff is frustrated with another customer should save their remarks till off the cashier lines and in backroom, also on busier nights customers taking poor care of the womens bathroom and the staff being to busy to keep as clean normally during slower nights, and younger teens every where because parents think its a drop off daycare.

This place is normally a pretty nice theater but our last couple experiences have been very sub-par. We went last night for the discount ($5.50) movie night which I know is a busy night especially with a popular new movie like Frozen 2 out, but apparently the theater was completely overwhelmed last night. The entire theater lobby and the bathrooms were a complete disaster as you can see in the photo below. The heated reclining leather seats in the theaters are very nice and comfortable when they work, one of the four seats we had would not work and the movie was sold out so there was no where to move to. Overall Im sure we will go back, but this was by far the worst experience weve had at the theater.

They recently updated their theater rooms. The new seats are recliners and they also have trays. Each seat gives you plenty of room now. The few things they could improve on are that the seats dont recline that far and it was way to hot in there. I was sweating to the leather seats.Edit: Just visited again, and had an improved experience. There are a few things I want to add. Finding seats is less stressful now because you have to select your seats when you buy your ticket. I like this becuase You dont have to worry about getting there early to get good seats or find multiple seats together. Also, the reason I was sweating to my seat was because the seats are actually heated. It is a feature you can turn on and off.

First time I have been there in years...electric reclining seats with optional heaters, trays with cup holders that swing out!! It was like having a 50 foot screen with a concert sized surround sound in my living room!!!! Looooved it!! Frozen 2 was great and Crystal clear! After the popcorn and gallon of Coke I forgot to take pics!! Cant wait to go back.

The lines for tickets and popcorn were long and moving very very slowly. The concession stand counter was dirty and littered. The popcorn was not good at all it was like it was the bottom of the barrel. The pieces were little and gritty and a lot of kernels. When I spend $8 for a bag of popcorn I at least expect something I can eat. As we left I threw the popcorn away and the trash cans were running over and trash was falling on the floor. The restroom was in need of some attention too.

I love this movie place.... Its very clean organized... If you come on the weekend are on a Tuesday come 30 minutes early... If you want snacks the lines are super long...

One of the worst management in the metro area. Security and management did not remove troublemakers until over an hour into the film. 9 people complained multiple times without resolution. Ruined the whole movie for everyone and did not refund us. This is the third and last time I go to this cinema. They already have a rep for being unsafe for women. Cars are broken into. Was convenient so I took the chance but it just confirmed the bad reviews. Not worth the overprices as well. Stay away!

This place is always clean. The last day I went I took my 12 yo daughter to a matinee on a Monday. There was hardly anyone there. The person selling tickets told us that Mondays are really slow and if you dont care for big crowds, this is the day to go.We actually had the whole theater to ourselves that day. Loved the new reclining heated seats. It was an awesome time!

Good movie theater hadnt been in years. Under a different name then. But the XD theater for Sonic the hedgehog was nice

Ive been here plenty of times and its never dirty or just messy. I say this because plenty of places I go to with a high volume of people in and out constantly like this, usually has a hard time keeping trash off the floor or keeping the rest rooms clean. Also I like going here because they have alot of younger people working here and they are polite and work hard.

I had a good timeThey have wide spacious more aisles which makes it less of an hassle to pass by someone instead of scooching in. And even better, they have special recliners that can recline back and heat up your back if you need to. For back issues? Possibly, back cold? Definitely. But i enjoyed the movie i cam to see and i enjoyed my time there, awesome staff and smiles all around. Youd be wasting your time with other movie theaters.

This place was great. Seats recline and there is a place to put your food and drinks attached to each spot. Plus everything was clean. Only reason for subtracting a star is due to fact we choose are seats but the tickets printed and give to us were assigned to different spots than what we had chosen online.

My husband & I visit here quite frequently. Its one of our favorite theatres. Clean, friendly staff, & good food. They also have a bar for those who like to enjoy a nice adult beverage while relaxing in those reclining seats! Outside of Tinseltown & Mall St.Matthews Theatres, this is definitely our Go-To

Had a great time there watching Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The seats were comfortable! Ther popcorn was buttery! The drinks were cold! The movie was great! Ill be back! (Oops! Wrong movie!)

We went and saw Jumanji 2 here. It was a really good movie by the way. Also it is a nice theater. They have it where you choose your seats, so first come first serve. The seats are really nice they can be in a sit up position or push a button and it will recline just like being in a lazy boy. With a tray that you can have in front of you with a cup holder for your drink and enough room on the tray for popcorn or anything else you get. Will go back in the future.

The most comfortable reclining chairs. And the heater button is amazing! I always hated that I had to freeze every time I went to see a movie..NO MORE! And it is clean and always friendly.

Reclining chairs dont recline very much and the leg support is very short so they arent very comfortable. Also not a fan of the dark screen. Seems like the screen is in energy mode. Great customer service though.

The movie experience is always good, but I must say my experience today wasn’t so great with the ticket line. The 2 self-service kiosks were taken out, and replaced by one that is in front of one of the registers, without a separate line for it, so to use it you have to wait just like you actually need the cashier...There were multiple movies playing at the same time and despite the 3 people working, the line was almost out the door. Barely made a 1:20 movie (which really started at 1:40), despite getting there at 1:05... that’s crazy... you need to figure out how to better manage the ticket sales. I would suggest putting the self-service kiosks back, or better yet allowing people to just use a pass on their phone for tickets purchased online instead of having to stand in line to pick it up...

I had a negative experience at Rave Preston Crossing 16 on Saturday 12/28 when my family and I went to see a movie. I ordered a medium popcorn with extra butter and paid $7.53 with my debit card. Upon walking to meet my family at another counter, I began munching on my popcorn and discovered that the popcorn itself was room temperature and not even lukewarm and the pieces that were warm were those that had been coated in the hot butter. I approached two women near the ticket counter who appeared to be managers and explained that my popcorn was cold and asked if I could return it to buy a nachos instead. Immediately one of the managers began to help me. I thought she was going to refund my money but instead she simply brought me an order of nachos from behind the popcorn counter. I explained to her that the nachos at that counter cost significantly less than my popcorn so that wasn’t an equitable trade – I wanted a refund so that I could purchase the gourmet nachos from an adjacent counter. She then huffed and puffed and stormed away, typed a few things at the register, and brought me back $5 and something in change. After counting it, I held out my receipt and reminded her that I paid $7.53 for my popcorn, not $5 something. She said “Oh, I refunded the nachos on accident instead of the popcorn,” – in my opinion, because she was on auto pilot rather than being thoughtful about and attentive to her interaction with me - and she stormed off once again. This time when she returned, she, in a very rude manner, essentially threw the money into my open palm to the point that some of the coins bounced out of my hand and onto the counter, and then she immediately turned to walk away. After about two seconds she realized what she had done and turned around to pick the coins up and place them in my hand correctly. Simultaneously, I asked what her name is, and she said “Ms. Sykes…. Ashley” and her name tag indeed read Ms. Sykes. I simply said thank you and went to purchase my nachos.I understand that she was likely frustrated and perhaps overwhelmed from a stressful weekend night during the busy holiday season and there were some rowdy teenagers there, however every customer is deserving of common respect and professionalism throughout the interaction. I hesitate to make any inferences about the ease with which Ms. Sykes was initially about to be so dismissive and unprofessional towards me based on my physical appearance, so I will simply chalk it up to one manager having a very bad day. I hope Ms. Sykes is otherwise able to cope with the stresses of management in the service/retail industry.

A very neat and clean theater! As one of the few cinemark reward theaters here in Louisville, the customer service whether youre a member or not, is always nothing short of great! This also goes for the audience when viewing a film. They are very courteous and respectful to the other viewers. This is my go to theater for future viewings!

Last night we attended the 9:30pm showing of Fantasy Island, or tried to anyway. As soon as we walked in, it was pure chaos!!! We got our tickets from the kiosk and went to the concession counter. Teenagers were running rampant everywhere, bumping into us, screaming and the theater couldn’t get control. We spent $20 on snacks and went into our movie, only to find kids sitting in our seats. We got them to move but they continued to go from chair to chair, running and screaming around us. Security came and checked their tickets, standing in front of us during the previews but never got control of the situation. We couldn’t get thru 5 minutes of the movie because of the chaos so we had to leave. We received refunds for the movie but wasted $20 on snacks that we didn’t get to enjoy. I will never go to a late movie and I’m considering canceling my cinemark movie club because of this experience!!!! There was trash everywhere, out of most of their concessions and many of the toilets were out of service because of being stopped up. The teens were out of control and the theater needs a more organized system or they will lose a lot of business!!!

Cinemark- standard movie theater, clean, arcade available, special movie modes available, nice reclining seats. May get congested on big movie premier night as ticketing booth only has few registers so either come early or buy tickets online and reserve the seats.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Seen many changes since the theater was built and everytime I go I have a pleasant experience. Even when things.go technically wrong such as missing information or audio problems during the movie.

Went to the movies on Friday night, they have changed their pretzel bites and after waiting several minutes, the bites were cold and hard. The popcorn was cold as well. Usually these items are very good, not sure what the issue is now in why they changed.

The place itself usually never disappoints except for the increased cost of food and drinks. Friday and Saturday nights are a bust unless you are, or have patience for the younger crowd.

I chose this location and drove 20 minutes further for the recliner feature. My chair did not work. I walked out and reported it to two different employees. The 2nd one said she would send an usher who never came. No offer was made it make it right or refund my ticket. Less than impressed......Update:I was contacted by the company to go to a link to get a refund. I was sent 2 free passes.

One of my favorite theaters. They have a great deal on Tuesdays, tickets are about $5 + tax. But be careful, it can get very busy Tuesday evening.

Never been except 1 time to see the new Godzilla movie. Loved it. Loved the fact that this theater served high end food and beer as well as merchandise and toys and the seats had swivel tables.

The concessions are good, but expensive like anywhere else. Theres a full bar for beer, wine, hard alcohol, and alcoholic slushies.

My son took me to see Toy Story 4, at Prestons Crossings, today and the movie was awesome. :: A little sad for me:: but our seats were basically a mess. Im using the manager, Mr.Shipleys favorite word. BasicallyBecause when I called to let him know.. it was basically my fault for not pointing it out to him while I was there...mind you they had a line of people waiting to pay and see a movie..so I didnt make a scene.. He said I shouldve had someone come to my seat and clean it then.. the movie tailors were already rolling.. so basically there was nothing he could do.. Pretty good theater nice recliner style seats with butt warmers usually a good selection of normal and special movie events. One of the only theaters to host the summer of ghibli.

It was my daughters first movie experience, the staff was friendly and went out of there way for us. We went to see the grinch and so I put us in the back by ourselves, no one was around so she wouldnt be distracted but sure enough couples sat down on both sides of us instead of sitting anywhere else in the theater I was trying to have the least amount of distractions so she could try and watch the movie. Well 30 minutes into the movie you guessed it shes wishing everyone a happy merry Christmas during the middle of the movie and try others popcorn even though she has her own kids meal with popcorn . Needless to say we ended up leaving early. The ticket attendant ended up getting us replacement tickets so we could come back at a later time. All in all great place, great employees, great facility we will definitely be back!

Usually short staffed. Removed all but one self serve ticket kiosk. Who does that in 2019?? There should be like 10 of those! Long concession lines make you late for your movie almost every time.. There are better run theaters.

I loved the reclining/heated seats. My only complaint is that the seats did not recline as far as I would have liked. Picture and sound quality were great. The concessions were slightly overpriced but thats what you expect in a movie theater. The lines were laid out well and moved quickly. Overall a good movie going experience

Although some of the renovations were not up to my expectations the improvements they have made were much needed. Conveniently located off of 265 and Preston highway it is easy to find as its visible from the road. Very spacious and plenty of screens to choose from. Lines can be a little long so make sure you get there early enough to grab seats.

Seats are comfy but theater was disgusting.Popcorn all over floors. Cup holder either had drink or dried up drink inside. Floors were so sticky I thought I was gonna be glued there. Funny enough there were 5 workers waiting to clean neighbor theater. Guess they decided to skip this one.

The theater is clean and nicely lit. I enjoy watching movies here when I get the time to do so. The new recliner seats were a nice addition to the place. The arcade area leaves a little to be desired as it doesnt have games that cater to my likes. Overall this theatre has clean restrooms and very friendly staff. Going to movies during the week is the beat way to get the beat bang for your buck.

The theater is very nice and easy to relax in with reclining seats. The service is awesome and the movie quality is amazing. The food is good and the bar has a wide arrangement of alcohol. They have many great options to choice from when ordering food.

Comfy chairs but dirty floors everywhere. Concessions got orders wrong. How hard is it to order drinks and popcorn, but they still got it wrong.

I understand paying the 12 bucks for the movie but their concessions are pricier than others and when I went to use the restroom, it was one of the worst experiences ever. There were spots on the floor of some sort of grime and the smell was worse than that of a horse stable. It was atrocious, you would think with the money they charge you you could at least get a clean restroom. Not to mention the theater rooms had a peculiar smell to them.

I love this movie theater because it offers the best price in town for premium movies. It has all the bells and whistles of XD screens and 3D showings. They have recliner seats and have great food and beverage options. The location is good but could benefit from a restaurant within walking distance.
