Nice little park. lots of weeds in the water making fishing difficult. was very pleased with the covered picnic tables offering shelter for the passing rain shower. atleast the bird cought a nice crappie for lunch.

Such a wonderful little spot for fishing and relaxing! There are benches provided for enjoying a picnic, but bring your own chairs if you want to fish next to the water. Don’t panic, but just stay alert, because very large alligators have been seen. There’s a ton of birds, and great fishing! We have caught brim and bowfin. There’s also a dock for fishing and sight seeing. Also, parking is free!The only downside is that the bathroom is REALLY gross, so “go” before you get there. There’s a Racetrac maybe half a mile down the road that always has very clean restrooms.

Usually clean and not too busy, nice place to publicly fish and take your boat out or sit and feed the wildlife ! Has restroom also.

No fishing area...where you can cast in on the edge...to much grassie edges

Safe parking fishing is great all over the lake ramp is easy on easy off if your by yourself once in the water drive your boat up on shore Park trailer good times

Beautiful place!

Very Beautiful, not too busy... Very clean and discreet but not creepy. My children could enjoy playing without having to be overrun by big kids. The kids that were there were very polite and respectful. Very much enjoyed our trip and will be back again soon!

Great place to stop and have fun with the family.

Needed a quick easy fishing day with an 8 and 12 year old. This was perfect. Clean, easy access, even the kids caught fish. Well be back here.

I gave this 3 stars instead of 5 only because the Boat launch ramp Is so shallow that I have to Wade out in the water to put my bass boat back on the trailer.

Had a great time fishing with my family here. I just wished the boaters would obey the wake zones. But all in all had a wonderful time with family.

On our way to Leesburg the kids got...Crabby! I used to fish her years ago with my Dad. Good memories, decided to get the kids outside for a few minutes to let them calm down. Perfect little bit of nature to reset the heebie Jeebies. It Worked

It could be nicer if water management would clean the water canal around the park

Public fishing, a great place to take the whole family. Fishing dock, Bank fishing, covered picnic tables. I like to walk my dogs there.Nice boat launch.

Easy access

Nice boat ramp into Lake Griffin. Generally not too busy. Has floating dock. Also picnic tables and pavillion.

Our family loves fishing here. Easy to access and has a restroom. Its a hit or miss though......one day your catching nothing another you get one big bass and another your 14 fish up!!!

Water soaked. Parking partially flooded. Its been like that for years. It needs some dirt added and a drain for the parking. It holds water all over the place. Trees are so low that you can park in a couple spaces.

Wish they had real bathrooms

Its a beautiful park and there is always some kind of fishing tournament. My husband and 5 children love it...

Its an OK park, plenty of room for bank fishing and a ramp for boats.

Easy access off Hwy 441. Plenty of parking and had a boat ramp.

This is a nice Little park covered pavilions boat ramp but limited parking train to look at you can fish here also, does get very water logged if raining
