Understanding the Manager of a Mobile Home community, the manger of this park Marla has had no tack, is very rude. She will come to your home before business hours and call you and A-hole not giving you a chance to come to the office when the open. She will also tell residents that they will be subpoena as a witness even though there spells is bedridden and requires 24 care and you do 90%of it

This place really should advertise for active seniors not seniors that can not do the up keep on the lot witch the property owner should do and not change 100 dollars for someone to come and weed eat down the weeds not all seniors get that extra money a month its very sad the property owner should not be so money hungry

I used to know someone who lives there. My oldest niece and I were trying to make sure a puppy dog didnt get hurt. We followed it in there. I only loved it, because I was with my niece.

The mgr we have now knows her job and does it very well. The maintenance man is the best. There are games and activities that are fun and fulfilling . The residents I have met are friendly.

If you like high space rent and micro-management, then this place is for you. Thats why so many people are selling their homes.

Since new management things are looking up for the tenants and the community. Dog park, more activities, better maintenance times, age verified community really nice for this area, communication system for park wide information. Thumbs up

Management staff is friendly and does a excellent job, maintenance is also friendly and does a excellent job. pool area, community center, front office and community are clean and well maintained. Residents look out for each other. Very happy to be residing there.

Its a nice place to stay but if you have a big I hope its trained well or I will get kicked out and never able to return and will end up Dead if you dont have no one to take your and people are not very nice. People are very nosey over there. I go over to visit its like a 55 and plus living place.

At first I really like living here, but now that I have Maintenance repairs to be done, it just is not fast enough. I have been waiting over one week for the Master Toilet to be fixed, the part supposedly is not in stock and has to be ordered from the Manufacture??? I cannot believe the part cannot be purchased from Home Depot or Lowes. How hard is it to get a toilet part for the inside the tank for my toilet to work! Then the Villa Borega Management seem to find picky things to charge you for. Saying its policy that you cannot park on an empty parking pad, when I see the rest of folks around here parking wherever they please. We plan to stay only the one year lease, think twice before signing up within this community. Another thing, the neighbors are not as friendly as they say they are, the elderly dont even say Good Morning to you! Could it be cause we are Mexican???????????????

A nice place to live!

Gave a one star cause no option for a minus. This is the worse place I have lived in 17 yrs!! For two years, reported roof leaking and only after mold started growing (they claim its rust) on ceiling did they send someone out. Then was another month before they had someone supposedly test what was growing on the ceiling! After I we missed work due to illness!! Had to move as everyone was sick for two months with respiratory infections. One week away from there and it started clearing up. While trying to move out, their towing company came and tagged our vehicles because we werent parked in our own drive way!!! They were told we were moving and they said didnt matter looked us in the eye and stuck the tag on cars!! Took pics of roof and all the shingles gone! Some spots were down to only plywood as the shingles and tar paper were all gone! Never get anything done when you report something to office. Backdoor had a pet door that someone tried to get in thru it and they told us we had to pay to replace the door if concerned about safety it wasnt their responsibility. Went 3 days without AC last year and had to get a hotel room because the man that repaired it had no idea what he was doing. Crime in the park is horrible, homes robbed during the day! At one time an Officer said a burglary behind us was the 8th so far that month and it wasnt improving! Gates are constantly broken, people sleeping in the park behind the office and along the walls! So much for their security!! But they did manage to paint lines on the parking area in front of the office!!! Stay away from this park!!!

I had very bad experience in this place, my experience is not for this place, because is very good place and secure, but they dont have opportunity to pay month to month, before my lease expire I speak with them about I need to leave 3 months early, because I buying my own house, and I surprise the office answer, what I have to pay the full last 3 month plus and the security deposit too, I trait to speak as a good manner with Joah Snowden Administrative Assistant and he always said what need to pay that because this is on the lease, he never tried to analyze my case from a human form, regardless that this place is for old people.I think Villa Borega have to be more flexible with their customers, and keep in mind that its natural that everyone buy their own house, three months fee is a lot of money in addition to losing the $ 500 deposit.I do that for other people to take precaution when they trait to rent in this beautiful place.I would to add that since I moved to this place I have a leak dirty water in the kitchen sink and they have not come to fully repair.

I have lived in Villa Bodega for 3 months so far, i hope to live here for a long time. Before anyone blames another, they need to take responsibility themselves. The issues are not the complex nor the enployees. It is us the residents, we have a responsibility to ourselfs and our neighbors to make this place we call home a nice place. When rules are broke, damage is done to the property, everyone looses. Stand up and make a change, it starts with each of us!

Kings Towing is lurking around the community hooking up vehicles and charging over a hundred dollars just to have it unhooked. I went into the office to get the issue resolved and there was another resident complaining about the exact same issue. Except Kings Towing charged her over 260 dollars.When both her and I asked what the reasoning was behind this, the gentleman behind the desk told me it was policy. That Im supposed to get authorization from the office every time before coming to visit my mother in this 55+ community.This is outrageous. This is not a jail, nor is it a senior care facility.Ill be filing a report with their corporation, and finding out who else has been scammed by this Towing company.
