Its a nice little hike down to the water. Not crowded at all. The walk is pretty well shaded which is nice on a hot day. Nice way to spend an afternoon.

Beautifully scenery! Small path, in many places wide enough for one person. Great view of the Potomac. As others have noted, its next to a golf course so the path from the parking lot goes through the course. Just follow the signs.Open dawn to dusk.

Great little park, so glad my friends showed it to me. Great access to Potomac river, trails, and wildlife. My kids also love it, hoping over rocks and walking in the shallows.

Nice trail with easy access. We took the route towards Bles Park running east. Trail was extensively marked with blue markers. Easy trail that a 5 year old could do without difficulty. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the beautiful views of the Potomac river running next to you on one side are unmirrored by the golf course on the other. Needless to say, when the golf course does become part of the trail every now and then, the golfers need you to be alert to any hits you can succumb to.

Great swimming spot, excellent access to fishing in the Potomac just downstream a ways. Always wear a personal floatation device and dont tell too many folks about this great hidden spot!

Went to fish from Kephardts Knight Landing and walked along Goose Creek Canal to the river. The water was too low and the trail top high up for it to be very good. I did manage to catch one small bass though. There were way too many people swimming and rafting around on the water to be able to do much fishing.

At first, after I parked, I had to get on the golf course path to get to the Riverfront Park. After a short walk, there is a sign on the right pointing to where the Riverfront Park is. You will need to walk down this gravel path to get there. I stayed on the golf course path. I didnt realize the trail started on the right between the golf course and the river. I continued to walk on the golf course section, and eventually crossed over onto the trail. The trail is very narrow, barely fits 2 average built persons, and if you have people coming from another direction, all of you will need to make adjustments to pass each other. Its narrow enough for 1 bike comfortably, but 2 side by side, it will take special skills. The view of the Potomac River was not as pretty as I was hoping. It is definitely not Great Falls. It is still nice to walk along. When I visited this after, it was windy, quiet and peaceful. The golf course was empty and I saw 3 people on bikes, 3 walking the trail, and a group of men going fishing with a dog off leash. I did also see someone playing fetch with a dog off leash. Just be careful if you or your dog has issues with dogs being off leash I do love the view of the golf course, clean and spacious.

Nature is awesome and so is this park. Bit sad to see that there were some plastic bottles and a full shopping bag of trash was around (bind are provided) and I guess not the greatest advertising for Starbucks that their logo was also represented on the trash....All in all, the park is lovely and a lot to see :)

My husband and I came across this place about a month-ish ago because we wanted to hike in a pretty area. We were very pleased to find this place and it happens to be along the Potomac so it is a very pretty sight. We come here now just about every weekend.

Poison oak galore! Most of the trail paths are way too narrow and not well-maintained (i.e. cluttered plants/bushes) to the point where it can really fit only one person at a time even though the paths are apparently two-way. I write this review as Im currently dealing with poison rashes from last weekend. Not safe, not recommended.

Nice park, located along Potomac River. You can just enjoy the views to the river or go hiking - whatever you prefer more. There are long hiking trails along the river, marked by the hiking signs on the trees.

The trails are absolutely great! One fault is that they do not double back so you may have to on your own or a three mile hike can quickly turn into a six mile hike. Great riverfront views, but not many great access places for dogs. You will see snakes and other critters so if you do not care for them then i would steer clear!

I ran to then end it was roughly 3 miles 1 way. Tight and tougher terrain, not for a PR time, but it was the prettiest run Ive been on. By the river and gold course so wooded and not too secluded. it was perfect

Interesting place - you walk through a golf course to get to the park / trail (not sure of the safety factor there...) and the trail then runs a good distance up and down the river. Decently maintained and nicely secluded in spots

You have to walk through the golf course to get there, but its well signed. Theres one point in the trail where you are RIGHT next to the golf course and can just say hello to the golfers there. Otherwise, its nice. The trail goes quite a ways, but its narrow. I brought my dog and there was another couple with a dog as well. I didnt go the full length of the trail, which was my intention, but I will definitely go back to explore more in depth.

Its secluded, but very close to an upscale neighborhood and golf course. People who dont live nearby and dont care about keeping public places in good shape for others to enjoy are trashing this location. Building fires and leaving all their trash, bringing and smashing glass beer bottles, etc. Park authority needs to do some check-ins here to keep this location nice in the future.

This park does not have walking trail. no path to walk or run. is located behind the golf course which they do not allow you to walk on the walk path. is beautiful park but county need to have a path there for people to walk. I was disappointed to not be able to walk. if you want to walk you have to go thru undeveloped path/middle of wood, not safe...

Came in for breakfast intending to order al a carte and was talked into getting the buffet. Unfortunately as we headed to get food the staff was breaking down the food. I asked if they were going to replenish and was told that they were setting up for the next food service. So we were scrounging for what was left and found cold waffles, raw bacon, chobani yougurt, no fruit/berries...you get the idea. Not worth $25. The server was nice and got us a plate of berries from the back. Omelette was made to order, so fresh. After a tepid flat bread that took over an hour to get on Friday and this experience, I would not recommend any of the food options we tried over the weekend.

Out of the way park. Parking for it is nestled between a neighborhood and a golf course. Pretty good river access for kayakers although its a fairly long carry to/from the Potomac River. You can Put in further upstream on Goose Creek at Kephart bridge landing parking area or Keep Loudoun Beautiful Park on Goose Creek.
