Evicted with no reason given. Not given a 30 day or a ten or even a five day notice ... Just 24hours. Theres 3 different women who live there that place large bowls of wet cat food in other ppls trailers without asking, so there are swarms of huge flies everywhere. Whole complex smells of cat pee and poo. Black mold in units for rent/sale. If u drive up n down the only road in it say trying to find a friends place the numbers are missing or hard to find, a man will come in bath robe holding a gun !

Its better then some but worse than others but its okko its not to bad of a place its mild around here

Thats the time I was at Echo trailer park I was looking for a place to live the people the management would not take a red nose pitbull dog There Are Rules they are the managers but what Ive seen of the trailer court seem to be a very nice place to live........BEAR

Quiet neighborhood and everyone knows your name. Homes need a little facelift.

Cat sanctuary brings untenable health issues. High drug use and sale area, units are several decades old. High incidence of theft witnessed upon multiple units over a two year period... High sex offender zone. Not safe for children... Not safe for adolescent youth.

Managment is poor and not very invoved

There are nice and clean units

Wild cats domesticated cats.drug infested trailer park.thats not me saying everyone that lives in there is a drug addict, some kinda security would help Im sure with all the riff Raff going on around there
