Autumn Lake is getting better; problems have been taken care of and there are so many really good people living here to care about their homes.

There are ran down trailers every ten foot. The lot itself is clean but some tenants yards look like junk yards or flea markets. The speed bumps are nice but people fly over them so they don’t serve much of a purpose. People live in cars and sheds I. The yards. It’s just a place to get on your feet or to overdose. Drugs everywhere. Not a place to raise your kids for sure.

Way over priced, cost going up every year.they want more rent but dont want to make it nice. The bald headed owner of these several parks is probably in way over his head and charging extra money for rent to give to his democratic party leaders.

Looks better than it did in 2003 and 2004 when I lived there.

This place is a joke along with all the other parks that this man owns. Sky high rent prices. 415.00 and going up not counting.you may have to pay an extra 20 to 50 more bucks for water its outrageous. Dont come here might as well get you a nice aparment and spend a few hundred more bucks a month. Also if you have noticed the owner or management dont respond to reviews on here because they dont like to address issues. He would rather sit back and collect millions a year off all of his properties hes not worried about your quality of life at the parks.

Would be a good place to live

Absolutely abhor this place!! There are needles lying on the ground pretty much everywhere and the management and staff are horrible. The lot rent is insanely high. Only reason that we go there is because a friend lives there.

Trailer park...the further you get back in it. The worst it gets....nasty! It doesnt take much to clean your yard. Just because you might be poor. Doesnt mean you have to be dirty!

I laughed when they told me lot rent. Was looking at a flip trailer to rent. Place is trash for $400 + rent. Nothing included

A family member lives here, the park itself isnt bad but, the management leaves a lot to be desired. They have been known to send out threatening letters to tenants for no valid reason. When questioned about it was told dont worry about it and tore up the letter.

Place is infested with hundreds of thousands of ticks inside and outside some trailer homes and have been reported to the health department to be burned down those said trailers, they are a huge health hazard that put some tenants I know in the hospital, but their stuck with no way out, owners should be be required to keep conditions livable when you are paying to live there. Update April 28, 2018 nothing was done about this,they still havent burned down the health hazard and all those ticks are still there

I think the place is nice. Its what you make it. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant!

This place always turning water off to fix busted pipe. My Mother had to have 2 elements replaced then had to get a new water heater cause of it. No water pressure.

Run down with addicts and meth labs everywhere. Tons of theft and crime.

Know people who live there

This place there water is always off I wouldnt give them a good review, the rent goes up every 2 years

15 years ago this was a great place to live...Autumn Lake Pointe is a Haven for drugs and criminal activity and super mean nosey old ladies. Kids and pets run around here all hours of the day and night unsupervised stealing and destroying property. The office management is non-existent and never helpful. The maintenance men do nothing. this trailer park is full of empty lots most are littered with trash nothing is taken care of. Rent gets raised all the time and theres nothing to show for it water gets shut off every other day usually no warning sometimes for hours on end. Cant have anything nice around this place it will get vandalized or stolen... Get out while you still can

The lot rent is outrageous, they race the price every year without any up grades make this place look better, at one point time this place look really nice but now it looks horrible, they turn off the water without giving anyone a notice sometime two or three out of a week

I have been living in Autumn Lake now for over 16 years. I can assure you, the pictures you see advertising the Park does not reflect the true picture of living conditions . Drive down Autumn Lake drive, cross both sides of Springtime Avenue. Old rusted out green trailers, yards that have not seen a rake in years, sheets on the windows for curtains, cars parked in the yard, trash everywhere. So before you think of renting or buying, drive through the Park first. And least we forget, gun shots every other day. Drugs, lots of theft, and very few people work. Some parts look Section 8.

I live there and its a nice community.

This was a good place to live.Then some new people bought it. and now it is worse than it was. I would live in a tent before moving my trailer back to that place. main problem is the new people running the place. They have to be forced to follow the lease they want you to sign and follow. DONT MOVE THERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY.

The worst place i ever lived wood not tell no one to move here Ive been here for 10 years and the new owner sucks bad grass never cut people never in the office sad how this place that one time was a good place to live now that randy is not running it it has went to hell

I have lived in Autumn Lake now for over 14 years.When the older Mr.Theinenman ran the Park, it was really nice.After he died, it continue to go down hill. Management did nothing, sat in office all day and the T family no longer cared..The Park is more awful now. The new owners are turning out much the same.... The older Part is so dirty, old trailers,rusted out, garbage and other debris in the yards, bed sheets on windows, broken down cars in drive ways. The whole atmosphere is horrible. Grass is high in some yards, Garbage up and around some homes,a grave yard in one yard.Management does nothing,sits in office all day.Its OK for new owners to charge fees and up lot fee, but provide services.THIS MEANS CLEAN UP AND,CLEAN OUT THIS PARK..I BET THE OWNER WOULD NOT LIKE LIVING WITH TRASH IN HIS COMMUNITY.

Parks going down hill, grass not mowed, trashy trailers, roads turning in pot holes an gravel! Peoples yards growed up over deck, windows painted!

This is a bad place to live the water is off over 6 to 10 times a month in 6 years of being here the lot rent has went up 2 times a month
