Vanessa in the office is amazing, she has always answered all of my emails. She has always taken care of any of my requests promptly. She is great.

I just go through drive Thur. Simple everyone is nice. Smile quick service. Im happy when I get home. Good coffee good orange juice sausage egg mcmuffin or fish sandwich my favorites.

Its a nice, quiet place. Everyone cares differently when they own the property they live in.

Manager was professional and nice to speak with. Complex is clean and kept up.

Its a family modular home park and I would prefer a 55 and older modular home park two live. it does seem like an okay place to live its just not for me. Compared to some other family places that I have been in this one seems to be a little cleaner and more well maintained then a lot of the other ones

The most important thing I like about this Community is how Safe I feel for my Family and Me and how quiet the neighborhood is. Management has done a Good Job to make this happen Thank You

Sigh... I wanted to leave a good review but the management here is laughable. They wont repair sagging floors or water leaks and its perfectly normal for your air conditioner to only cool to 85 in the summer. Im writing this review because a light bulb just exploded due to the extreme heat. Avoid at all costs unless youre buying a brand new trailer.

I really liked the park. The homes have a little bit more space than other parks Ive seen. The pool area could be open longer, but over all, I think my family will enjoy our new home. The manager Tashronda rocks! She was very helpful, and was willing to go the extra mile for me. I truly. Appreciate her warmth and kindness.

Community management always complains about everything and half the street lights are always busted. There is also loud neighbors #16 they always have music blasting no matter if it’s a weekday or weekend.

Although this park is clean, it seems to lack color. Where are the trees? Maybe a mural or two? It doesnt seem that the tenants can put up any decor. The park is so quietand that is a sure sign that there is s great group of people living there. The low amount of traffic is a must mention bonus of living up close to sunrise mountain.

You have a teenager by the name Vincent that was harassing my niece trying to drown her. I was visiting a friend. I confronted him and Im 51 years old and disabled. He was talking about stabbing me to death. His mother came out and I told her what was happening. This young man needs to be supervised while in your park.

No one in office ever, never repair anything, even though my daughter just moved in can never get ahold of anyone, no mail box key for weeks had to get from maintenance man, no trash cans, carpet wasnt stretch air was broke the day we moved in, and now they towed my van while I went there to drop stuff off, they cant fix anything in weeks shes been here, but 2 hours out front of her house my van is gone, no posting, had to search for it, Im in tears 272 dollars to get it back, I dont have it, total bull.

We have lived here for several years now. When we moved in it was a good place to live. Not any more! There is never anyone in the office and if they are there they are rude. You have to drop your payments in a drop box then you never get a receipt. Please do yourself a favor and find someplace else to live somewhere where you are able to pay the rent on time and you are treated with respect. Now there are gang signs everywhere! I asked the police and they said that it is the latin kings. Im worried about my familys safety. Trust me you dont want to live here!

Its a mobile home community, higher end than most. Streets are clean..

Manager is rude, terrible attitude. She will fake nice untill you sign the rental agreement, then its what do you want anytime you come in. Trying to get any maintenance done is like pulling teeth. Our neighbors are also renting and they had a gas leak, had to go to court and fight for months to get property management to fix it. We have 3 kids and werent even informed about the leak until we saw them digging up the pipe. They often leave threatening notes on everyones doors about fines but they dont upkeep their own facility. Front gate has been broken since before we moved in a year ago. Sometimes it works, then it rains and stops working for months at a time. Community is mostly quiet which is the only nice thing. Oh and most of the pictures shown on google maps are not of this community. The tiny park here looks nothing like what is shown on maps, basically one slide near the mailboxes.

Clean place and it seems quiet

New owners of the park are enforcing new rules against everyone including owners of the homes. They are very rude and disrespectful. They have been attempting to force owners out of the park so that they will have nothing but renters in the park. You will wait for months for maintenance. You will be harassed nonstop for any slight reason. Theres been 6 six different new lease options put out to force more rules to make you come out of pocket. I have been here so long thats become a problem to live here anymore. Weve started talking to a Realtor to find a new place to call home. Theres been many people who are owners that have been in contact with an attorney. When we eventually move out of the park, I have plans to sell my house to a California company to ensure that these people will never be able to use it as a rental. Over the years some people have pulled their house out, since these new owners came in there has been over 40 homes removed. The rental capacity is under 30%. If I were you thinking of living here, I say please think of another option, its become that bad!

I had been interested in bringing my mobile home to this park I have been waiting weeks for a call back and when I have called been hung up on only to call back and get no answer not sure now if this is the right community for us now

Been waiting on repairs since the nee company took over. Everytime we go to the office there is someone new there with an attitude. The 2 managers in the office are rude and when you tell them about the stuff that needs to get repaired they get an attitude about that too. I have told them what days im going to be at the house so they can come and see what needs to be repired and no one shows up and they want to complain that they did come and no one was home. You would think they would send you an email or a call to see when you would be available so they can come but no. I been waiting for about 3 years for them to fix my fan in the guest restroom and my outlets that are so old that when i plug something in it falls out.

My so-called friend and his housemate whined worse than my kids when they were going through the terrible twos. I left before I lost my hearing. I wound up having having everything I own stolen or destroyed in a storage locker!!!Ill never trust a veteran again!!!!

Before we moved in we were told our backyard would be cleaned up and cleared of all prior trash, ground anchored mounts (all of which all they did was spray paint them orange), that both bathroom fans would be fixed, a water hose would be installed outside.... all of those have never been taken care of. We have had multiple water leaks, the biggest issue was the pipes behind the master shower burst, and when that happened, the leak was so bad it caused the floor in our laundry room to cave in. That was in January. They just now sent someone to repair the floor just this past Wednesday, Sept 20th, to repair the floor. To repair and replace everything, they had to move our washing machine and dryer. Once they put our washer and dryer back, the hoses from the washer are now leaking, causing a collapse of the drywall behind the washing machine. Our dryer is no longer drying either. One of the nice ladies in the front office told my wife on the phone that that sounds like a nice convenience to blame them for our dryer not working now. Previous issues include another leak under our master bath tub, which resulted in our master bathroom floor needing replaced. It took the front office an entire week to correctly charge our a.c. unit this summer, as they originally sent someone to charge it once, but they clearly did not because it was still blowing hot air. One of the ladies in the office tried to tell me that it doesnt just get cold instantly. It was 90 degrees in our house for almost a week before I finally convinced them that it still wasnt working before they sent out a different tech to charge it properly. We currently have areas around the house where the floor is caving in. We have tried to get multiple inspections done on this house through the company they referred us to but have gotten nowhere. We are currently in contact with our lawyer to see what our options are, this is the absolute last straw, were beyond sick of having to live like this, especially having 3 small children. The best part is that for the last week or so there has been a construction crew fixing up the home next to ours that has been vacant ever since weve lived here! And I dont even want to mention the down payment they had us put down, and the instance when this lady Tracy that used to work here wanted my wife to forge my signature on something while I was at work. This place is an absolute train wreck, avoid at all cost!!!

It used to be great. This new company is all about finding ways to scam its faithful renters. No security at all, Not safe. We have had so much stuff stolen out of our house and our cars, its truely ridiculous.

IVE ALREADY GONE TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT, BUT THEYRE LIMITED BY STATE LAW, OR THE LACK OF IT.DONT RENT HERE, IM STUCK HERE. CANT AFFORD TO MOVE...AGAIN, DONT COME HERE,OR NEXT DOOR(SUNRISE GARDENS) SAME OWNER, AND HE OWNS MANY MORE IN THIS TOWN. HE JUST SITS IN HIS OFFICE IN ILLINOIS AND COLLECTS THE RENT WITHOUT PAYING OUT. THE MAN IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL....

They stole my boat out of their storage yard. They continually raised space rent while doing no improvements then they basically stole my trailer when they would not approve sale to someone else. Stay far away. This is not a place for decent people.

Management is on a short timers attitude because they are retiring in January and do not care about anything except taking your rent or mortgage payment. Things that are their responsibility to fix take months to get fixed, if at all even with constant reminders. If you ask the management to fix something, they tell you to talk to maintenance which in turn tells you to talk to management. Even when both are standing in front of you, they still try to blow you off.The park website boasts about being a gated community increases security and safety. What a joke. The management leaves the gates open from 6am until 6pm and their office is only open from 8am until 4pm. How would they know who is coming and going for your safety and security when they are not even here and their security systems are so far out of date that you cant tell who is who (if the camera(s) are even working. The security codes to the gates are well over 8 YEARS old. There is no security on the property at any time. Vehicles, road signs, sidewalks, etc. are continuously getting tagged.Personal and private information gets passed amongst the employees and later trickles / floods out into the community (if management knows, so does everyone else).Some residents have shrubbery and or trees that are on the communities property and management leaves it up to the resident to do anything about taking care of it, even though they have a full staff who is fully capable and responsible to do it.If you plan to be a home owner, be careful because when you look through the website it states Rentals Available $750 to $850 and the sign out front states for sale or rent when in fact the CCRs state this park is strictly an resident owner ONLY park. Therefore when renters move in next door, they typically do not have the same upkeep as an owner would. Also the management does not keep up on following the CCRs or enforcing them therefore people tend to do what they want and some yards look like junkyards.

Went down to the office yesterday to pay my rent. Office was closed. Paper on window door said. They would be open Thursday from 2 to 6. Went to the office today and of7fice is closed but no paper this time. been calling tge office for about half an hour now and no one picks up the phone.Just came back from the office and its closed again today is 11/4/2016. Yesterday on the phone i was told the office would be open for 2pm to 6pm. I also called the sunrise garden office but no body picked up the phone. Im starting to get pissed off. Im not going to leave my rent money in the drop box do to it being cash.

The management is rude and dishonest. They mislead us when we moved in; by law a renter is entitled to certin information. They gave us the wrong info and MIS-represented themselves. Check Nevada Revised Statues chapter 118B if you own your mobile home and rent a lot from them or chapter 118A if you rent a mobile home and lot from them. Make sure they have treated you accordingly. They had a new manager sign my Renters Agreement and back dated the signature. UNLAWFUL! When I brought it to their attention, they said it doesnt matter! They did not give me a 5 day notice before they evicted my family, UNLAWFUL! But they slipped it into my fathers car as we were removed... With only 24 hours notice. Every time we went to speak to someone in the office, there was a new person to tend to us. It took weeks for repairs because Carlos the handyman, great guy :), was all alone to do the work. Mike, Galvin, and Mary are all liers and slimy business people. I was there 7 months and will warn anyone I meet to steer clear of this place. It looks nice and is clean however you will face tricksters and unprofessional behavior from the people who manage the park... All of them minus, Carlos. He was pleasant and refreshing in contrast to the other creeps. CHECK YOUR NRS CODES!!! CALL THE DIVISION IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!

I moved into the community at the heart of the summer(July) and was not given a key to access the pool area, that is suppose to be for all residents in the community, due to lack of keys available. I was told I would receive a call once they had one for me. I was then given the run around in Aug and Sept. Didnt even bother asking the new office personnel about it in Oct, since it does close for the winter(Oct 15-Apr 15). Finally talked to the maintenance man and mentioned that I never got one and he was able to provide me with one in Nov Also, received a late fee for Novs rent because nobody was in the office for the first several days of the month. Not happy about that because I was looking for someone on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th & 7th.Noone was around and when I finally was able to get to talk to someone right away Tuesday morning, they had already applied late fees to the charges. I work overnights, so staying awake until 9am is already an inconvenience and then they have the audacity to try to convince me that they had been in the office ALL day Monday...and according to the guy I was at fault for not checking back in the afternoon. Yeah, like anyone else would wake up in the middle of their night to check to see if someone has finally made it to work. Shame on you for not being to work on time. Remember, without us paying tenants you dont have a job. And we are the one that have to pay for your tardiness. I will gladly take my $1000 a month somewhere else if I get disrespected like that again. Remember, boy, respect your elders. Jaime, the maintenance man, is the only one keeping this place together. Keep up the good work!! You, señor, get two thumbs up.
